Wow your summoning luck just was not with you on this vid but that was an amazing way to finish up. Thank goodness for the sparkling system for folks that have had no luck. I have been nutty lucky on this event. I got nothing on my first ten pull but on my second I got Boise followed by New Jersey then Ticonderoga as 4th in the ten pull. I hope everyone has fantastic summoning luck.

You know I have always ... bad taste in mouth when base is L2D and skin for said ship isn't L2D even if it is cool. Still feels like downgrade. But that is your money and if you wanna it then why not. Cheers ;)

I hate myself for not realizing they extended this event and only realizing when there was only a couple days left so I missed a lot of days to get a little extra cubes to get NJ, but sadly I'm probably gonna have to wait a year for a rerun for NJ and SF Edit: You pulled 2 New Jerseys!? And to top it off you get the pity pull as well. Man if I could I would have gladly traded my 1 single Boise for one of your New Jerseys.

My man, I congratulated you when I saw you build NJ (in game chat) but I would never have imagined that it was so close to the pity (much less that you did not get Boise after so much). Damn. I did 78 pulls and got 1 Archer / 1 SanFran / 4 Boises (I'm so sorry) and 1 dupe of Warspite and PoW. Normally I don't warm up the first day but since Shinano was the first one that came out at her event I thought I would have the same luck... Farming 2-1 at the moment because I won't let go NJ "America's ass" slip from my hands (I wouldn't mind using the pity tbh). Skins will be Allen/Boise and Formi in a week or so (a nice surprise NJ has a semi L2D skin). F Unlucky Bag. Great video GuardianE, good luck with Boise and until the next one.

I found it funny that while Mihoyo just got flagged from the Chinese government for the bunny suit dance thingy in HI3, Yostar here just went gorillas on the English server of Azur Lane.
Thanks for sharing your experience with us this time as well. The boise thing was so cursed, hang in there surely she'll come. I too was worried about the devs having messed up when i read the biloxi rate up but gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just an oopsie in the graphics. I actually got everyone (even tico) except new Jersey under 70 pulls when i ran out of coins. Hopefully NJ will come home before i have to resort to the pity, but even if she doesn't i think i can get the needed coins without much trouble as long as i make sure not to spend them elsewhere, i still got 800 cubes so no problem there. My favourite character this time around is probably San francisco, her homie persona is just so endearing, i am not feeling her skin so much though. When they first showed boise in the stream i was disappointed by how the colours and textures of her original art came across but once I got to see her directly in my game she started looking a lot better. Her personality is very interesting too, it seems generally shy but hints at being somewhat Pervy inside, certainly a good mix of both her sisters lulu and louis. I wasn't expecting them to make NJ an otaku (as shown in the event cut scenes), i am sort of indifferent to that trait but i do appreciate the initiative for having variety. Her bunny outfit is great but i think the coolness of her futuristic rigging still takes the cake.

60 cubes and got two New Jersey, one Boise and one Archerfish. Still missing San Francisco but I'll probably continue with the three daily pulls for her. Over 130 builds and New Jersey still hasn't shown up. Got everything else multiple times except for Ticonderoga though, so at least I don't have to worry about limit breaks on most of those. Getting 200 constructions costs a lot more gold than I expected, cubes aren't an issue for me but the gold limit is holding me back from getting them all done in one day.

Had over 400 cubes at the start of this event, enough to guarantee a copy of New Jersey. Practically swept the banner in 80 cubes! Decided to splurge on the Wishing Well for U-81 and Centaur and got both of them with 120 cubes. The construction was the only bright spot of a very exhausting day because work has been brutal the past few weeks.
For some reason I actually finished the whole banner within just 60 pulls, with the 3rd 10x pull giving me a double New Jersey. Compared to my disastrous pulls in the previous Sardena Event, which took me over 400+ cubes, almost half of it used just to get a single Vittorio Veneto, I guess my luck turned for the better for this event. Lets just hope this event didn't drain all my luck for the remainder of the year.
I'm so happy you got New Jersey before the pity. (For excitement sake) I was lucky enough to get New Jersey on my 2nd or 3rd 10 pull. I only started playing seriously about a month ago so I kinda needed that. Boise is in the pool, hold strong and you'll get her!
I got New Jersey with only 2 cubes (1 roll) because I definitely remembered to save some cubes and not spend them the day before the event. Not me. But I really did get it on my first roll

