- This tank is huge... it is actually a monster aquarium! I've seen tanks like this in videos but when you actually see an 800 gallon personal aquarium, it blows your mind! This is one of thee largest fish tanks I have ever seen. Most hobbyist would put big fish in a big tank, not here. Cory from Aquarium Co-Op has some rather small fish.. 1,000 tiger bard! or something like that haha
Honestly, this tank has me wanting one so bad! What an amazing aquarium to end your day with and veg out in front of. One day I tell you.. One day I will have an amazing fish tank like this one.

I love Cory's honesty. "Why did you decide to do this?" "For the views."
That's why I like Cory.
I subbed the second I heard that.
And yet, he'll show you a massive Chinese fish store with 100's of fish packed into tiny tanks and say they're in great care. Cory has become just a fish seller. He doesn't give a shit about the fish. Honest? Sure. O.k.

There's something about Cory and the way he comes across in a video that is so welcoming and interesting at the same time. I could sit there and watch him talk about just about anything.
Honest, nice, and is very knowledgeable about the hobby. What's not to like right? He also has great deals.
You should check out his presentation about guppies.

kyle sproul if you could read the obvious body language, they make himself feel uncomfortable as well by his tendancy to curl his bottom lip upwards when he speaks at close range. This helps to mask his insecurities, probably because of people like you .

Beautiful and so nice to see a huge tank with nice smaller schooling fish, rocks, plants etc. Most guys plop in one big monster fish or two, no plants, boring tank to me. To each their own.

Tanks for larger fish are usually more barren because the larger fish will destroy your setup. They bash around and dislodge plants and decor so their tanks are generally pretty spartan.
I love a large tank stocked and decorated like this too! There are so many environments to mimic with a diverse amount of fish.
I agree way more interesting then a empty tank with 1 fish

I love that he is honest about getting the tank for a lot of UA-cam views. Not many people would be upfront about that.
I have looked many times at the 800 gallon tank, but this video was very easy to watch and informative. Cory is a good guy, and makes you feel at home. This is more interesting to me now as I am beginning my 3rd large plywood and glass aquarium. The new build is 1030 gallons w/ 240 gallon sump. The way this is scaped and operating is fantastic ! Thanks !

You don't spend money for something which harms you or your family....I love fish too since I was a child and probably spent mote money than I should but...I know people who spent much more money on psychotherapy which they really did not need. My fish tank is my therapy that how I look at this

Great video Rob! I have always been in love with barbs, and the Tiger Barbs of Cory's are great to look at! Would have loved it if it were green sumatran tiger barbs, it would definitely add more color to this already great tank!

You have to account for all the rocks and also the substrate
10lbs per gallon is a good rule of thumb for a fully decorated freshwater tank with water in it.

I actually designed my pee wee 75g based on this video! It’s just an fx6 with a 36w pond sterilizer and 3.0 light (from the co-op) but it’s amazing. Thanks for recommending such great products!

I love setups like this so much more than most of the traditional monster tanks with 1 or 2 massive fish in a bare tank, it looks like a section of river got put in a box.
Interesting fish selection, love to see it when everything matures.
Great monster tank, love the combination of tiger barbs and clown loaches. Archerfish are awesome - love the mottled/marbled pattern. And I have a feeding hole too, I call it my mouth!

Eheim makes amazing filters. I ran 3 of them, 2217 in my tank and they were reliable and simple to maintain.
