I hear you girl! I fainted a few times when I was young and have lived with the fear of it happening again since then. Your subconscious goes into hyper vigilant mode trying to detect any clue that a faint episode is imminent and you get totally consumed by it. I try to avoid doing anything on my own for fear of this happening what can limit your life considerable. I know exactly what you are talking about. So glad to hear you have found something that works for you. Big hug! Xx
Life in Eight hey 😁. That sounds like exactly what I have had. It’s crazy that so many people have been going through similar things like yourself yet I felt so alone! I’m so glad I’ve made this video and hear from others. Thank you for sharing & I hope that you have also found coping mechanisms xxx
Thanks for making this video. It helps to know that I am not alone. I started suffering from panic attacks and anxiety 3 years ago. I cannot seem to get my old life back. It is so hard to believe that anxiety can cause all these physical symptoms.
Darla Gosnell I totally agree! Its so difficult to get my head around it still how debilitating it can be. Check out my other video on what helped me with my anxiety here - ua-cam.com/video/aDPhmgO7Kpc/v-deo.html hopefully one of those things can help you too x

I have suffered the exact things you have. I had my first panic attack in August of 2015. Since then I have been through the worst time of my life. I too had dizziness. I hope you are doing well.
thank you for sharing your story with us! I think what I am feeling is anxiety and thought I was going to faint about 2 weeks ago and since then feeling like I am on a boat. Praying peace and healing for anyone going through this, you are not alone!

