I love the 15 min routines, you can easily fit them into your work out. I was doing another fitness trainer on line, then my hairdresser mentioned Caroline and I realised the difference. Not as much time standing around listening to them, i like how Caroline has the box in the corner so you can see whats coming next. The work out is not interrupted by talking, plus i love the play lists she has. Thank you Caroline you have made a lot of people happy and taught us so much. 👏

Caroline.. So I wanted to thank you for doing this video of RDL’s. I am a runner and I injured my proximal hamstring (tendinopathy). This routine was so beneficial in getting my hamstring back to normal. It really brought me back! Thanks again !

Today I mixed my own little 'workout cocktail' : 30 minutes full body trisets with dumbbells, 10 minutes tricep workout and last but not least .... this new one. Thank's so much for this pleasent surprise! You're golden, Caroline!😊 Happy training everyone!😃

Loving the shorter workouts, RDLs are my fave. Good thing about this is that you can several 15 mins round. I tend to use progressively lighter weights until I can’t do anymore. Feels great 😷💪😎👍

Love this workout, its not that many hamstring workout that just target the back of leg, helps alot with my cellulite. I saw a different with in weeks, I do this at least 3/4 times a week, 💝🎉💝🎉💝🎉💝
Hamstrings are 🔥🔥.Used my 30kg barbell and 15kg DB for staggered RDL’s.Those pulses were challenging.Loved this week’s workouts a lot.Thanks Caroline 😊

Caroline already had me stuck on those 45 and an hour workout, that am having a hard time getting used to these 15 minutes one , so I started doing the EPIC 11 all over again . .. I loved the EMOM .. kick my ass all the time tho.. I have to steal extra rest time. But overall a big hanks you to Caroline for all the efforts she puts Into these workout for your thousands of followers.

I know the feeling. I try incorporating a workout with the existing one to have the training for a longer duration. The shorter ones are no less in the intensity & challenge. It’s easier to add the shorter ones with the longer ones but happy training to you.
I love the options Caroline offers. Some days the body can't go am hour or there isn't time. Caroline has so much variety and I have been doing her videos from ten months ago too. Really enjoying everything she offers. It's also a great way to build the subscriber base for Caroline.
Did this one for the second time -- such a solid hamstring workout, and in such a short time. Added this on to the Advent Calendar 2021 full body workout -- perfect finisher. Definitely coming back to this one!
Deadlifts have always been a challenge for my back strength and I would always modify and make excuses for not doing them in the gym. But my back has been getting stronger bit by bit through EPIC so I’m excited to see how far I can go with this video! Thanks for another unexpected challenge, Caroline!!!😉 You da best!
Likewise. I too had moments where I didn’t have a good form and got a little ache but with time I built strength and endurance. It’s so amazing to know that we all are making progress. Well done 👏🏻
It's so funny to see everyone's preferences. I seriously LOVE RDL, because it doesnt feel like hard work but the next day my hamstrings are on fire. I am rather the type to find excuses for Lunges. I have replaced them with bulgarian split squats. They are easier for me🤣
Hey Caroline I randomly searched for leg day workout n found day 13 pyramid leg day session, completed that yesterday morning and Today woke up with lots of soreness, I usually do full body sessions which has lots of squats n lunges but ur session had a great impact on my lower body... Great idea to make a RDL video, I was using the one you made about a year ago, but you improved the setup so much in between (hard to keep looking at the screen on RDL, much better with the timer :)). Also love the stretching sequence at the end and short formats (15-20 mn). Thanks Caroline !

Caroline I have been gutted the last few days apparently I’ve developed a patella tendinitis my knee has been outta commission since Monday . I did the 1000 lunge challenge & loved it! So I have the muscular endurance but my tendon got mad at me! I’ve never dealt w an injury before. My sister is a PT & said just ice & light activity & it will improve.. this has been so hard for me bc I don’t know when I’ll be able to get back to beast mode!!😭 I’m going to be doing ur core & upper body workouts in the meantime & praying to be good for EPIC HEAT! Any words of encouragement u have for me I’d love to hear. Thank u for all u do & to this uplifting beautiful community I now call my fitness family!!
Sorry to hear that Erin! I hope you we tendinitis is better soon. But I would definitely take your sister's advice and take it easy on your knees next week. Hopefully then you will be ready to go when Epic Heat starts April 5th!🤩
Erin wishing you a speedy recovery I had a bad knee during the KB week but it went away quite quickly. No.training here for a few days, I had my Covid Jab and it took it revenge big style, I had a really bad reaction, I haven't felt that bad in 30 years, still it went as quick as it came. So completed this today. Keep well and ice is great 👍
Hi Erin...I’m so sorry to hear this. It must be so frustrating...I hope it gets better OK...and taking some rest is a good idea. I think the main thing is that it will get better! I’ve had one injury when I fell walking in the Swiss mountains and partly tore the ligaments in the side of my knee. But with a good physio it got better. I would never know I had done anything at all now. I would say see if it gets better...if it doesn’t after a week or so I think a good physio is a good idea! Hope you are soon fully recovered! Loved this SWEET surprise!!🤩 15 minutes of one of my absolute favorite exercises! Heck yes! I really enjoyed this workout! Felt really confident doing this with heavier weights too. I think my legs have officially went up in weight to stay🥳!! I will be adding this workout on to others in the future whenever I want to do some extra hamstring work! It was great! Thanks Caroline! Awsome workout did this Friday was planning on doing your dynamic and isometric full body, but my quads are still aching from the lunge challenge, so I added this on to 20 min glute and 20 minute dynamic and isometric upper body plus 15 minute arm workout plus the plank challenge thanks caroline.
Amazing! Lower body is my new found favorite muscle group when it comes to feeling the burn... I feel like I'm more solid on my feet afterwards and I have great posture Thank you Caroline!