With so many people pulling at the same time, it's bound to happen. Just remember that for every person who got 2 NJs in their first multi, there's another player that had to go to pity. RNG is all about balance, after all. Congrats on your pulls, and thanks!
I guess I was just really blessed. I drew four New Jerseys in less than 200 builds, along with two Archerfish, two San Franciscos, and one Ticonderoga.
Boise was also the last one I got from my event pulls, Elites are always the one that give me trouble. She by far has my favorite skin of this set, I love her design overall.

What a difference a year makes compared to the Shinano event... Haven't gotten any duplicates of her yet, but I cleared the entire banner, including New Jersey in 28 builds... with an extra Archerfish and Boise, and even Ticonderoga mixed into that within the 1st 36 hours of the event. Finished the event map initial runs and began doing SP yesterday. I seriously need more events to go like this! You've got three UR's already! What a haul you're having so far. :D Personality-wise, San Francisco's my favourite among the new girls thus far, and they all look fantastic. Man, Shinano took 120-ish builds last year and I had some of the worst build-spam I've ever had. O.O
The chibis are super cute! Yes, it does say Biloxi. I mention that earlier in the video when showing off the rates. It's a visual bug that they fixed later with a hotfix.
What was up with that Elite? I've seen it take a while for them to show up, but zero after 200 pulls? Holy hell. I hope you get luckier on your dailies. And congrats on the the rest of the units, including the double (or triple, if you count the spark) New Jersey! I...got really lucky again. My gacha luck feels like it's overcompensating lately. I managed to get everyone besides Ticonderosa in a mere 80 cubes, with no dupes besides another Archerfish. That animation when the UR dropped kinda scared me ngl, wasn't expecting that. Welp, at least I can build a healthy stash. Not sure what skins to go for, tho. New Jersey really does have a nice one (but why no L2D, gaah), though the L2D of Whatshername-not-Biloxi and Archerfish' skin look nice too. Gotta think on this a bit.

Im quite saddened by the Shinano pulls because when i almost get her pity, my cubes and gold ran out, then the next day her banner is gone. I got all the current event banner ships including NJ in total of 80 cubes. I guess i've spent my year luck Edit: NJ build time is 6 hours and 30 minutes, somehow Yostar made a mistake when they include Biloxi instead of Boise in the event pool, that caused a bug where players won't be able to get Boise at all (now is fixed).
That's just the way RNG rolls unfortunately. 50 cubes isn't too much. I think the average amount for NJ is around 160 cubes or so. Best of luck to you, I hope you get her soon!

Nope, I don't buy cubes. But remember that as long as you're earning more cubes than you burn per event, the total reserve just builds up over time. Then you get a giant sink like this event where you get hit with a bad RNG hammer. Always best to be prepared for it.
Took 100 pulls to sweep the event. I got New Jersey on the 3rd 10pull. Archerfish closed it out on the 10th 10pull. Glad I got everyone, but I only got one copy of each ship. I had some horrendous pulls. In one I got 5 Kents ! New Jersey has the best skin. The Boise skin is insane. The jiggle physics are set to 11.
You don't really need multiple versions for different fleets. You'll be waiting a very long time until you can max limit break both copies. If you want to keep one around to display a different skin, that's the only reason I'd keep multiple copies.
I feel like New Jersey's skirt and top looks very similar to Baltimore's only the hip and belly openings are filled in now instead of being open like they were on Balti. I wonder if the parallel in design is intentional (but less revealing, obviously). Maybe its just a coincidence, because its a BB vs a CA but I definitely see a design similarity. I hope she drops for me! no luck yet...
Maybe there are some similarities, but I think that's just the overall futuristic mecha design that carries over. I don't know if it's really intentional or not. Good luck!
I was oblivious about this event and had like 200 or so cubes, and I was trying to pull Z35, cuz I missing her. Ended up not pulling her, with 0 cubes and 6 days until this event, I stored 73 cubes when event started, low, but I didn't had time to farm, and i pulled everything with 40 cubes or two 10pulls.. I have ... mixed fillings about my luck.
NJ made me work for her a bit, spent 190 cubes for her but got all the build only ships. I'm really liking the New Jersey bunny skin too. Congrats on getting her and here's to that eventual Boise!
YES! A much-needed FREEDOM dose through superior firepower. Such is the 'MURICA way. A bummer to see RNG troll you yet again, but 400 cubes for 3 NJ's and a near-full sweep is not half bad. I lucked out so hard this time I got everyone in 120 cubes minus Ticonderoga, and without knowing she was 0.5%, I did another 10 pull and ACTUALLY got her. In total 140 cubes (last 20 probably wasted but I ain't gonna complain when RNG blesses me) for banner sweep. Deeply sorry for flexing, I was so very much excited XD. I was waiting for the Bunny Suit analysis for NJ - Thank you, sir. Your review was amazing and Imma go buy that skin. Was contemplating about it, but no more. To the shop, I go!