Thanks Vanessa , it needs to be talked about , I've had it for long stretches 3 times in my life . The last time when I stopped the drugs the Dr gave me was worse than before I took anything , but thankfully I'm better now . I hope you stay well .
Anxiety is such a powerful thing... It's scary what it can do to you physically. Having kids has made me regress. I've been in nursery to pick up the kids and been overwhelmed by the number of people and have to grab and go. I wait and do most things at the weekend even order online. Work used to make me get out, but now I work from home, so I'm just regressing into my bubble even more. Well done you for sharing and spreading awareness xx
Life With Munchers Hey Pamela, I literally had no idea that it could consume your life before I had it. Sorry to hear that your also suffering. Yes I totally get you. Staying at home a lot can make it worse when you have to step into a busy place. This is something I had to consciously change because I was home 90% of the time from previously never being home when I lived in London it was such a huge change when I moved back to Scotland. Have you come up with some coping strategies ? xxx
Vanessa your story is nearly exactly the same as what I'm going through now. I'm a nurse and went dizzy and faint at work infront of patient, I honestly felt like I was going to topple over. Went to the doctor, I had very low iron so have been on iron pills for 4 months. I'm still feeling faint, especially when out, I'm now having cbt therapy, I'm praying it helps. Thanks for sharing!
This really helped me I feel faint every second all day super lightheaded been to so many specialist er visits and more there was points where I truly thought this is it I'ma faint and I can't stop it but it hasn't fully happened and every doctor says it's just anxiety but my body is so weak and this vid helped because I'm feeling it now
Thank you so much for sharing this!! I have felt exactly what you described. A few months ago I fainted at a family party. It came out of the blue and seriously freaked me out. I have had loads of medical tests and they cant seem to find anything. I constantly fear that its going to happen again. Now everyday tasks like going into shops, waiting for trains and sitting on bar stools have me feeling on edge. I'm slowly training myself not to worry.
Wow thank you for sharing , have been struggling with what I thought was me slowly going crazy for a good few years . Finally went to get help a couple of months ago , and touch wood, seem to be feeling a little better. I dont think I realised how crippling anxiety can be , and the knock on effects for your family, so thank you again , and wishing you well on your journey :)
+Grumpy Camel I’m so happy to hear that you have managed to get help & are feeling better! I feel like I can catch if I’m starting to feel anxious and take it slow and I’ve not had any anxiety to speak of in a while yey. It’s so great to know that it’s possible to manage & kind of get over isn’t it!! X
After serving three years in combat in Iraq I will never be the person I was before. I have PTSD and I'm learning to manage it without medication. My anxiety and PTSD is very scary when the symptoms come on out of know where. Not talking about it and knowing what triggers my anxiety attacks and PTSD works best for me.
Well done for sharing your story 💛 could tell you were getting a bit anxious throughout but spreading awareness is so important. It's incredible that some Doctor's are still only focusing on physical rather than mental health and this went on so long for you. Glad your getting the support now 😊
I definitely agree. There probably needs to be more referrals to mental health specialists than there is currently! Speaking about it on here has also helped me a lot. I used to not even be able to say the word anxiety without basically having a panic attack x
Vanessa Kanbi Yes, I'm currently training to become a mental health nurse (🤞 qualify this Dec) and integration between GP's and mental health services is definitely improving but still needs a lot of work. Anxiety can be such a vicious cycle but like you said, being aware of triggers and taking back a sense of control helps massively! loving your channel btw 🙂
Hi Vanessa, i know this is too late to comment on this video about the anxiety you have experienced in the past. First, you're very honest and humble, that is something i liked about you. Secondly, i don't want you to be hurt for that reason. I was feeling very sad hearing you passing through all that you mentioned in this video. I was also seeing the video that you made on the law of attraction, and began to see the connection of it with your anxiety. I have a great concern that you could have been possessed when you practicing those laws of attraction or any other such practices. Vanessa, You are such a great peraon. I have seen many of your videos and said wow! What a great peraonality, strong, inspiring and very honest actually. I was watching you and thinking to connect with you in regard to investing some money and business in Ghana. But when i come to the point where you posted about losing control of yourself in the past, i could not just passed that and ignored it. As a Christian, i had to pray for you and let you know that these practices you mentioned in your law of attraction video will finally hurt you. At first, they will proaper you and give you whatever you want. But later in life, they will ruin your inner being. So please, run to Jesus! He is the only refugee you have now. Call on his name and ask him for forgiveness that you involved in such practices. Give your life to him, he'll deliver you from that system and set you free. You'll then enjoy the real life with your family. Please if you read my comment, let me know. And i will continue praying for you. Email: bahribusiness2020@gmail.com
Could a serious health problem come and go or does that mean it has to just be anxiety? Usually when it hits me I worry that it’s something bad but if it goes away even just for a while Wouldn’t that have to mean it’s just anxiety? I feel like a real health condition would be constant
It’s been 18 months this symptom and haven’t fainted yet at first I was going to ER and specialists all clear but this feeling is horrible anxiety sucks Did you get headaches? I keep asking am I going to be normal again? I am in a setback now How long did it take you to recover?
Also experiencing the feeling of walking on a boat after having an anxiety attack for the first time. Everything I am reading on the subject is saying possible magnesium deficiency. I am learning magnesium is some pretty amazing stuff and can actually cure your anxiety. I just started taking it so it's a little too soon to say that is working or not, but it's worth a try
don't let your GP fob you off by saying it's anxiety it sounds like postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), I have it too, gets better but when it first developed I felt like I was going to faint every time I stood up; it's fairly common amongst women of child bearing age and can be brought on by pregnancy
I'm experiencing same exacttttttt thing....I keep getting dizzy spells even without the start of a panic then when it happens it sets me into the attack ... I have a very hyper 3 yr old that makes it so much worse .... especially when I'm trying watch a calming video it's impossible to calm down... I hate it I just want it to stop ....

about a year ago I was standing in the kitchen making dinner and all the sudden felt like I was going to faint and laid on the ground so that I wouldn't fall and crash my head.right after that my heart started pounding harder than I've ever felt it before and my body started tingling all over. That would happen to me when I least once a day for multiple weeks. I started to believe I had a heart problem and I was dying. Which then made it so much worse.I talked to somebody and they told me that it sounds like I'm having an anxiety attack. Soon as I started to think maybe it is anxiety that is causing this,it went away and I would only have a spell every 6 months. Then last week is started coming back. Your video helps me a lot. It shows me that I don't have a heart condition more than likely and I'm not the only one experiencing this. So thank you for sharing.
