Well done to you mate I bet your having the time of your life and as you said in one of your videos you miss your family and especially your children and how you would love for them to explore and learn experience this as well your not alone .100% I would give anything to have this experience out on country with traditional owners of country. And my children to be shown learn the traditional ways of the people of this land told the stories shown the true meaning of art and shown what life really is all about just like this . I feel blessed to have watched what you've lived in these videos. ... We were lucky once so far while camped up that a tribe come in and took our children in like they were part of them it was truly special to see how they showed our children the traditional ways of catching gathering preparation and cooking . Sitting an listening to the elders talk about life an sharing this with us even teaching the kids traditional languages of the tribes . Our children still asks us now if we can go back and see them .

That was a nicely paced episode mate, I’m just sitting in a hotel room on the 21st floor in sunny (flooding 😅😅) Auckland having a cheeky whiskey, after a 7 hour drive then a 4.5hr flight watching you eat turtle and cray in FNQ on a remote beautiful beach! Perfect end to my day, thanks mate,. I am REALLY enjoys this series so far legend. Thanks so much.

It is too hard for me to watch...I skipped past that part...because I could!
I love to catch and release as much as possible...
I can however go to the shops for supply pretty much whenever!
I appreciate and respect very much the truly deep, beautiful, ancient and necessary connection to the land and the importance of these catches.... culturally particularly
    Nothing is wasted
    As it should be!
We live in such a wasteful time
If I was depending on this food to survive I too would learn to be okay with the sounds and visuals of an animal being killed for food
As long as its done as quickly as possible to prevent any unnecessary suffering for the animal
Really really love what you are doing
The insight into the people who are the living connection to this land and have the most ancient culture yet known is truly important and so so interesting !

    Hi Nathan
    ❤‘this video
You are also cautious enough with covering up the slater scene.
Well done mate taking care for all viewer a like.
As I am a flexitarian, I feel with you having for a week no veggies. Sowhat ?!?!
Cray fish dishes my favorite .Sashimi safes you over cooking.
The head in a soup cooked give you cooked meat and a soup. Voila… entry done..
Meat with meat 🥩 no bred, salat nor potatoes is also Ok.
Can be exchanged with a whole fish in alloy backed.
Whatever, is a great story and the best think is that is so well protected by the Australian coast guard and Australian laws.
I hope everyboby think about this aspect also and cheer to those people doing such a great job.
All to remember, if this protection would not be in place all fish and cray fish would have long time been gone from illegal fishing boots from Indonesia and China!!!which would sorely result in No seafood for any Australien.
Just already happen in South America!!
All Australians can be proud of the people protect and sovereignties.
And please also think about, there is a war in Europe and a whole country is destroyed already and no end in view.
    Keep the sunny side up!

It's funny how someone gets emotional about a turtle being butchered, and then, in the next scene, he's butchering a crayfish. We are all living things, energy, spirit, and yes, even plants, all connected, but unfortunately, we are all slaves to our senses.

I am a Constitutional Lawyer contracted and on assignment with the Airforce Intelligence division.
There is a great amount if truths and information about to be released to the Australian people.
I will put it in simple terms for all to understand. The government of today and going back many decades has been operating totally illegal,
    unlawful and unconstitutional.
The Government back with the first land assignments, whereby they gave so called land back to the traditional owners was very much an “Illegal” act of Government. The “Only” way this can be done is by a referendum with a majority yes vote to do so. This NEVER happened. The Government of the day acted totally outside their capacity in office. The Government do not own the said lands to give them back to anybody, the ownership belongs to the people who live there. You will find out that the Government did this to create division and conflict to hide their future actions and plans.
EVERY man and woman born on the land in the country of birth is automatically a 1% shareholder of that said lands.
Look it up for all those who are about to mouth off at me. All born in this country are sovereign citizens of Australia.
Australia is really under Common Law, not their version of fake law.
What if the history of the aboriginal people was mostly made up, edited and intended to create a division of them against the white man… What if those 60 thousand years never happened… What if there was a race of people living in Australia before them… What if their story time was told to them with intent to deceive… What if their cave paintings and stories were only 500 years old…
Well I have said all I am allowed to say on this matter, but I can tell you that all the truths are about to be released by the military and the truth will shock everyone, and history will be rewritten… 2023 is the year it all comes out and the reasons why.
In addition, did you all know that the Government in 1973 sold Australia to the United nations under the “Lima Accord” and put us all on the US stock exchange in New York… Every Australian is stock on that level…
Every one of the living Government politicians and officials involved are all about to be brought to justice for treason, fraud and sedition… Are you also aware that Australia has NOT had a real and fair elected election since 1973, EVERY Politician state, federal and local HAS BEEN PLACED in office to do a role over you and I and to run the business of Australia as a business their way.. Divide and concur has been the Governments method, white against black, man against woman, muslim against christian, gay against hetro and so on. Whilst we are busy fighting each other, they carry out their very profitable venture. All this will be released on your televisions this year for all to see.
Something of interest… Government in Latin means to Control the mind… look it up
Govern - control, Ment - mental - mind.
When the Government are sworn into office they swear their oath to the Queen, when the Military do so, they swear their oath to protect the People of Australia, and that is us.
And the reason this has been allowed to go on for so long is to allow them to commit the said crime, so there is no doubt, to gather all the proof and to gather the intel on every one of those involved… The Military are very good at what they do and very thorough.
For all those who do not believe this, please stay tuned to your TV sets, as the truth is not far away, oh, and I don’t read comments from people too lazy to research their own info… I chose a big mind rather than a big mouth… stay tuned, the truth is going to make many of you physically sick..

It is the typical brainwash and disconnection from nature. It is why western people go vegan when they see blood and death in the slaughter footage, they can only relate it to horror films.

Aren't sea turtles protected, it's not like their numbers are abundant ? Same with manatees or what you call dugon? Crays are fine, they replenish readily. They should be eating wild hogs you aussies have millions of them and water buffalo, they damage the environment. If you're a custodian of the land you should be eating what damages it and preserving endangered species?

I take your point but I’m never going to tell anyone how to live their life. They’ve been doing this forever. It’s a delicacy to them that they eat as a treat when they can. Feral pigs on the other hand, Tremain and his family would butcher one a week.