Got very lucky this event really. Was done after 31 pulls to get everyone, but i had saved so much coins so decided to spend some and did enough to get 80 pulls. Ended up with 4 New Jersey (even had 2 in a 10xpull) and a cattle of other ships *nod* Jeebuz, New Jersey broke your bank this time around, and so surprised you had no Boise in 200 pulls.... That's just insane.
To think NJ is the first ship of this event I pulled and that's on my 12th. Then it's Boise a day later on 5 builds and then after bit of a misadventure at the wishing well, in the next day I went back to 3 builds and got another NJ. Nothing since then however...I hope 2 NJs didn't deplete my luck pool.
This event treated me nicely, got NJ withing 30 pulls and a 2nd one within 95 pulls; got all of the rest including Ticonderoga withing 50-60 pulls, SanFran took the longest to get. But man somethimes it seems that getting the elite ship on the banner is far harder then getting the SR and UR ships, probably due the the absolutely insane number of ships in that pool. Personally I missed out on Nürnberg, Penelope and Suzuya.
the UR banner has been kind for me, 40 pull banner wipeout on shinano, this one wipeout (except for ticonderoga) in 60th pull. that moment when rated up elite is harder to get than the UR... what is rate up anyway.
Manage to get NJ for only 24pulls, kinda surprised because of the animated greetings. Yostar is going all out for this UR event. Edit: I've taken a 4month break of playing azurlane cuz of Arknights, kinda surprised the rng gods is still by my side( ꈍᴗꈍ)
Holy Sugar, San Francisco loved you! Boise is in the pool (I got 2 of her) - but Exeter and York threw themselves at me so much, i had to wonder if if they had the same time (they don't). As for Me - I got Prince of Wales (my first) as my first SR - 2 Boises as i mentioned, 2 New Jerseys, 2 Archerfish, and then San Fran. (no shop ship this go around for me , time to grind!) For Wishing Well (I wanted U-47 and U-101) - I got 3 U-47's and i feel 1/2 the special pool before i got 101 LOL. i did have a good chunk of cubes, and i have to save up now in case Crimson Echoes archives after this event. :) I"m glad that you got a few New Jerseys, and I hope you can get Boise off dailies

