What an amazing family and of course place, i really would like to thank Josh and his family for allowing you to share their home with all of us, it sincerely means a lot. Those urchins are delicious, we get a lot of big ones down here, absolutely yum, awesome on top of raw fish or stirred through plain warm pasta with olive oil. but best eaten just like that, fresh on the rocks. And what an awesome meal to top the day off, that chilli crab looked bloody top notch. Thank you once again to Josh and his family.

We used to call them sea eggs in Fiji when I was a kid. I remember Tukumisi is the Tongan name for them.
What a shame they cooked a strange crab dish for the camera…so obvious they all tasting it 😂
