Thank you Brother for this introductory part of Zechariah , When King David asked God to build a Temple for Him , God was so reluctant to build His Temple however by permissive will Solomon build God's first Temple , on the other hand when God's second Temple was delayed God hastens through His prophet Haggai to rebuild and complete the Temple .Why before He was reluctant on the other hand He precipitates to build His temple ?? ( now the believers are the Temple of God) Is it the time factor ? ? . שלום.
Great question but I am afraid if I have the time to explain in detail. Two simple things I will share now. 1. Haggai story I will try to cover in the coming series so that many can be benefited through your question. 2. With regard to David's story there is a law which prevents up to 10 generations. Count it from Judah to David... There are many more reasons. Temple: Yes the Sanctuary of God has moved to the hearts of the born again but that will not stop the rituals even when Messiah reigns from Jerusalem. In fact the Antichrist does abomination to the temple which is yet to be built. How can he desecrate which is impure. Paul says he will sit in the Sanctuary of God and calls himself god. This temple is also recognised by God and allows it to be desecrated. Will go through the untouched about the Antichrist in this series. Keep praying for this series. God bless you Shalom 🙏🙏🙏

Bro l love God, but now a days my faith gone down, lack of prayer. Pray for me & people who backsliding. And why do God give much importance to jews alone? If so, where we all Indians will go, bcoz here are mostly idle worship.... by thinking this worried a lot...
The answer to the question is huge. Let me give a summary 1. Before the flood and the rebellion of Babel there was no Jew. The world rebelled against the creator even after the punishment so... 2. God started all over again with one man Abraham and through him all nations will be saved (Messiah the Christ will come out of his family and save). 3. They missed the visitation of their Messiah (Jesus also said that) and things changed. They will join back shortly for eternity. (See the Revelation studies). This series will explore that in a different way. 4. Who is bigger Jew or the Church. Can we pick one eye or child over the other. Jews are the brothers of Christ and the Church is the Bride of Christ. Who is bigger? 5. We have the Word today because of the Jews who wrote (almost) the Bible. They are intertwined with us for eternity. 6. With regard to faith being tested or drowning: Faith increases by hearing the word of God. Increase the amount of time and pray a simple prayer.