If you know about programming, you will understand that the probability is not really random. The probability is determined by the "seed". If the seed is the same for a period of time, the ships you get tend to be the same. So it’s much better to try at different times
"Resetting the seed" is mostly a myth because most pseudo-RNG is handled server side and isn't actually "reset" when re-accessing the server, but rather by any number of other server side actions or requests. While there's no true random, it's also impossible to manipulate.
Ayy I'm early, got a few thought about the event: 1. The rate up is unusually high, got everyone in 40 cubes 2. The wishing well is a joke though, 100 cubes in and nothing for me 3. The skins, after so many sexy and revealing skins, the fully clothed bunny girls look super sexy to me now without showing too much of the girls' body like the swimsuit. 4. I-19 has 6 ears in her bunny skin now lol
I was stupidly lucky, I got a banner sweep at 60 cubes, got 2 copies of San Francisco and 2 copies of New Jersey. Even got Ticonderoga. I believe it has been my best luck in an event so far. My favorite skin has to be Allen M Summer, she's just so cute and derpy
It depends on your goals, and it's different for every type of player. There's no set dock space that is "safe". Some people don't keep their Commons if they have them maxed for the album. Others keep and collect every one. If you want to collect all shipgirls, it's going to be tough as a F2P unless you're willing to buy gems for dockspace, and it's only going to get tougher as they add more ships over time. Just gotta prioritize what's most important to you.
136 cubes to get new jersey. In the process, i got exactly one copy of all the gacha exclusive event ships. Ticonderoga is the only im missing but she's easily obtainable. This time, my cubes are spent and down to 11 so i won't be looking for dupes. Good thing i have 2 ultra rare bulins lying around. Just gotta keep grinding around 6000 more to obtain the last bulins for NJ.
A shame you went so close to pity but at least you got her before it (Great video as always). I got very lucky and so far 2 New Jersey 45 pulls in (first one at 24). A bit of superstition but maybe doing 3 instead of 5 to to fake out a daily pull might help.
I got all the gals ( except of the CV that is on the event store), I even got two NJ's. This banner was more generous comparing it when the pain of the Shinano banner
F for your Boise pulls. Had a similar exp for the Ink Stained Steel Sakura Rerun. Had to burn 600+ cubes for Suzuya. Hopefully RNG treats us well for our daily event pulls....
Not really. There's no reason to have two of them unless you want to showcase different skins for purely cosmetic purposes. You'll not be able to max limit break both of them and have them both at high power for almost a year with how quickly you can get rainbow bulins. And by then we'll probably have another UR where you'll want to use your rainbow bulins as well.
Looks like Ricearoni has been replaced by GuardianE as the new San Fran treat. :) I started with a 4 pull and first 2 ships was Ticonderosa and Boise. Followed up with not 1 not 2 but 3... Norfolk... sigh. Love Boise's design and voice.

Got New Jersey on my very first summon. Got a second copy within 30 cubes. Had to spend 100 cubes before getting another event ship, San Francisco, and 140 in total to also get Archerfish and Boise. Why are Elites more difficult to get than SRs? Of course, I didn't get any copies, same as always. I'll get Ticondorage from the shop as I will concentrate on the wishing well for now. Going for L'opiniâtre and Kimberly (only a rare but impossible to get otherwise) since I have all of the SRs in any of the pools. Of all the ships available in the wells I'm missing Glorious and Zeppy (special pool), Admiral Graf Spee and Hiei-chan (heavy pool), and Little Bel, L'Opiniâtre, and Kimberly (light pool).
This is nonsense, 400 cubes without a single rate up elite? I think you're right, that Biloxi thing may be a bug. I think it's better to contact them to fix it because a few days ago I too contacted the cs because of a bug (unending loading page) and they fixed it asap, and maybe they can compensate you (hopefully).
It happens. Maybe there was a bug, but if so, I hope that we get some sort of notification about it. But the reality is, I know RNG can be that cruel. I've seen worse in my time, heh.
It all just comes down to what you're missing in the pool. Pick SRs, and I'd stray away from ships that are regularly available in all event banners as non-banner SRs.

It took me 140 cubes to get NJ (had all the other ships by then) ... but after NOT getting Vittorio on the last banner even though I did more than 200 pulls on that one ... and also needing above average pulls on the event banner before that ... and not getting Marie Rose ... I really still feel unlucky. :/

I got NJ and San Fran in my first 10 pull. Wound up with max San Fran, 3 NJ, and 4 Boise. No Archerfish. I never try to pull for the shop ship so I'm fine not pulling a Ticonderoga.
I so badly want New Jersey but she is so being elusive. 119 builds in and no New Jersey. I do not know if I can muster the last builds to get to the pity to get one copy of her. However I did get all the other ships in the banner even getting Ticonderga from the banner as well. I am planning to get her skin regardless and pick up Ticonderga's, Boise's, Allen M. Summer's skins as well.
Just stick to it and don't give up! You've got a solid chance, and you can build a lot of orbs in this week! I really hope she appears for you! Nice skin choices!

