Hey Phil, really love this episode. I tune in mainly to hear war stories, but Natasha's shown wonderful determination, spirit and initiative to get her law career going, which is a great war story in itself. Very inspiring!
I did Royal Navy for just 1 year, comms just like this lady. HMS Raleigh was hard, I can imagine they’ve toned it down quite a bit, half our intake where failed bootnecks, (which helped, well sometimes lol) It was 1998 at 16 year old. Really wished I just finished training and went to sea. I left, a few years later I thought sod it and joined the RAF. Did that for 5 year, left and now I’ve been a registered psychiatric nurse 17 years. Don’t regret anything, ONLY leaving the Navy
