I stopped dating due to: - Unrealistic expectations (on the girls part). - Women never holding themselves accountable and rarely apologize. - Women showing to much disrespect and selfishness. - Women rarely showing gratitude or thanks for the things men do for them. - Women's deep delusion and dishonesty.
Beggars can't be choosers. It is as if "now has she, more than generously let you receive the great honor of her time, and then do you dare to not just being eternally grateful". She has settled down to your rather puny level, so how dare you not just understand that she is in fact doing you an almost super human favor?!
I'm gonna put my two cents here. I don't date because it's like going to an exam. No more friendly chat or anything similar. It's an exam and you feel like you're in front of an examining board. No thanks. I love the peace and quietness I have in my life. No shouting, no dramas, no accusations, no hissy fits. Just me, my little garden and my simple life.
I had a women who after the 4th date told me her expectations for gifts. She handed me a list of items she expected and wanted which included trips to Paris, Prada Purses, and weekly delivery of flowers. A couple of days later I told her we are not a match, that night my social media blew up with her friends posting comments about me being a narcissist.
Her friends were just echoing her words about you that they heard when she gossiped after the breakup, and she was probably just saying that so she didn't look like loser in front of her friends. She had to deflect the blame onto you.
My issue is never getting a date to begin with. When you're Bob Average rather than Chad, you're just ignored. They won't return text messages, won't ask you about yourself, won't engage in conversation beyond one word answers or disinterested phrases. They look bored. Your self esteem can take a dive unless you've developed a thick skin. They have a list of criteria longer than Chile for ordinary looking men. The minute Chad rocks up, it's drop that list and make it easy for him. But here's the kicker:- if Chad ignores them, they appear on fucking Tik Tok and cry like a baby, expecting sympathy! Welcome to our world, darlings.
Yeah the dating world is a mess no wonder these women are single when they made this situation themselves feel like the dating world and women in general are stuck in the teenager phase
Developing a thick skin is almost a necessity for dating but then you have trouble shedding it when you need to. Everything in life is a trade off. A good woman who cares about you will understand that and make allowance for it instead of dumping you as quickly as possible. Believe it or not, women used to be good at relationships. No, really, I'm not making that up even if it does sound impossible.
There are Jill Average girls but modern feminism tells them that they are all tens and beautiful inside. As guys we know exactly where we stand or how we look but who can fight delusion?
These girls here just isn't worth it. For the best value woman that would be interested in you and love your average self. 1. Work on yourself, get to the gym, workout with a real program (full body 2x - 3x a week, upper lower 4 days a week, push pull legs 6 days a week). Get your diet in check and get yourself into good shape (12% - 15% body fat). Focus in on your hobbies that bring you joy. 2. Work on your wealth, for you. Get 2+ jobs if you need to, invest in real estate, dividends, something that has a real payout. Getting a YT channel going can also lead to a good income (if that is something you are interested in). 3. Get your passport, there are a lot of amazing women out there once you leave the west.
I checked out of dating in my late 20's when a bunch of ex's and old flings contacted me randomly. It was 5 of them within a month or two time frame. I figured out what was going on. They were hitting the wall and wanted a husband to bail them out of debt and so they didn't have to work a job anymore. It disgusted me. If a woman didn't want me in her prime then she doesn't deserve me in her decline. I've also got too comfortable being single. Inviting a Western woman into my life will be a net negative. Too risky.
@@HauntedCadaver not necessary since you dont know if she would have wanted him in her prime the rule only works for women who he knows in their prime who rejected him and then come back to get that husband who would provide for them so i do think its a good rule, just dont be to strict with strangers as like you said they might be the one that actually cares and is the right fit for you
This is what I get out of not dating or anything past it :- 1 peace and quiet 2 no hassles 3 go where and when I choose 4 watch what I want 5 get up or go to bed when I want 6 see whom ever I want 7 not having to live up to someone else''s standards 8 not needing any ones permission for anything 9 not having to put up with women's hypocrisy 10 not having to put up with untrue accusations, lying, cheating and back stabbing
I give up a long long time ago on women if you don't have Superior looks you need to give up guys today cannot pass women's high expectations extremely high standards women today are only reserved for Chad and Tyrone the rest of us are left in the friend zone..
The biggest one for me is loyalty. I increasingly find myself not trusting women with each passing day. Women will monkey branch to the next one as soon as she finds someone she's attracted to. I will not allow for that to happen to me.
Good list. Women don't seem to realize that treating men like this can actually be mentally and emotionally traumatic. We don't talk about it, we just go our own way and stop being available. Better to be alone than with someone who makes you feel alone.
Amen brother! I honestly have no friends, my family im not close too since they kind of sided with my ex for a while. Still don't feel as bad as I did when I was married! I did have friends but she got jealous and nagged all the time and we lost touch
@@BlazeBuds I hate that you're dealing with that, but I totally understand. What I can say is that what is taken wrongfully will be given back. You just have to keep pushing. God bless you, and I wish you the best!
yes. I was in a relationship 7 year ago for 3 years and then suddenly I was out of work for 6 months. and i normally would nail interviews and get job offers, but because of the constant arguing and fighting (for NO valid reason whatsoever with my ex now) i would just fail these interviews. So I has to sit her down and say. "STOP fighting with me, what is the matter with you???" I need to get work, but because of your toxic energy I cant focus. She stopped it, and in that week I have the job I have now, and then I realise.....I need to let her go. So I did.....I've been happily employed and single for 7 years now. Very happy, living on the beach have a great life. Women like to blame men for their insecurities when we are busy nursing our OWN negative delusions of our own. Single is better. Be!! your OWN special someone. 🥰
You never really know how crass, self centered and actually mean a woman is until you break up or get divorced! That's the real woman. The one you thought you were "dating" or "married to" was a self serving actor!!
I’ve had nine long term “girlfriends” - I consider that term to be “with prospects for a potential marriage.” I know these women aren’t sociopaths, but holy ****… practiced liars, compulsive liars, pathological liars. It’s so messed up. They’ll lie about anything - small or big, pointless or not… makes no sense and it’s honestly alarming.
As a 59 year old man. I quit dating at 37. And it's absolutely the best thing I could of done for myself. No regrets here! Love my peace and serenity and privacy and money!!!!

I humbly submit that the best thing you could _have_ done for yourself is take an English class. Yes, I'm an asshole... I know that already. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My last LTR started at ~40 and it lasted for a little more than a decade. It just fizzled out and thankfully we never got hitched or had any children. It just all seems like a waste of time, unless your goal is children. I do miss having a dinner/pub/travel buddy, but the thought of dealing with all the ancillary things that come with female companionship. . . it's just not worth my effort right now. Maybe it'll change, but I doubt it. I'm 53 now and life seems good.