The visible gold limit cap is a "soft cap". You can blow right past that with every coin accumulation method except the academy. I ignore academy coins. They're a drop in the bucket. The actual "hard" cap of coins is around 600,000+. If you follow our cube saving guide, you'll also be gaining a lot of coins in the process: ua-cam.com/video/rW1h-r7KyYg/v-deo.html Rotate commissions constantly and be sure to do daily raids. The rest is just being thrifty. Not buying stuff in the shop unless it's on sale, only +10ing top tier equipment, staggering retrofits and limit breaks, sticking to free research projects, etc.
Congrats on the pulls Guardian E! i was sad at first knowing that my friends have 200+ and 350+ cubes and i only have 104, i thought i wouldnt get her. To my surprise actually i got new jersey at my 13th pull so within 40 cubes and i got another copy of her and the rest except ticonderoga at 60 cubes only. Was totally happy when i saw that 06:30:00 build timer. I have 51 more (because i got cubes as well after) and idk if i want to use all my cubes to try for more new jersey copies. Any suggestions you can give me?
Thanks, though my pulls were basically suffering. Congrats! I wouldn't pull for additional NJs unless you have a very comfortable cube supply (not 51). You get UR Bulins for free over the course of months, and you can still level NJ to 100 without limit breaking her.

Wow your summoning luck just was not with you on this vid but that was an amazing way to finish up. Thank goodness for the sparkling system for folks that have had no luck. I have been nutty lucky on this event. I got nothing on my first ten pull but on my second I got Boise followed by New Jersey then Ticonderoga as 4th in the ten pull. I hope everyone has fantastic summoning luck.

I hate myself for not realizing they extended this event and only realizing when there was only a couple days left so I missed a lot of days to get a little extra cubes to get NJ, but sadly I'm probably gonna have to wait a year for a rerun for NJ and SF

The Good thing about Azur Lane pity is that when you get the UR, the pity counter doesn't reset but that Elite though, yikes

My man, I congratulated you when I saw you build NJ (in game chat) but I would never have imagined that it was so close to the pity (much less that you did not get Boise after so much). Damn.
I did 78 pulls and got 1 Archer / 1 SanFran / 4 Boises (I'm so sorry) and 1 dupe of Warspite and PoW.
Normally I don't warm up the first day but since Shinano was the first one that came out at her event I thought I would have the same luck... Farming 2-1 at the moment because I won't let go NJ "America's ass" slip from my hands (I wouldn't mind using the pity tbh).
Skins will be Allen/Boise and Formi in a week or so (a nice surprise NJ has a semi L2D skin). F Unlucky Bag.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us this time as well. The boise thing was so cursed, hang in there surely she'll come. I too was worried about the devs having messed up when i read the biloxi rate up but gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just an oopsie in the graphics. I actually got everyone (even tico) except new Jersey under 70 pulls when i ran out of coins. Hopefully NJ will come home before i have to resort to the pity, but even if she doesn't i think i can get the needed coins without much trouble as long as i make sure not to spend them elsewhere, i still got 800 cubes so no problem there. My favourite character this time around is probably San francisco, her homie persona is just so endearing, i am not feeling her skin so much though. When they first showed boise in the stream i was disappointed by how the colours and textures of her original art came across but once I got to see her directly in my game she started looking a lot better. Her personality is very interesting too, it seems generally shy but hints at being somewhat Pervy inside, certainly a good mix of both her sisters lulu and louis. I wasn't expecting them to make NJ an otaku (as shown in the event cut scenes), i am sort of indifferent to that trait but i do appreciate the initiative for having variety. Her bunny outfit is great but i think the coolness of her futuristic rigging still takes the cake.

60 cubes and got two New Jersey, one Boise and one Archerfish. Still missing San Francisco but I'll probably continue with the three daily pulls for her. I think this was one of my luckiest pulls ever in AL. It makes up for Shinano that I couldn't get.

