Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a losers.

Please cover the mans awrah and mute the parts of the video with music because it could lead you to gaining extra sins of everyone who watches. Take your time when it comes to Marriage it’s a big life decision make lots of dua wake up for Tajjhud prayer that’s when u are the closest to Allah swt read Surah Yaseen it is the heart of the Quran
And off course Ayatul Kursi and x4 Quls from protection of any evil
In sha Allah be patient Allah swt will answer your dua
For the men make sure you are able to provide financially for your wife this is very important she shouldnt pay a single penny towards anything it is your duty to protect and provide
Also marry a women for her deen and make sure you are physically attracted towards her this will help you lower your gaze and prevents adultry.. also don’t give into any cultural practices marry them so long as they are Muslim don’t listen to family and marry a girl who is in your culture for your parents

Regarding your last paragraph about parents' opinions and not giving in to cultural practices, I don't see why it shouldn't be possible to combine the two (culture and religion)...
I live in France and here many black Muslim men in particular (who are also not the most observant Muslims...) use this "argument" (which is still right, to privilege religion over culture) to marry women of other cultures at all costs, in particular Arabs, North Africans (who also say this to marry black men...) when in reality it stems more from an inferiority complex, a "hatred" of black women from these men than anything else in my humble opinion...
I'm going through it right now with my older brother, unfortunately lol - he knows a beautiful Muslim woman of Malian origin, like us, who is pious, kind, etc., BUT he's waiting "until September" to see if he "can't find someone better" (meaning a non-black woman lol) during the vacations...
Unfortunately, marriages don't last these days anyway, even less so interracial marriages from what I can see...

Dear brother Zaid. There is a reason why marriage is half of deen. Hadith are guidelines, but one needs to look at our beloved Rasool Saw and Ummel muemenin as roll-modell. He was beautiful hearted and soft with his wife's. That made his wife's love him dearly and remember him only with good.
In a relationship, one needs to have rahma and mowada between the spouses and not talk with each other as if everything both the parties need to do for each other is a task commanded by Allah. Don't get me wrong. One needs to know the rights of each other, at the same time use ones intellect and heart. When there is mowada and rahma between a man and a woman, both parties gladly will serve each other. (I am a woman, but for convenience, sake using my husebands account) I consider serving my husband and my kids an honour. My husband also considers taking care of me and my kids an honour. Although I get tired and stressed at times, I still serve my family out of love for them and not out of it being a duty. The reward from Allah is a lovely bonus in my eyes.

@Abutorab please get a suitable knife to cut vegetables and learn to cut them properly to avoid injury. You are putting pressure on your hands and fingers cutting like that which could result in repetitive strain injury (RSI). It is irreversible once the strain becomes long term. Please change your technique or ask your mum to show you how to do it. Could the fans like this so he sees it. I don't like to comment on UA-cam but scrolled down to see if there were any comments about this, couldn't find any.
May Allah swt bless you brothers. I ask Allah swt to protect you from the fitnah of woman and fame and keep your actions sincere . A sincere Advice from a believer to another believer fear Allah swt in private from you deepest thoughts and intentions. Allah swt is aware of your inner intentions and ideas and core beliefs. The bond between the servants and the master is without a doubt the strongest connection a person can ever build on and it will give you the strength to endure any problem and trial you will face . Build your personal relationship with Allah and it will over shadow all other goals and ambitions and achievements. True success lies in meeting the master with a smile. may Allah give us all righteous spouses, it is so hard nowadays to find any righteous women and the ones who are practicing, usually tend to not look the best from my experience, I think this is because sisters who look good, are just more likely to show themselves to others and that means they have less haya and become less practicing, this is because shaytaan might use a sisters beauty to make her feel special and want to show herrself off, this is the reality of the dunya

Irrelevant to the video but how do you guys find time to do all the side stuff as med students? I'm in my last year of A levels. All I've ever heard is med students never have time to rest, let alone all of the extra stuff. In fact, a few months ago, I was reconsidering medicine because I don't want to become someone who's always so busy in medscl stuff that there's no time for religious studies. Do guide me a bit on this. I really want to continue Islamic studies with my other studies.
focus on the islamic side of things and it provides barakah for everything else
as a med student i can tell you it is massively overstated how much work we do. You still have a lot of time to do whatever else you want to do. Dont be intimidated

If you are a slow learner, you would be left with less time to explore other things. And if you are residing in a country where you have to appear for a more competitive and difficult examination for just getting into the post graduation, then there would be more time crisis bcz students prepare studying 10-12 hrs every day for it. And in the time You get, you also need to do with your obligatory prayers and dirk and other chores.
But yes, if you have a good and faster grasping skills and learning ability, you would have more time to enjoy and explore other things. Like we all know some people who study very less at the last moment and pass the exams and we also know the people don’t have any social life and they just study and study, either just pass the exams or excel in that field
@@Suso707 it depends which medical school, here in the US it is very challenging, UK is much easier overall but it depends on which curriculum you follow as it is not standardized
A levels is difficult, I think more pressure in a levels than medical school but I guess different people have their own viewpoints, also these brothers are outliers, you wont find anyone else like zaid and abutorab who do medicine, have successful businesses, work out and have huge amount of islamic knowledge, i havent seen any others like them

why does Zaid always make people tear up when explaining anything. I wish it is that easy to enter Jannah as a woman when Rasulullah SAW said that majority of the dwellers of hell are women. That actually is a heavy statement that should need a profound discernment especially from women. May Allah SWT make us one of those people of Jannah.
