If you are interested in playing the Ukelele the greatest success that I have had was with the Arthurs Uke Blog (i found it on google) definately the best system that I have ever tried.
After trying for ages to learn the Ukelele I found Arthurs Uke Blog and this appears to be the top online method (check it out on google)

This is by far the best ukelele tutorial I have found. Too many seasoned players forget how much us newbie dummies just don't know and get ahead in lessons way too fast. This is just the right pace, at least for me. Subscribed and will be back.

I got my ukulele around six years ago in middle school in hopes of being a self-taught player. But there were no youtube videos that were understandable and none of the apps were helpful so i just gave up until i found this video during lockdown and it taught me everything i needed to know ! I even played my uke at school and i got so into playing the ukulele that it motivated me to step up and get a guitar. Thank you sm ♥️

Excellent teaching I love the thumbs up example and how you make it relatable to the body such as it touching the tummy and the clock not being 12 or 3 but in between. I find these visual associations make it easy and fun to learn thank you 🎉

Thats funny you should say that about the pronunciation of the word "ukelele"
Because sometimes I go by Japanese pronunciation, and when I have to remember how to write/type it I always say "oo-ke-lel-e", I never thought that I was actually right, thank you for telling us this 😊.

I've a problem. I'm doing the seatbelt and am holding the ukulele by it's waist and that goes alright and I can let go of my left hand. But when I am about to strum I obviously have to let go of the hand holding it in a 2 o'clock direction and when I do that the ukulele's head falls due to gravity. This results in me holding it up by the index finger knuckle which also makes my thumb slightly look up from under the neck (not being under the neck). What can I do to fix it? I understand if it's hard without seeing me holding it.
I have the exact same problem so I can definitely imagine you struggle.
Hi Bernadette. You really do great videos, but unfortunatly I'm having the exact same issue. When you sturm only with your thumb, it's quiet easy to hold the ukulele like shown in your video. But when you start strumming different patterns like DD UU DU, the ukulele start dropping unless i hold it with some more grip on the left side. (...but then i start struggling switching between chords of D to Bm to G. Can you show some advice again on how to hold the Uke in the left hand correctly while strumming? !

Basically there are two things you can do
1. Keep the forearm on the uke holding the instrument towards you
2. Use the index finger on the chord hand as the place where your ukulele’s neck rests while you change chords.