Over 130 builds and New Jersey still hasn't shown up. Got everything else multiple times except for Ticonderoga though, so at least I don't have to worry about limit breaks on most of those. Getting 200 constructions costs a lot more gold than I expected, cubes aren't an issue for me but the gold limit is holding me back from getting them all done in one day.

Had over 400 cubes at the start of this event, enough to guarantee a copy of New Jersey. Practically swept the banner in 80 cubes! Decided to splurge on the Wishing Well for U-81 and Centaur and got both of them with 120 cubes. The construction was the only bright spot of a very exhausting day because work has been brutal the past few weeks.

For some reason I actually finished the whole banner within just 60 pulls, with the 3rd 10x pull giving me a double New Jersey. Compared to my disastrous pulls in the previous Sardena Event, which took me over 400+ cubes, almost half of it used just to get a single Vittorio Veneto, I guess my luck turned for the better for this event.
Lets just hope this event didn't drain all my luck for the remainder of the year.

160 pulls, no New Jersey. It took me 100 cubes to get my 1st event ship.
With so many people pulling at the same time, it's bound to happen. Just remember that for every person who got 2 NJs in their first multi, there's another player that had to go to pity. RNG is all about balance, after all.

What a difference a year makes compared to the Shinano event... Haven't gotten any duplicates of her yet, but I cleared the entire banner, including New Jersey in 28 builds... with an extra Archerfish and Boise, and even Ticonderoga mixed into that within the 1st 36 hours of the event. Finished the event map initial runs and began doing SP yesterday. I seriously need more events to go like this! You've got three UR's already! What a haul you're having so far. :D Personality-wise, San Francisco's my favourite among the new girls thus far, and they all look fantastic. Man, Shinano took 120-ish builds last year and I had some of the worst build-spam I've ever had. O.O

I...got really lucky again. My gacha luck feels like it's overcompensating lately. I managed to get everyone besides Ticonderosa in a mere 80 cubes, with no dupes besides another Archerfish. That animation when the UR dropped kinda scared me ngl, wasn't expecting that. Welp, at least I can build a healthy stash.
Not sure what skins to go for, tho. New Jersey really does have a nice one (but why no L2D, gaah), though the L2D of Whatshername-not-Biloxi and Archerfish' skin look nice too. Gotta think on this a bit.

Im quite saddened by the Shinano pulls because when i almost get her pity, my cubes and gold ran out, then the next day her banner is gone.

Edit: NJ build time is 6 hours and 30 minutes, somehow Yostar made a mistake when they include Biloxi instead of Boise in the event pool, that caused a bug where players won't be able to get Boise at all (now is fixed).

That's just the way RNG rolls unfortunately. 50 cubes isn't too much. I think the average amount for NJ is around 160 cubes or so. Best of luck to you, I hope you get her soon!

Nope, I don't buy cubes. But remember that as long as you're earning more cubes than you burn per event, the total reserve just builds up over time. Then you get a giant sink like this event where you get hit with a bad RNG hammer. Always best to be prepared for it.

Took 100 pulls to sweep the event. I got New Jersey on the 3rd 10pull. Archerfish closed it out on the 10th 10pull. Glad I got everyone, but I only got one copy of each ship. I had some horrendous pulls. In one I got 5 Kents ! New Jersey has the best skin. The Boise skin is insane. The jiggle physics are set to 11.

If I get 3mcopies, should I limit break using copies or using copies for multiple fleets?
You don't really need multiple versions for different fleets. You'll be waiting a very long time until you can max limit break both copies. If you want to keep one around to display a different skin, that's the only reason I'd keep multiple copies.
I feel like New Jersey's skirt and top looks very similar to Baltimore's only the hip and belly openings are filled in now instead of being open like they were on Balti. I wonder if the parallel in design is intentional (but less revealing, obviously). Maybe its just a coincidence, because its a BB vs a CA but I definitely see a design similarity. I hope she drops for me! no luck yet...
Maybe there are some similarities, but I think that's just the overall futuristic mecha design that carries over. I don't know if it's really intentional or not. Good luck!