1. No loyalty anymore 2. Always playing games with me and my friends 3. Liars 4. Cost too much money 5. You’re always in competition with someone when trying to pursue a woman of interests
For some reason, Emily never mentions divorce, loosing half of the assets, and having to pay the spousal support for years if she earned less than her husband. Marriage (and even common law partnership in some jurisdictions) can literally ruin a man financially. His ex-wife can become his most vicious enemy in the divorce court. We do not want any more enemies than we already have, especially enemies who can legally send us to live under the bridge.
The really scary part is how that's someone who you're supposed to trust with your life, someone who you're supposed to give your all to, someone who you're supposed to have faith in, and they can completely trash all of that for their ends.
Yeah, but thats marriage, the topic here is just dating. We already know marriage is a scam for men. Thing is, we reached the point where even dating is not worth anymore.
They have always been more trouble than they are worth. Men are only now waking up to that fact. It’s fair evidence that men are finally getting the renaissance we deserve, nearly a century after women got theirs from this “patriarchy”.
@@tubamaxima187 i'm sorry. men experience this constantly. It is not necessarily mean it's you. Good men look at themselves and take accountability . make sure you are doing that on a regular basis and you will have no problem getting a good man
Well stated. My only disagreement would be that a lot of guys aren't taking a break temporarily - it's permanent. We're done. Juice isn't worth the squeeze.
Where is your self respect when you are sexually abusing another person? Having sex with another person without loving them!? Same goes to women this list is unisex ! Nothing new here, accept you missed one sex, lust, and free time having sex with anyone and everyone that is the entire list.
I'm definitely done with dating for these reasons mostly. The clincher was finally realizing women do not love men for who they are, but for what they can provide.
Yeah. That is what I have learned too. Men want a friend and loyal companion, and that’s what they fall in love with. Women want a multitool to help accomplish all their needs, goals, and future ideals, and when the tool is no longer useful to those things, the appeal goes away. Of course this isn’t true in all cases, but as a generalization it seems to apply often enough to notice the trend.
Thankfully I learned this very valuable lesson when I was young, in my late teens, so I haven't been drained of money or sanity by a woman. I decided to just stay single because women are just not worth the risk or effort.
If it's not safe to be vulnerable with someone, then it is by definition a toxic relationship. And it seems the large majority of women expect this kind of toxic relationship
Men's expectations of women when dating for longer than a night: Make effort with appearance Be nice Have some dignity and show theres a chance of true exclusivity Else: Be hot cause we dont really care we know you're just worth a night Women's expectations of men when dating: Be an 8, 9 or 10 but not a fk boi no matter what attractiveness score she is herself Make effort with appearance But make sure not to overdo it or she'll think you're desperate Know current fashion trend and pick the correct ones that she likes in particular Be nice But not too nice But also be an exciting bad boy Be trustworthy But also be mysterious Be exciting and don't act too seriously But also be mature Make her laugh But show her you can be serious when you need to be Show her your sentimental side But be stong and emotionally stable Pay for everything But ensure she doesn't feel like you're implying she wont pay Be chivalrous But be careful you don't do too much chivalry such that you're chauvanistic Be polite to other people you meet But show her you're the boss Show her you're alpha male But don't show off Compliment her But don't be a creep Be bigger than average downstairs and be toned But have zero preferences for an ideal woman's body Agree with everything she says But be your own person Be ambitious and work focussed But spend time with her at the drop of a hat Earn a ludicrous salary But see you will have plenty of time to help with housework, take the dog for a walk, take her to posh restaurants, spend time with the kids etc Work miracles But expect nothing back from her for being a literal god
My main reason for stepping back from dating: I've encountered women (both white and some black), who seem more interested in my financial status than in building a genuine connection. Qualities like integrity, compassion, commitment, honesty, and accountability seem to be absent in my recent experiences. This impression has been reinforced by what I've seen on platforms like UA-cam, where many women portray unrealistic expectations, focusing on material gain, reminiscent of the "sugar baby" mentality. After my ex-wife filed for divorce and moved out of state just a month after I was laid off from a $190K/year position, I had hoped this was an exception. I put dating on hold to focus on being a solo dad until my youngest started college this past month. Now that I'm re-entering the dating world, I’m disappointed to find that many women I've met seem more interested in my financial standing than in who I am as a person. I'm now considering broadening my horizons and focusing on dating women from Latin, Asian, Indigenous, and Pacific Islander cultures, in hopes of finding deeper, more meaningful connections. For context: I now earn double what I did when my ex filed for divorce, though I keep my financial status hidden from those I would date.
I've found its nearly impossible to compete with 1) what she gets from society by default, 2) what she gets from random "guy friends" in her life, and 3) her past.
Please for your sake don’t date a girl who has guy friends. If someone is attractive to you, and you talk for long enough, those feelings will disrupt your relationship. It’s such an obvious fact, and so find a woman with high morals who respects this fact.
@KallutoZoldyck I don't like it any more than the next guy, but expecting someone to give up/actively refuse friendship from 50% of humanity is just not realistic. What's important is how she manages those friendships and prevents them from being sources of suspicion and mistrust.
@@KallutoZoldyck high morals? girls like this dont exist & doesnt matter if she has male or female friends either way get someone who isnt easily led by lies & deciet
Like many men I grew up with this grand plan to find a soul mate and wife and maybe have a family. Disney movies and society constantly pitched this amazing idea to me and I really looked forward to it. Got married at 23 and after a year she cheated and became a different person. That was over 10 years ago and while we get along for the kid I've just never been the same. Two serious relationships since that were disappointing and watching friends and family go through similar nightmares... just no. Not doing it again. The magic is gone. Women are not what I was led to believe and it's not worth the hurt.
@John_Wood_ No, he ghosted her the same day she told him that I found out. Turns out he was also in a relationship. My ex wife told me years later that she made sure his partner found out about her. Two families torn apart over nothing.
I feel ya, it’s crazy how many broken people there are out there! You’ve delt w/it and no longer believe the BS society spreads on us from an early age, it’s 90% Santa Clause out there, don’t get trapped fellas!!!
Facts bro. I used to be in that same mentality. But like you said….. the hurt is not worth it. Especially with how modern day women are now a days. Just have more than 1 and keep them all in the sex only category
My truth is no nice ladies ever existed, just the arrogant, ignorant, selfish, egotistical ones. That's why I've been single since day 1, unlike most of my family.
I’m 25 and dating at my age is exhausting. It’s depressed, overweight, lack of personality or liberal women. A majority of women seem to have no charm, no charisma, no substance to them anymore, they live off looks and don’t have to work very hard for a man’s attention. I’d rather work on myself and not have to deal with the heartbreak or rejection. I feel like I can never attract women I actually find attractive. In conclusion, talking/dating with women just brings more sadness than happiness. That’s why I’m going my own way.
