The fact that _this_ article specifically within the ADMONITION canon took a real damn while to actually be included in the ADMONITION site itself seems suspiciously intentional on the authors part. I think it took about a whole week for the article to finally be added in the list.

Some part of me is just linking this to the Deer God, and the idea that rituals aren't important because of the steps, they're important because of the repetition. And repeating such massive things naturally creates this sort of motive force because why else would you repeat them unless it did something.
And the Foundation has been repeating their own massive steps, over and over again, throughout not just this timeline but MANY. What else could that do but make a God of Containment. And what else would a God of Containment want than to sort all of reality and put everything into neatly labeled boxes.
The idea of Admonition becoming a metanarrative across multiple timelines and worlds would certainly be interesting. And having the Foundation being a manifestation of this entity bootstrapping itself into existence is wonderful. The concepts of chaos and order being not separate forces, but just this ebb and flow of the same universal impulses.

But you couldn't actually use it without approval from at least two other departments in most cases. So you had the power to fix a lot of problems, but usually had to go through 8-10 hours worth of waiting before you heard back and could do anything, and at that point, sometimes you had to start over.

      Of many times his size.
He showed not the least surprise.
      His business wasn't with such.
He gave it scarcely a touch,
And was off on his duty run.
      Yet if he encountered one
      Of the hive's enquiry squad
Whose work is to find out God
And the nature of time and space,
He would put him onto the case.
      Ants are a curious race;
      One crossing with hurried tread
The body of one of their dead
      Isn't given a moment's arrest-
      Seems not even impressed.
But he no doubt reports to any
      With whom he crosses antennae,
      And they no doubt report
      To the higher-up at court.
Then word goes forth in Formic:
      "Death's come to Jerry McCormic,
      Our selfless forager Jerry.
      Will the special Janizary
Whose office it is to bury
      The dead of the commissary
Go bring him home to his people.
Lay him in state on a sepal.
Wrap him for shroud in a petal.
Embalm him with ichor of nettle.
This is the word of your Queen."
      And presently on the scene
      Appears a solemn mortician;
      And taking formal position,
      With feelers calmly atwiddle,
Seizes the dead by the middle,
And heaving him high in air,
      Carries him out of there.
No one stands round to stare.
      It is nobody else's affair

That's the Deepwell/ADMONITION Foundation for you. They are literally described as evil/starkly totalitarian, while trying to do the impossible (containing the human spirit).
It's also likely that the BUREAUMANCER (The name is in all caps) is SCP-4755, which is where the Foundation became the hyperreal embodiment of containment, and was described as the concept of eschatological fascism.

Something I think of often is how ill suited humans are for the corporate structure, esp anyone who falls under the umbrella of 'neurodivergent'. Humans super suck at creating systems to live within, they're always flawed, but by god is late stage capitalism one of the worst, most anti-human systems we've made yet.
So I find this especially terrifying. That the universe was not only made with this structure in mind, we will always inevitably be drawn to recreate it, in every iteration of reality, bc something out there has such a hard on for this specific configuration of manufactured security and control, it wills it so. Thanks I HAte it.

Hey exploring series, i have an idea for another video; how about:
"A number of foundation personnel explained" ?
In the last few SCP's you've covered, i think everyone noticed some names popping up more and more, like Placeholder McDoctorate and so on; but also older figures like Dr. Kondraki (you said he'd probably get his own video xD) as well as Agent Strelnikow and so on... i'd be amazing to hear their stories from you mouth!
Finally, i just want to say thank you. I don't usually comment, but if i do, i wanna take the opportunity to say thanks for all the fantastical and amazing works you have made about this amazing Universe, and i think many of us would be less happy in life without them. Thank you.

Why does this feel like what is happening? Like when I stop talking at work everyone else does and when I explain what is happening everyone just goes back to work and the next day nobody remembers what I was talking about.... I'm alone in this because the memic is changing things and I don't have anyone left to believe me. They walk over the dead just so they can get the job, life and family they want but they have nothing it's not real just death. "I woke up one day and it was a dream but did I or something isn't right" "you woke up they just didn't have" the voice behind me.