I was oblivious about this event and had like 200 or so cubes, and I was trying to pull Z35, cuz I missing her. Ended up not pulling her, with 0 cubes and 6 days until this event, I stored 73 cubes when event started, low, but I didn't had time to farm, and i pulled everything with 40 cubes or two 10pulls.. I have ... mixed fillings about my luck.

A bummer to see RNG troll you yet again, but 400 cubes for 3 NJ's and a near-full sweep is not half bad. I lucked out so hard this time I got everyone in 120 cubes minus Ticonderoga, and without knowing she was 0.5%, I did another 10 pull and ACTUALLY got her. In total 140 cubes (last 20 probably wasted but I ain't gonna complain when RNG blesses me) for banner sweep.

Got very lucky this event really. Was done after 31 pulls to get everyone, but i had saved so much coins so decided to spend some and did enough to get 80 pulls.
Ended up with 4 New Jersey (even had 2 in a 10xpull) and a cattle of other ships *nod*

it never hurts to prepare. at the shinano event i got 5 shinano at around 250 cubes in but i still had to spend 700 to get the last elite

To think NJ is the first ship of this event I pulled and that's on my 12th. Then it's Boise a day later on 5 builds and then after bit of a misadventure at the wishing well, in the next day I went back to 3 builds and got another NJ.
Nothing since then however...I hope 2 NJs didn't deplete my luck pool.

This event treated me nicely, got NJ withing 30 pulls and a 2nd one within 95 pulls; got all of the rest including Ticonderoga withing 50-60 pulls, SanFran took the longest to get.
But man somethimes it seems that getting the elite ship on the banner is far harder then getting the SR and UR ships, probably due the the absolutely insane number of ships in that pool. Personally I missed out on Nürnberg, Penelope and Suzuya.

The Elite is only .5% higher rate than SRs, so it's not too surprising when stuff like this happens. It feels rough though, no doubt.
the UR banner has been kind for me, 40 pull banner wipeout on shinano, this one wipeout (except for ticonderoga) in 60th pull.

Holy Sugar, San Francisco loved you! Boise is in the pool (I got 2 of her) - but Exeter and York threw themselves at me so much, i had to wonder if if they had the same time (they don't).
As for Me - I got Prince of Wales (my first) as my first SR - 2 Boises as i mentioned, 2 New Jerseys, 2 Archerfish, and then San Fran. (no shop ship this go around for me , time to grind!)
For Wishing Well (I wanted U-47 and U-101) - I got 3 U-47's and i feel 1/2 the special pool before i got 101 LOL. i did have a good chunk of cubes, and i have to save up now in case Crimson Echoes archives after this event. :) I"m glad that you got a few New Jerseys, and I hope you can get Boise off dailies

If you know about programming, you will understand that the probability is not really random. The probability is determined by the "seed". If the seed is the same for a period of time, the ships you get tend to be the same. So it’s much better to try at different times
"Resetting the seed" is mostly a myth because most pseudo-RNG is handled server side and isn't actually "reset" when re-accessing the server, but rather by any number of other server side actions or requests. While there's no true random, it's also impossible to manipulate.

2. The wishing well is a joke though, 100 cubes in and nothing for me
3. The skins, after so many sexy and revealing skins, the fully clothed bunny girls look super sexy to me now without showing too much of the girls' body like the swimsuit.

I was stupidly lucky, I got a banner sweep at 60 cubes, got 2 copies of San Francisco and 2 copies of New Jersey. Even got Ticonderoga. I believe it has been my best luck in an event so far.

It depends on your goals, and it's different for every type of player. There's no set dock space that is "safe". Some people don't keep their Commons if they have them maxed for the album. Others keep and collect every one. If you want to collect all shipgirls, it's going to be tough as a F2P unless you're willing to buy gems for dockspace, and it's only going to get tougher as they add more ships over time. Just gotta prioritize what's most important to you.
My new ship pulling luck ritual:

136 cubes to get new jersey. In the process, i got exactly one copy of all the gacha exclusive event ships. Ticonderoga is the only im missing but she's easily obtainable. This time, my cubes are spent and down to 11 so i won't be looking for dupes. Good thing i have 2 ultra rare bulins lying around. Just gotta keep grinding around 6000 more to obtain the last bulins for NJ.