I was just a "hyperfixation". I'm much more reserved now. I want commitment and love. Not dealing with another problem. But i will no longer compromise for mediocre behaviour from women. I understand why women feel the same because there are some men out there that are very much snake oil salesmen.
@@LadislausMarguspaYeah the bed boy is typically pretty open about who he is, it’s pretty obvious most of the time, not hidden, woman are just inevitably disappointed he stays exactly who he is and acts accordingly.
yes i know the type the compulsive liars that lie their way into the very girls life your interested in then to knock her up knowing you dont have a chance with her after that or get her hooked on illegal substances knowing that she'll get with you aswell as other lads at the same time to fund the habbit
After 10 years of not dating, I got a girls number, after a chat I asked her out for coffee. She went incommunicado for 36 hours. When she resurfaced, she actually says sorry. She tells me she is bipolar and had a depressive episode. After a few back and forth a she says she is still not over her ex. And later she tells me she can’t control her substance use (alcohol). She’s interested but I’m not anymore…
I've never, in my entire life, had a woman make my life easier. not once. The peace I've found being single is amazing. Edit: Just so we're on the same page. I'm not anti-women. I've known some great female friends and coworkers and I'm certain there are more out there like Emily whom are very pleasant to be around. I was only stating a fact about my personal history. I'm not trying to stereotype every human with XX chromosomes, and I certainly don't have any hate towards them. My only distaste is for the society that we've collectively become today.
While women may not have made your life easier you have to admit that you’ve still had good times with women right? I mean, reading This comment section you’d think all dating and relationship(and women period) are just bad bad bad. I think some guys are falling into a negative echo chamber
@@brianmeen2158 It's not an echo chamber. It's like attracting like. i.e. If you are angry and negative all the time then that's the kind of people you'll attract. If you're only interested in shallow shit you're going to attract shallow people. Sadly most men won't work on themselves outside of the usual refrain of being a moneymaking gym-rat. Then they wonder why they get lust-driven gold-diggers?!?!
You expecting a woman to make your life easier is the equivalent of a girl wanting a guy who earns 200k and spend all of it on her. A good relationship requires both to sacrifice a lot of their freedoms. Suddenly there is a person that cares so much about you, that she feels worried if you don't text her your location at least once a day. You need to think about the feelings and needs of 2 persons (at first, family inc). Your behavior and reputation does not effect only you anymore. Your plans always involve two instead of one person. And much more. What you get for it is affection, love and perspective in life. If you meet the right women you don't care about a simple easy life anymore, you start to think about the future.
I don’t date because I constantly feel like I’m being tested/evaluated. I have everything I need and don’t need the extra drama. I do what I want Guys, NEVER make a first date expensive. Coffee and talk is fine.
1) I'm done hearing constantly how it's all my fault for EVERYTHING 2) I'm done hearing the words 'bare minimum' coming towards me when I can't even get that 3) I'm done hearing 'nothing. I'm fine.' When clearly nothing is fine 4) I'm tired of being looked at like I'm literally made of money..what happened to sense of humor? Self respect? Being a gentleman? Intelligence? Being good looking? 5) Me being alone brings me less stress than being in a relationship
I was just broken up with because I found out she was texting and sending pictures to another guy while we were in a relationship for over a year. .. I confronted her about it, I was just an option. One silver lining I can take from it is that I didn't move in with her or get engaged ( we were talking about it ) . the struggle is real these days fellas.. Stay strong out there.
My problem with dating is how much I have to invest just to get nothing back. Im out here taking the woman on date's, telling her jokes, funny stories, I buy her gifts every now and then and in return I get women who can barely hold a conversation and I'm always the one who has to initiate everything. Like why am I out here always on, always putting my best foot forward if a woman can't be bothered to give a quarter of yhat effort back? If its just that she's not interested she could save me the time by telling me instead of stringing me along. Glad I went my own way im 2019, women waste so much of men's time, affection and money its unreal.
Most people are only interested in their own life. Start with that assumption from now on. If you find somebody who isn't like that, you'll know. Don't let them go.
It sounds like you are mostly picking the wrong women then in most cases.. I mean, if you are meeting these women and then have to initiate everything and carry 100% of the conversations and you are buying them gifts then I’m curious as to what drew you to her in The first place..? I mean, if there isn’t a little effort on the woman’s part then I’m not about to buy them anything or take them Anywhere
I think you’re approaching it the wrong way. Why does it take effort? What are you compensating for? Having a conversation should be effortless it implies you’re performing to get something which might be why they don’t stick around. Look at the insecurities of being yourself around a woman without pretending, there’s gold to be uncovered there.
@@callum7081 I think you missed the point, the complaint was not that the girls won't stick around, its was that they won't give HIM a reason to stick around, and to keep doing all of those things that they like him doing for THEM. He's already uncovered the gold, which is to not waste time, attention, and resources on parasites.
The reason I abandoned dating 1. I have seen very few dating successes now a day, including mine. I was never enough in my past relationship, and it made me feel like shit. 2. I found peace in my academics life and working out. 3. Now a days, there are no commitments, so why bother. 4. Lastly, the dating world is too competitive, and I am just 5 11, average looking guy, who is not crazy rich, how would I find anyone in 2024, So why even bother.
I bought a couple of six packs and went to visit my friend John, who lives on a farm. Eventually, he invited me to see something out in his pig pen. He opened a bottle of beer, and held it down to the sow. She tipped the bottle down, and chugged it, then squealed happily, ran in circles, and came back to us. I opened another bottle and gave it to her. Again the kicking her heels, running and squealing. I told John, "That pig shows more appreciation, enthusiasm, and joy, than any woman I ever bought a beer in a bar. There is a hint in this story as to why some men no longer date. Can you find it?
Im 54 and im done with dating and with relationships. I'm sick of the dating game, sick of the games, sick of the rejection and sick of being played. @@navaarunbhattacherjee4511 It doesn't matter. I knew a woman who was 33 recently divorced, had me in the friendzone while simultaneously in a situation ship w a guy for going on a year… thank god I figured out my self worth and walked away from that. Yikes.
@@Kurio71 she had originally told me she had broken up w someone when we first started the talking phase. That phase went on for like 3 months and someone let slip ‘she had a boyfriend or something’ and she said to me ‘I thought you would hate me, and my simp ass said nah. It’s fine, I’m not the jealous type.’ So basically I friend zoned my self. It went on for another two months before the friendzone became unbearable and I left. It’s been about a year now since I stopped all communication.
