I've always loved how tongue-in-cheek Saint Motel is. The first song I ever heard from them was "To My Enemies," which is from 2009 but I didn't hear it until 2016. Instantly fell in love with their classic sound but weird-ass lyrics lol, and I've been listening ever since. "Born Again" is another particular favorite.
I love the end of this video so much. I’ve never actually watched the entire thing before and all I kept thinking was “Dang, I wish I was attractive enough to be in that room full of beautiful people”. Then in the end they all turn to look at us, the viewer, and it’s just an “Oh shit, this isn’t what I meant” moment lol.
