I could not agree anymore with that statement. They are absolutely amazing. Seen them 4 times and every single time they blew me away. I hear so many other bands with mediocre songs get tons of media exposure when St. Lucia deserves to be at the top of every chart, list, you name it!

Worked for 6 months as a baker in a mining town in remote Western Australia. This was on the radio constantly. Whenever I hear it now I think of fresh bread and insane heat!
My family owned a small-batch bakery and we always had an indie/alt nation radio station on and there are a handful of songs like Foster the People that bring me right back to fresh baked bread and cake!

I heard this song for the first time in 2016 (sorry it took so long to write) when I lost my teenage son. He lived 15 years more than someone who lived 100. Thank you so much for the hope you gave me!! When I first heard this song, i was just driving back from my last goodbyes. We are so fortunate to the places, languages and hope he showed us. This song always brings a smile towards our way forward. Love you guys. We still supporting children all over the word and will always will...

This Era of indie/alt music was probably one of the best times in the genre. Some of the best artists and creativity I've ever heard came from bands like St. Lucia. I bet this was one of the best times of their lives as a band.

I remember hearing this song for the first time in 2015, finally now know who sings this song after hearing it at Target on the PA speaker, and I thought when I heard this is 2015 that it was the new Duran Duran song because this song sounds exactly something Duran Duran would make in the 80's or in the 90's at some point. Glad to know that this is a 2013 song bringing back the 1980's music with this one. I was born 1995 but I sure wish I lived through the 1980's myself. (Written on October 15, 2021)