You have just completely nailed it here!! I finally gave up a few months ago, after investing much time and financial recourse to help my gal break free from a former male that emotionally and physically abused her over 14 years. A year ago he beat her to the point of breaking 3 ribs and fracturing her neck in 2 places. She ghosted me and returned to the relationship against very emotional protests from her parents and her children... But each point you've made is why I am happy to live my debt free, Jesus worshipping, and hobby-full life. Thank you for your videos!! Be well...
I stopped dating back in 2015 and haven't touched a woman in about 8 years. I'm much happier now that I don't have to deal with the nonsense and frustration anymore. Social Media is a big reason why things have gotten very difficult for men, especially young men. If you don't make 6 figures, you're just average looking and don't have a high "social status" you're out of luck with women, unless you want to lower your standards quite a bit. But who wants to do that? Women certainly don't, and now men are just getting out completely. It will be interesting to see how all this affects our world in about 10-20 years. Way more single people, less families and less children. This sounds fine to me now, but it certainly could tilt the society and the economy in a rather negative direction.
Lowering your standards doesn't even help, at least if you are less than average on looks. No woman looks below a seven on looks - we that doesn't pass that doesn't even exist
From my prospective, most women are NOT in a relationship for the lifelong commitment. Its about what they can get from a man, and when that isn't enough, they break their promises to their man and God, walk away and "rinse and repeat" over and over until they are no longer attractive and then spend the second half of their lives bitter, complaining and alone. They have no one to blame for their choices but themselves. There is a good side to all of this. LOTS of cats are going to find homes....
You are 100% correct on the date, drop, date - rinse and repeat method the majority of women use. They will lie about a long term commitment. They are only trying to maximize their 'profit' and benefits from a union and have already an exit plan well ahead of what you are thinking. The ones that are relatively ugly will try to accomplish their goals before 30, and the ones that were beautiful will delude themselves to try and stay in the 'freeloading grifter zone' into their 50s.
I stopped due to lack of reciprocation, and stupid games. Granted, getting to the dating stage is tough because of the unrealistic expectations. I have found since I paused that I have found so much peace and saved so much money, that it makes it tough to wade back into the thick of it. I hope there are women like you describe. I think they are probably like the good guys though; either with someone already, or stopped dating. Thank you, Emily. I appreciate your content and the work you put in. Positive thoughts for your world.
They really don't want "good guys". They date and sex up the real jerks first. Then when it turns into a disaster for her. She lets the experience sour her feelings for men in general. I have seen this SO - MANY - FREAKIN - TIMES I stopped counting a long time ago.
I agree that no one should lead anyone on. Be up front. If you aren't feeling it. Just be real say I don't see you as my type but be nice and maybe if your mature be friends not with benefits but you can be friends too .
Once again you nailed it. No girlfriend means no drama or disappointment. I'd rather go fishing than waste all my time and effort on something that's only going to try to manipulate me, and/or use me. It's unbelievable how many single women post unrealistic expectations on Facebook. I recently saw a post from a girl that I've known since high school. She says she's not good at being alone which means she's looking for someone. She says the guy has to be salary, can't be living paycheck to paycheck. She doesn't want a man that is going to tell her what to do. She's out of work, a little overweight, doesn't take very good care of herself, has had half a million men already. It's just hilarious that a girl like this thinks she's going to get a guy that makes a ton of money and won't try to tell her what to do. Nobody responded to her post. One of her female friends suggested that the two of them can hang out and do things together. Also, I noticed that the holidays trigger something interesting. It seems like Tis the season for single females to post their pictures on Facebook. I just noticed a sudden wave of photos of single females this week all over Facebook. Is that all they can do to try to find a guy ? Then there's a dilemma because 50 or 100 guys are telling them they are beautiful, and now they can't make up their minds who they want to spend the holidays with. Also those girls don't make commitments because it's so easy for them to go from one guy to another. In my last relationship I was with a girl for 14 years. We were engaged. I caught crabs twice, and never cheated on her. One time when she came over to see me she had big rug burns on her knees, and tried to tell me she got them from doing pushups. Yeah, right. She told me she lost her engagement ring which I believed she pawned. She told me clear out of the blue one day "I don't think we're right for each other anymore, I don't ever want to see you again". I laughed and said "Yeah, right !" I figured whatever it was she would be over it in a few days. I never saw her again. At that point she already had another boyfriend. Apparently, she thought the grass was greener on the other side. Recently I found a photo of her on a porn site. Since this breakup I've been single, and drama free. A friend of mine ran into that girl's mother not long ago, and the first question the mother asked was whether or not I was seeing anyone. That tells me the grass wasn't greener on the other side.
This is 100% accurate!!!! 36 yr old, successful guy, I exceed ALL the 6’s and believe me, it doesn’t make it any easier. I get asked by women all the time “why are you single?” and this is exactly why!! If I’m doing everything i can to better myself, think of myself as a 10, and think of you as a 6-7 but I’m still not good enough, nahhh… throwing my hands up on that one. It’s gotten to the point where I make a conscious, concerted effort to avert my gaze from all beautiful women in public. I won’t give them the satisfaction and they’re going to have to beg for it or I’ll stay enjoying my singularity.
100%...it is incredible how much they seek attn.....am older than you but all the same.....even with their bf ir hubby and they can't help from trying to get attn from other men.....pay no mind to em
It's not you? Some women are just evil, greedy, their leave their husbands and children to marry some old guy with money? They always think having money, material posessions buy you happiness? Just talk to some famous and, successful people? They still get cheated on.
Honestly that’s why I married a woman older than me from Mexico it’s just much more reasonable expectations I think of myself as a 7 or 8 but she thinks I’m a 10 in fact she thinks she’s not good enough for me and I do my best to show her that she is the woman I want to be with
Just want to take a moment to point out how very few women have commented on this video... I think that speaks volumes because everything Emily has said is true and they know it. Also shoutout to my single guys!! We all share a similar story when it comes to dating and it's good to know that I'm not alone on this one!
Ur right thank man I just lotsed a friend cuz he tried to act like there no Truth to this n we all just don't try hard enough at least i can take solace n knowing I'm right n we all have bros tht have the same ssituio9n
In general, women aren't watching these videos. It would require introspection and self-reflection. Why do that when there's another guy just one swipe away on their phones?
women that are even halfway good looking, have an endless supply of men chasing them. They take full advantage. I refuse to be a sucker anymore. so, trust me you're not alone.
Females have an inflated view of who they are when most of them have very little to offer in a relationship - especially those that think they are hot looking! Their expectations are too high and their willingness to contribute is way too low. I agree with all 5 reasons Emily speaks about in this video. I see this in real life and on video interviews. It's disgusting. As a whole, our society is crashing in terms of morals, compassion, integrity, and giving back. Selfishness rules.
The big one that was missed is that a lot of men have seen other men get absolutely wrecked ( emotionally and/or financially ) by relationships or marriage. this may be there friends or family. Maybe even their fathers. Some take the attitude of "I'm not going to let that happen to me!".