Don’t let the fact that this is a leg/hamstring focused workout fool you….my ARMS also got a great workout during this! Holding such heavy weights was a challenge for my arms. I used two 32 lb weights, almost equivalent to Caroline’s 15kg 🙂. I was relieved when the second half was holding one dumbbell only! With the exception of the finisher when we picked up both dumbbells again, but this went by quickly and I felt so strong during that quick 1 minute of work! This was a great quick workout for when you want to add on to your previous workout or just don’t have time for a full workout.

Loving the shorter workouts, RDLs are my fave. Good thing about this is that you can several 15 mins round. I tend to use progressively lighter weights until I can’t do anymore. Feels great 😷💪😎👍

Love this workout, its not that many hamstring workout that just target the back of leg, helps alot with my cellulite. I saw a different with in weeks, I do this at least 3/4 times a week, 💝🎉💝🎉💝🎉💝

Caroline already had me stuck on those 45 and an hour workout, that am having a hard time getting used to these 15 minutes one , so I started doing the EPIC 11 all over again . .. I loved the EMOM .. kick my ass all the time tho.. I have to steal extra rest time. I know the feeling. I try incorporating a workout with the existing one to have the training for a longer duration. The shorter ones are no less in the intensity & challenge. It’s easier to add the shorter ones with the longer ones but happy training to you.
I love the options Caroline offers. Some days the body can't go am hour or there isn't time. Caroline has so much variety and I have been doing her videos from ten months ago too. Really enjoying everything she offers. It's also a great way to build the subscriber base for Caroline.
Did this one for the second time -- such a solid hamstring workout, and in such a short time. Added this on to the Advent Calendar 2021 full body workout -- perfect finisher. Definitely coming back to this one!

Deadlifts have always been a challenge for my back strength and I would always modify and make excuses for not doing them in the gym. It's so funny to see everyone's preferences. I seriously LOVE RDL, because it doesnt feel like hard work but the next day my hamstrings are on fire. I am rather the type to find excuses for Lunges. I have replaced them with bulgarian split squats. They are easier for me🤣

Great idea to make a RDL video, I was using the one you made about a year ago, but you improved the setup so much in between (hard to keep looking at the screen on RDL, much better with the timer :)). Also love the stretching sequence at the end and short formats (15-20 mn). Thanks Caroline !

Caroline I have been gutted the last few days apparently I’ve developed a patella tendinitis my knee has been outta commission since Monday . I did the 1000 lunge challenge & loved it! So I have the muscular endurance but my tendon got mad at me! I’ve never dealt w an injury before. My sister is a PT & said just ice & light activity & it will improve.. this has been so hard for me bc I don’t know when I’ll be able to get back to beast mode!!😭 I’m going to be doing ur core & upper body workouts in the meantime & praying to be good for EPIC HEAT! Any words of encouragement u have for me I’d love to hear. Thank u for all u do & to this uplifting beautiful community I now call my fitness family!!
Sorry to hear that Erin! I hope you we tendinitis is better soon. But I would definitely take your sister's advice and take it easy on your knees next week. Hopefully then you will be ready to go when Epic Heat starts April 5th!🤩
Erin wishing you a speedy recovery I had a bad knee during the KB week but it went away quite quickly. No.training here for a few days, I had my Covid Jab and it took it revenge big style, I had a really bad reaction, I haven't felt that bad in 30 years, still it went as quick as it came. So completed this today. Keep well and ice is great 👍
Hi Erin...I’m so sorry to hear this. It must be so frustrating...I hope it gets better OK...and taking some rest is a good idea. I think the main thing is that it will get better! I’ve had one injury when I fell walking in the Swiss mountains and partly tore the ligaments in the side of my knee. But with a good physio it got better. I would never know I had done anything at all now. I would say see if it gets better...if it doesn’t after a week or so I think a good physio is a good idea! Hope you are soon fully recovered! Due to the lack of time I have chosen this as my only workout today together with some 10 min. barbell complex. Cant feel my legs anymore. I love RDL and this was definitely a fun workout :).

Loved this SWEET surprise!!🤩 15 minutes of one of my absolute favorite exercises! Heck yes! I really enjoyed this workout! Felt really confident doing this with heavier weights too. I think my legs have officially went up in weight to stay🥳!! I will be adding this workout on to others in the future whenever I want to do some extra hamstring work! It was great! Thanks Caroline! Awsome workout did this Friday was planning on doing your dynamic and isometric full body, but my quads are still aching from the lunge challenge, so I added this on to 20 min glute and 20 minute dynamic and isometric upper body plus 15 minute arm workout plus the plank challenge thanks caroline.

Don’t let the fact that this is a leg/hamstring focused workout fool you….my ARMS also got a great workout during this! Holding such heavy weights was a challenge for my arms. I used two 32 lb weights, almost equivalent to Caroline’s 15kg 🙂. I was relieved when the second half was holding one dumbbell only! With the exception of the finisher when we picked up both dumbbells again, but this went by quickly and I felt so strong during that quick 1 minute of work! This was a great quick workout for when you want to add on to your previous workout or just don’t have time for a full workout.
Love rdls, completed it with the same weights as Caroline and must say not only my hamstrings felt it but also my wrists 🙈🔥💪🏼