A shame you went so close to pity but at least you got her before it (Great video as always). I got very lucky and so far 2 New Jersey 45 pulls in (first one at 24). A bit of superstition but maybe doing 3 instead of 5 to to fake out a daily pull might help.

F for your Boise pulls. Had a similar exp for the Ink Stained Steel Sakura Rerun. Had to burn 600+ cubes for Suzuya. Hopefully RNG treats us well for our daily event pulls....

Not really. There's no reason to have two of them unless you want to showcase different skins for purely cosmetic purposes. You'll not be able to max limit break both of them and have them both at high power for almost a year with how quickly you can get rainbow bulins. And by then we'll probably have another UR where you'll want to use your rainbow bulins as well.

I started with a 4 pull and first 2 ships was Ticonderosa and Boise. Followed up with not 1 not 2 but 3... Norfolk... sigh.

Got New Jersey on my very first summon. Got a second copy within 30 cubes. Had to spend 100 cubes before getting another event ship, San Francisco, and 140 in total to also get Archerfish and Boise. Why are Elites more difficult to get than SRs? Of course, I didn't get any copies, same as always. I'll get Ticondorage from the shop as I will concentrate on the wishing well for now. Going for L'opiniâtre and Kimberly (only a rare but impossible to get otherwise) since I have all of the SRs in any of the pools. Of all the ships available in the wells I'm missing Glorious and Zeppy (special pool), Admiral Graf Spee and Hiei-chan (heavy pool), and Little Bel, L'Opiniâtre, and Kimberly (light pool).

This is nonsense, 400 cubes without a single rate up elite? I think you're right, that Biloxi thing may be a bug. I think it's better to contact them to fix it because a few days ago I too contacted the cs because of a bug (unending loading page) and they fixed it asap, and maybe they can compensate you (hopefully).
It happens. Maybe there was a bug, but if so, I hope that we get some sort of notification about it. But the reality is, I know RNG can be that cruel. I've seen worse in my time, heh.

It all just comes down to what you're missing in the pool. Pick SRs, and I'd stray away from ships that are regularly available in all event banners as non-banner SRs.

It took me 140 cubes to get NJ (had all the other ships by then) ... but after NOT getting Vittorio on the last banner even though I did more than 200 pulls on that one ... and also needing above average pulls on the event banner before that ... and not getting Marie Rose ... I really still feel unlucky. :/

I got NJ and San Fran in my first 10 pull. Wound up with max San Fran, 3 NJ, and 4 Boise. No Archerfish. I never try to pull for the shop ship so I'm fine not pulling a Ticonderoga.

I so badly want New Jersey but she is so being elusive. 119 builds in and no New Jersey. I do not know if I can muster the last builds to get to the pity to get one copy of her. However I did get all the other ships in the banner even getting Ticonderga from the banner as well. I am planning to get her skin regardless and pick up Ticonderga's, Boise's, Allen M. Summer's skins as well.
Just stick to it and don't give up! You've got a solid chance, and you can build a lot of orbs in this week! I really hope she appears for you!

The visible gold limit cap is a "soft cap". You can blow right past that with every coin accumulation method except the academy. I ignore academy coins. They're a drop in the bucket. Rotate commissions constantly and be sure to do daily raids. The rest is just being thrifty. Not buying stuff in the shop unless it's on sale, only +10ing top tier equipment, staggering retrofits and limit breaks, sticking to free research projects, etc.
Congrats on the pulls Guardian E! i was sad at first knowing that my friends have 200+ and 350+ cubes and i only have 104, i thought i wouldnt get her. To my surprise actually i got new jersey at my 13th pull so within 40 cubes and i got another copy of her and the rest except ticonderoga at 60 cubes only. Was totally happy when i saw that 06:30:00 build timer. I have 51 more (because i got cubes as well after) and idk if i want to use all my cubes to try for more new jersey copies. Any suggestions you can give me?

I wouldn't pull for additional NJs unless you have a very comfortable cube supply (not 51). You get UR Bulins for free over the course of months, and you can still level NJ to 100 without limit breaking her.