4 divorced friends. 4 initiated by the wife. 4 this pattern: Wife needs more stuff, Husband works harder, Wife "feels neglected." 4 planned their divorce months or years ahead. 3 wives cheated. 4 men lost their homes and savings. 7 kids lost their fathers. 4 women single and lonely. 3 men single and "happy" for life. 1 man remarried. We'll see about him.
@@bazookacat8421Yep, basically all my male friends and family have been screwed over by their wives. Everyone wants to point out that it happens to women too but I think it's different, such as the case with my aunt who married a known player who straight up told her he never really wanted to be married or have kids yet she manipulated him into doing it anyway and he obviously cheated on her but yet she's still the victim despite passing up countless good men for the bad boy. Combined with my bad experiences dating, I basically can't trust women anymore - they almost scare me now as I practically equate them with all the horrible things I've seen done to my fellow men! They're like Black Widows!
Yes, absolutely. When I was eighteen an uncle of mine went through an ugly divorce. This included a child custody war. Years later when I asked why his marriage failed I was told that the former wife was unfaithful. Some of the worst female infidelity I heard about was when I was in the Navy. I heard about so many cases of divorce, abandonment, and adultery. Much of this happened well after the ship got underway. Over the years I have kept both my ears and my eyes open regarding this matter. As a result I have avoided the heartaches and headaches that's so many other guys have been through.
Being tossed away after 3 months like literal trash after hearing her say the "i love you" and then seeing her with a new boyfriend a few days later, is the reason i will never waste my time falling in love again, and to be honest im so dead inside after all these years, im probably incapable of love, she took that part from me all those years ago and stamped it out dead
Words are cheap, even when they profess love, their actions always show the actual them to you. Whether its leaving, cheating, entitlement or just pure laziness. Just watch the reality, ignore the words, it will keep you saner, the actions are more honest.
My biggest reason for no longer dating is not on this list. It is simply loyalty. Many modern women do not have any idea what it means to be loyal to a partner. They cheat and are way to self entitled. For example they are convinced that they rate much higher than they really do. Treat men very poorly. Another one that is really important that is not on this list is respect. There are levels of respect and some should be from the start and some to be earned. For example a mutual respect from the start is need in things such as expectations. You get what you give if you want things to work out kind of idea. Treat the person you are dating as you expect them to treat you. In the dating rule for modern women there is no longer the golden rule(do unto others as you would like done to you). Pretty simple and unless you are a simp, you will not accept anything less than loyalty and respect(both given and received by both parties). So if you can't respect the other person or they can't or won't respect you then the relationship is a non-starter.
I don't know how old you are, but I'm in ny 50s. Back in the 80s and 90s the women weren't like this....pre social media of course. It is actually quite disturbing to see how completely self absorbed and toxic most have become, which is really what you are describing. My experience has been the same. MGTOW. If an actual good one comes along, I'm not opposed to the idea, but I don't put any effort into it anymore. Not worth it. Frankly, most women today are just awful company....boring, shallow, vain, self centered, etc.
Holy crap both of you are spot on. I am not sure women were that different in the 80s and 90s, my first girlfriend in the mid 90s wanted to have sex, i was not ready to yet, so she went and slept with my buddy that night, and every since then, almost every girlfriend has cheated on me. They see us as temporary and there is no commitment like you said. No loyalty. But men are expected to sit in the corner and not even look in another woman's general direction.
Tbh both genders tend to treat the other badly quite often. We live in a very selfish society and it’s all about the other person fulfilling their needs. I just don’t like the generalizing of one group or gender as broken or bad. We don’t like when radical feminists do it so we shouldn’t be doing it either. Plus I notice more and really bitter men in these comment sections and that’s not good. I totally understand guys that want to go their own way but to constantly slander the opposite sex is just wrong
I don't treat women poorly, but I sure have been treated badly. The number of women I know that treat men with any respect and loyalty I can count on one hand. The number of loyal, loving, and respectful men I know by far outnumber the women. So yeah I can say what I do from personal experience. We are going to have to agree to disagree.@@brianmeen2158
I think the main reason I pretty much quit dating (or at the very least stopped looking) is because the world seems to have this type of mentality: If you like a girl, but don't ask her out, you're a coward, and shall be treated as such. If you like a girl and ask her out, but she says no, you're a creep, and shall be labeled as such. If you like a girl and ask her out, and she says yes, you are a hostage. She can, at any time, for any reason, create a false accusation and destroy your existence as you know it. I'd rather be called a coward than a creep.
I'll never accept a women off the bat as a wife, fiancee or girlfriend. We could only be friends, my zodiac is cancer so I never go outside & don't like being outside, so if they don't come over to hang out, we can't even be friends. My uncle also lives at my house, he keeps the fake away.
As a 35 year old man single man with no kids I’ve been through almost every scenario you’ve ever touched on and then some...a lot of some extra goodies. I’ve found my peace and in doing so I’m at the point in my life where I know what I deserve and need and want. And trust me it’s not a lot lol. But dating has been difficult for the reasons you constantly point out. And it’s ok I’ll find her some day haha. But I truly love your content...it makes men like me not feel so crazy when they have these thoughts and experiences. Keep up the good work! It’s spot on coming from a normal Cali man that wants a wife n kids n a badass partner lol. Thanks for the content looove it 👌🏼💪🏼🤘🏼
Your 5th reason is so insightful. For many of us, dating isn’t worth the chaos that women today are addicted to. The purpose of dating is to find a wife. I have yet to meet a woman who is worth the chaos she immerses herself in.
women watch too much crap on tv, netflix, etc. They already believe that their mere existence entitles them to everything, so binging on garbage like housewives shows just feeds their ignorant perception of themselves. You have to love it when a land whale who looks like a potato says she's entitled to a millionaire who looks like Brad Pitt...smh
I was married to a wonderful woman and got 14 years with her before she passed. I recognize that comparisons are unfair, but I have never dated another woman that was worth comparing her to. Every woman I dated after her passing was: A) angry at everything, B) wanted a man to raise her kid, or C) so frigging crazy that it was no surprise they were single. The things that were said to me, in all seriousness, were completely laughable, like "you're being serious?" laughable. I feel sorry for men trying to find a wife nowadays, but I feel even more sorry for women because what you think you deserve largely doesn't exist, but no one can tell you that. You are victims of your own insane expectations and behaviors.
I lost my husband recently and after 5 years of living with cancer he lost the fight. I wouldn’t change a thing about him, He was such an amazing husband and I couldn’t have been more lucky to have him…..I don’t think I could ever find another man to be such a wonderful person. I’m grateful for the 18 years I had with him.
