Best demonstration of landmine press I've found. Very helpful.

This would have of be one of the clearest set of instructions I have ever seen for an exercise.

I have an AC joint injury and have been doing the overhead presses as i wasn't aware of this alternative. Thank you so much for the detailed explanation and demonstration. Looking forward to doing this landmine shoulder press at the gym tomorrow! 🤩

    Hello great video.
What's the difference between the standing and the kneeling shoulder press?
Does it make a difference if you have a long barbell where the weight is closer to your hands or if you have a short barbell (150cm) with an extension where the weight is inevitably further in the middle?

I find the hardest part is getting the bar up into position with more than 40kg loaded.

what's the difference in positioning if i do this same exercise for chest development???

Would this be a good option for nagging proximal bicep tendon-apathy? I’m trying to find something that I can use to work around the problem until I can actually figure out how to heal whatever is going on.
