I use the Boneless- Skinless Pink Wild Salmon! I like the chopped or sliced boiled eggs too on my Salmon Salad Sandwich i like to add sliced tomato in top..Make mine as a sandwich & Sometime with a crunchy Sweet pickle on the side! so delicious!

try this recipe,, ingredients tinned pink salmon , pasta (any kind you like), tomato diced ,, spring onions finely sliced ,, raw mushrooms sliced , capsicums optional,, beetroot diced (optional) , all bound with cocktail sauce,, sometimes called 1000 island dressing . I just estimate the portions of each ingredient.. 1) first put cooked pasta in a bowl,,, 2) add sliced raw mushrooms and diced tomato, 3) add finely chopped spring onions, 4) add tin pink salmon 5) now add cocktail sauce and mix everything together 6) season with lots of salt and pepper 7) now look at the salad,, is there enough salmon or other ingredients… is there enough colour,, if not add some capsicums 8) put in frig for at least 2 hours,, hints,, I have made this with shell pasta and Ravioli but i prefer using smaller pasta like macaroni .. i love beetroot in pasta salad but it not for everyone
What about salmon patties? My mother used to make them once a week. We didn't know it was healthy for us the. Anyway, I can remember watching her debone the canned salmon. Do you have suggestions for a recipe? Or could you do a video? She definitely used onion and green pepper, with egg. She fried them after coating with flour. Looking forward to your feedback.

You might like the Wild Pink Salmon Boneless- Skinless..I can get it at my grocery or at Walmart,,So delicious! I add Mayo. yellow mustard, salt pepper, ( Paprika the last time) chopped boiled eggs,, I like to make sandwiches & Top with Sliced Tomato ,,Add a crunchy sweet pickle on the side.
People please don't use canned Salmon. Light the grill, soak some smoking chips, grill a slab of fresh salmon using your Weber (or equiv)... Then you can do this.

I like this versatile salad. I sometimes add a can of drained early sweet pea for a little sweetness. I use chicken and tuna as well.
Made this last night. Very good the only other spice I added was a salad supreme blend. Much easier mixing fist before pasta.

The bones not only wont hurt you but they are actually GOOD for you, as a source of calcium for your bones! I always leave them in!