Lol, ive never dated a woman like you say your late wife was. Im 40 now, single obviously, but ive been in a few "serious" relationships and every single one was a mistake. My fault for being naive, but still my fault. I tried dating for a while after i got clean 7 years ago, and when you add being a recovering addict, good women absolutely will not ever entertain the thought of you being the right one. Been clean twice as long as i used, but i gave up trying like 4 or 5 years ago. Still not happy, but i have less bs to deal with
Guarantees of marriage: 1. The sex will stop 2. Man just signed off 1/2 of his fortune to her 3. She's guaranteed alimony from him until the day she dies 4. Any children the couple may have, she will get custody. 5. If fighting turns physical and the police get involved, the man is at fault by default 6. She will take your kids, tell them that you are evil/abusive, and keep them from you for years while you are stuck paying for everything. 7. She can also them a new dad and the courts won't do anything about that either! 8. Never enter into a contract where one party is rewarded for breaking it Men aren't afraid of marriage. They're terrified of divorce
Did this twice... No more wives, or house payments... She's either on board or she's gotta go... Expectations, I'm upfront with those, too. Passport is coming next if there's a non compliant pattern emerging...
Your first point is my biggest one. Women put ZERO effort into relationships these days past the honeymoon stage and they'll drop you like you're nothing. The past few years every relationship I've been involved with it's always me trying to fix things, talk it out, keep the relationship going etc and they'll just quickly move on to the next guy due to how easy it is to replace us now. I'm also tired of coming across all these masculine radical left and narcissistic women, they seem to be everywhere these days especially in their 20s
Yup I feel you man. It's the same pattern. After the honeymoon phase, the complaining starts. You try to talk it out and be better. But it just gets worse and worse. Eventually they just leave like you were nothing to them and get with the new shiny object and throw you away like trash.
I'm single and have been off of dating apps for about 18 months. And, I have honestly never been happier. There's way too much dishonesty out there. I just don't want to deal with it.
I am 68. I was on a dating app for six months last year. I was completely honest and open in my profile. I only got two matches the entire time. Neither of those went anywhere. Total waste of money. Lots of spoiled divorcees out there looking for their next sugar daddy.
I've worked with primarily women for almost thirty years so I've seen and heard all the B.S. and it truly ticks them off when a man knows their truth. But one of the things you hear a lot is the old trope: "Where have all the good men gone?" When I hear this my response is simple. I ask them when they thought good men roamed the earth in the limitless herds they seem to think existed and they always answer with something like, "well, like back in my grandparents or great grand parents time." To which I then reply, "Okay, now ask yourself this, what were the women like then?" It either shuts them up immediately or the really dumb ones say, well, why does that matter? Children want things without consideration for their role in why they should or shouldn't have them. We expect this but then we expect people to grow up and understand they play a part in how they are treated and what they receive from life. But an unfortunately large percentage of women are no longer growing up. They are lifetime children and victim mentality hypocrites. Younger men are going this path as well just not quite in the same percentages.
I worked with five female engineers for three years. It was a miserable experience. They would tear each other to shreds. Then when they finished that, they began on the men...
I've seen a lot of of your videos on tiktok and yeah, I agree. I'm 40 and haven't entirely given up, but my last three experiences were nightmares I would just rather forget about. I won't bore you, or anyone else, with the details or stories, because everyone has a story and they always end in disaster. But I've noticed a lack of commitment, maturity, and they demand too much while giving little in return. They also don't like talking on the phone, texting only, which I blame the internet for. And when they return texts, it's frustrating having to wait and the unknown was always in the back of my mind. It made me miserable and I developed anxiety. It shows they're not actively engaging. So if I meet someone, fine, but I'm not actively pursuing. If the need arises, I'll watch porn or go to a massage parlor and pay the $160 to be done with it.
I'm not from the US I'm in the UK, everything you say in this video is 100% correct certainly in my case, I've been married twice, all of what you say here applies, additionally for all my efforts and commitment not only did they cheat and leave for the greener grass they treated me terribly the whole time we were together. I've been single and not dating for 20 years so it's not temporary, for me it's easier and better to deal with loneliness than go through more misery and trauma with women that are becoming more and more selfish in their quest to be equal or better than men, they end up just using and dumping men like disposable trash, loneliness is a much preferred option for me.
With me I wasn't worried about cheating, but being ignored?, not even asking how your day went is what put me off. There are still some good women out there? ,but they are hard to find with the hookup culture. even if you look in other countries? Very sad that social media has pushed it to that point.
I stopped dating because I just couldn't get a match on dating sites or in real life by face to face interactions. There's having a thick skin and you develop that over time. You won't win at everything whether it's dating, jobs, sports, whatever. That's life, I get that part. Gotta roll with some things. But when you're constantly ignored...there's only so thick your skin can be. You start to internalize it. Yes, there's certain things men can do to be more attractive. I started at the gym 3 nights a week in May because I saw that I was overweight. I didn't like how I looked. Yes, there's the thought that "If I look better, I will get a potential match." But when you put in all this effort to get nothing back from the women you're interested in - yes, I have my standards in looks and personality - I'm not gonna date any woman who smiles at me - and get nothing back - it's not worth the effort anymore.
You bring up many valid points and reinforces what I've been experiencing. Yes, peace in my life is paramount. Life is too short dealing with the unneeded chaos and I'd rather be totally on my own than being subjected to it. By the way, your demeanor and honesty are most appreciated and find your laugh endearing. I hope one day I can find someone like you!
I get zero interest on dating sites, and I don't meet women in my day to day life. I see no point in bothering, when I already know there's zero interest.
Even when there's lots of interest, it doesn't make much difference unless you're as superficial as they are. Yeah, swipe right; swipe left; that takes a depth of soul. As a counselor told me, there are a lot of shallow people in the world. I liked that - she wasn't sugar coating the situation. People who aren't shallow are married or know that who they want in life is going to be hard to find.
You need to try s as bf approach women in public then. Do many guys solely rely on dating apps and I don’t get it.. just try to approach for a few weeks and see what happens
My reason is simple: I think a lot of women are crazy, straight up, and I don't want to risk getting into a relationship with someone who could ruin my life, when everything is going good for me, because I'm a guy in his 20s who got an IT degree, and can already buy a car he likes, but enjoys spending time with his family, friends, or being in peace, usually playing a videogame. Girls, instead of being people who could provide more peace, tend to be the opposite, and they see problems where there's non. It's not that I want to avoid all type of problems. Some problems lead to good things, but when you start seeing problems that are not there, I feel like you're making me waste my time. I don't want a girlfriend with a degree or even a job. I don't care. I just want someone who's good looking and has a good chill personality, and who wouldn't ruin my life just because we're breaking up and she's pissed. Every girl is good at pretending they have good personalities for long periods of time, so you may not know where you're getting into until it's to late. The thing is: getting casual sex by going to clubs and parties, and getting girls numbers to always have someone you can spend a night or day with, with no commitments, is far to easy. What can a girlfriend give me that it's worth all the drama? Take company and sex with a hot person out of the equation and they are fawked (not literally. That's not happening). They want to own you, not be with you, so they don't even understand what they should bring to the table.
Unfortunately as a man in his 60s can attest, it will only get worse for you as you age. It was bad enough when I started dating in the 1970s, but with social media so rampant, it is virtually hopeless now.
I got into credit card debt when i attempted dating with good intentions in my 20s . It got me no where, women just took advantage and just on went onto the next guy and dried up their resources as well. Its totally my fault too. I overspent because I thought I had to. I thought i wasn't man or good enough if i didn't. Society echos this very loud to men.
Yep we all fall into this trap bro. Truth is, if a girl is rely interested she won't require a cent spent on her and in actual fact won't have any issues paying for you or traveling hours to see you
Wow excellent video. Agree with everything she said. I've experienced so many things she said, which is sad. I lost interest in dating 6 years ago. It's stress free!
I’m 35 and I’ve been considering leaving it all behind. I’ve only ever truly loved one woman. We weren’t together that long, just over 4 years. But we started a life together, got our own place, did the couple thing etc. the last week we spent together she had an entire shift of personality, from loving and caring, to distant and cold. She wouldn’t hold my hand and would throw underhanded remarks like “guess you don’t love me anymore” which wasn’t the case. She never could hold onto a job, while I had the same job our entire time together. I was at work when she decided to drop “the text” and I was blindsided. I didn’t even want to go home that day even though she had already packed up and left before I finished my shift. I’m afraid of that happening again. I’ll never be the same and that went down 5 years ago. It’s been a longer than we were ever together but I still feel raw about it. Her next boyfriend I heard knocked her up twice and they moved across the country. Her man has money and can afford her stay at home lifestyle. I will NEVER, EVER, trust a female again. It’s taken me 5 years to realize that the person I built up in my mind was not the person I thought I was in love with. I wish her the best but she left me an empty shell of a man. My better nature crushed. My good heart forever in pieces. Nobody can put it back together.
Same thing happened to me man. Relationship lasted 5 1/2 years. She married the next in less than 3. The sooner you can forget about her the better. Don’t make the same mistakes next time. Never lose hope but always remember there are worse things than being single and lonely……… like married and miserable.
Stay strong brother. Lesson learnt - appreciate the good memories but that ultimately you dodged a bullet. You could have been married with kids and still get the same text from her. It could have been worse - much worse. Let the new dude handle that now. She will probably move on again once kids are older. Meanwhile, you’re a free man.
My 15 year relationship, 13 years married, ended 7 months ago. The last three years were a study of emotional abuse and manipulation. You are probably right in that the person she presented was never genuine, and I certainly won't tell you to trust anyone to that level of vulnerability again, but you can heal. You just have to be the one to do it. No one else can heal you and no one else can make you happy, but you can, if you allow yourself.
I suggest just dating very casually and letting the women know up front what your goal is . I don’t think most men can truly live a “100% single which means no dating or hookups ever” life.. it’s just not realistic for men or women - we are hard wired to seek out a partner
@@brianmeen2158well we can, I'm a 24 yr man and I've been single my entire life No matter how I improve I am constantly told I'm to ugly or my face is creepy and I'll never get a date, fuck my personality and values It's pretty easy when you dont have a choice

I don't normally watch this kind of content on UA-cam but I found your video by accident and I 100% agree with you. I'm 37 and quit dating 2 years ago. I put a lot of time and effort into my past relationships and all of them just brought more stress and difficulty. I have a great life, good career that I love, strong (albeit small) family and amazing friends. I cook, clean, sew up my own clothes (if I can suture surgical wounds I can sew buttons back on my clothes!) work on the cars, weld broken fences, you name it. No reason to complicate life with people who aren't in it to "build" a solid life together. Cheers! (Great channel btw)
*Youi nailed it! I do everything also and I'm quite happy going/living solo! I have a great friggin' life actually and I'm at a great point in my life. Cheers man!*
@@flushtheglobalists7962. I would recommend young guys to try and approach and date and see what happens. There are people that still have success in the dating market .. even if it doesn’t work out then they can still claim they at least tried
My reason for not dating is the lack of 1) care and concern for their partner 2) they end the relationship, situationship, friendship so quickly for no reason 3) alot of women do hate men for no reason especially if they compare us to someone from their past 4) they cheat too easily and lack of loyalty 5) mental issues are expected to be accepted 6) his ambition factor doesn't equal my actual income factor 7) single women make other women single and sadly I've met and dated many plus they listen to social media even account for my sign..... 8) many want a chad but don't even deserve the average guy
many of those points are nonsense. And it's easy to blame others for your problems... reading this is seems like u r kind of perfect guy but they end relationships for no reason, they have mental problems, they lack care... yeah not buying it.
@@polpol1005 bullshit, all of that happens everyday. Ask many ex husbands out there, they could sit there and name many times their ex wives did all that shit
@@polpol1005 you mean their methed up wives who got that way the minute their husbands turned their backs? STFU dude, quit simping. It wasn't so good and it was their fault. Most of the time its the dude's fault, he was beating or cheating on her. I know so many women who will destroy their lives over a little lonliness guys endure everyday.
One of the things that drives me up a wall is how guys are given a bad rep for communication issues, yet tons of women that I've met in my adult life are just as bad, if not worse. It's like women are being trained to justify their inability to have healthy, adult conversations because men, "might" react badly. Pro tip: most guys are actually reasonable people. Treat us with respect like an adult and we'll probably do the same for you. If you assume we are guilty until proven innocent, you are probably going to create the issues that you are trying to avoid. Edit: The man usually gets blamed for the problems that are created by communication failures too, creating a lot of the frustration that manifests in behavior that perpetuates the cycle. Good relationships start and end with trust, compromise and a willingness to understand each other. Anything less is likely to cause problems.
I'll be honest, I'm scared of getting back into dating. After a really bad experience living with a toxic ex/co-parent, I don't think I have the heart to go through it again.
I waited till I was in my late 30’s to get married and it lasted 6 years after dating for 4 years. She was a great woman that I adored but after 9 years together it all fell apart. Nothing I tried to do to repair the relationship made any difference,it was like she went through a door and closed it. Since then I’ve been unable to meet women and have been content being single. At this point in my life a woman is the last thing I want.
Mine lasted six years, I did everthing for her - her soul had no idea what a relationship was. She dumped me for the guy that worked for the water dept.
I was 30 when I got married and it lasted less than 3 years, we were together 8 all up. Honestly I thought mine was amazing too bro. But honestly she can't have been if she did that too you!
All are true. The big one that kinda made me give up is the unrealistic standards. Here in the Northern VA area it's insane. 95% of ladies will only date a guy that's: 6'3 or taller, holds a masters degree or higher, earns a minimum of $200k yearly, hold a management or higher position at work, must be under age 30, can't live more than 10 minutes away, must have a work out body and a few other things. This is just the minimum requirements and it does not matter if she has $0 to her name, works retail, lives with her parents and in $100k of student debt.
As a guy with High Functioning Autism I gave up on it simply because nobody would give me a chance period, it's not my fault I was born a social communication Doofous and had to learn the vast majority of my social skills, by the time I got to where I finally learned how to flirt which was my mid 20s there was more stuff that I had to learn as well, in addition to haveing no previous experiance with women being a turn off for them by that point, I myself just decided that instead of letting the frustraion turn me into the next Elliot Roger, Alek Minassian, or Chris Chan, I decided to no longer focus on it, and instead just focus on myself. BTW for those of you who want to dispute me on how being a guy with high function autism makes it near impossible there are actual studies out now that show that while having high functioning autism does make it more difficult in general, it's the men as opposed to the women who struggle exponetially more, and the researchers themselves concluded that it is due to social norms and expectations.
Studies or statistics in this case aren’t sufficient enough to conclude the precise reason behind why we lack in relationships. I didn’t lack a relationship because I had no options, I lacked because I haven’t had any “good options”. As someone with high functioning ASD or “Asperger’s”, I just see a grocery list of personality flaws in most women that make me want to just stay to myself. I’d rather just compensate by making myself beautiful than to value someone who more than likely wouldn’t be loyal to me due to her impulsions.
I don’t doubt that autism makes dating more difficult but my argument would be it doesn’t make it impossible. I’m on the spectrum and I find the entire dating/relationship to be exhausting and more stressful than it should be. That said it is possible to make it work but then comes the question - is the effort worth the payoff? I’m not sure and on most days I’d say it isn’t
Thank you for the last point especially. From my point of view as a 29-year-old male it makes a whole lot of more sense to concentrate on my career, passions and health than constantly distract my thoughts or inner piece (as you described it) with dating apps which take a whole a lot of my time and headspace. Not worht it currently.
Your last one was dead on. I have found my inner peace and I enjoy being by myself 90% of the time. Women bring too much chaos and that’s the number one thing that I can’t take. I am now, well past dating and don’t intend to ever date again.
Just me and my kids now, and the home is so peaceful with their abusive self centred mother gone. She didn’t cook, clean, or work, and didn’t want to spend time with the kids and would always fuck off to go hang out with her friends when I’d pick the kids up from daycare and come home from work. She was always screaming at them, and then would get physically abusive when I told her to leave them alone, hitting and throwing things. She eventually started fucking someone else and left, and then had the nerve to try to get full custody which her sister secretly messaged me saying she was bragging about the money I was going to have to pay her. I had to pay thousands of dollars for lawyer to represent me in a sexist system that gave her free legal aid, but luckily I got shared custody even though I have my kids most of the time and they never want to go with her, running to their rooms and crying whenever she comes to get them. I have yo pay “equalization” payments because she refuses to work, despite having paid off her car and student loans and supporting her lazy worthless parasitical ass for years. I try to date again, but the women disgust me. The shit they put on their dating profiles, the narcissism, the demands, wanting to be my #1 priority… Na, fuck that noise. My kids are my #1 priority and I don’t need to bring anymore trash into our home that will upset our tranquility. I’m sure there’s a good woman out there somewhere, but finding her is an impossibility that isn’t worth my time or effort filtering through all the leaches to get to her.
When my wife of 31 years filed secretly for divorce,, I asked what was her reasone. She stated and I quote,"Fuck, I dont remember. I would have to read what I wrote." WTF!?
nailed it !! perfectly. I'm 62 and I find women in my range are angry and bitter about being disappointed from their first marriage - I'm not interested in being the whipping horse. I run when I hear them complain about their ex, it's just an indication her expectations weren't met and she didn't appreciate him doing masculine things for her. I am really enjoying my peace and quiet. Thank You for all that you do. I watch a lot and you're always on point.
I'm 58. I have attractive women in their 20s and 30s interested in me. I don't deal with ancient ladies. Men get better with age in regards to ladies. How do you not understand this? Why are you even talking about women around your age?
Sounds like my neighbor, she's mentally fat due to her last relationship. She doesn't know how to ride a bycicle, I'll have to just settle for the ones that like me. I'll even teach them how to ride bycicles & buy them everything. I guess my neighbor just wanted to ask me a bunch of questions & see if I would rent a apartment where she could come visit me as friend(with plans to be my girlfriend) no thanks, what's the point of me having a house.
I'm a little older and absolutely won't date! After years of porn, my expectations are simple but absolutely unattainable! And if by some fluke it was attained, i'd keel over trying to perform!😊😊😊
Spot on. Women our age are a no. Angry... resentful. 42 point checklists of demands. NO. Younger wiser women come to realize that get more better when they go older. I focus on being a LOT MORE.
I no longer text or call after a first date. If she reaches out to thank me or say she had a good time, I’ll offer a second date. I have to start the conversation, ask for the date, plan the date, pay for the date. All I want is a text or call after.
You make some great points. I am 69 and I was married twice. After that my last dating relationship of 13 years was ended by me in 2006 (though her grown children told me that even though their mother was crazy they didn't want me to get rid of them too. I am still in a close relationship with them 17 years later. I am done dating. It takes too much time, effort and money for a woman who never appreciates it. I have no hope that any future relationship would be any different. I have a peaceful life with no drama now (your top reason). It is sad but still 1000% better than the alternative.
I was married twice and she asked me for marriage both times. I also was divorced twice, also her asking for it. Enough is enough. When a man goes through the divorce court ringer you realize its a rigged game. Done with females. I don't even stop and help a female with car trouble anymore and retired at 60. Peace and quite are underrated by most men. It's wonderful!
Happily single here. I divorced my ex-wife about 5 years ago now, and I love not having a woman's drama in my life. I have two wonderful kids, so my focus is on them. I think back sometimes to all the things that my ex used to do to disrespect and micromanage me and I don't miss it one bit. Now that we're divorced, I only have to put up with her on co-parenting stuff, and I can tell her "no" on things without worrying about her divorcing me. My advice to all young men out there is DO NOT GET MARRIED. Trust me when I tell you the juice is not worth the squeeze.
The last date I went on we talked for a month and went out twice. I payed for everything both times. We had a great time and we we're planning on going out a 3rd time but I straight up asked her are you attracted to me and 30 minutes of avoiding the question later she says no. But she really like talking to me and hanging out. I haven't talked to her since. Lately it's been a lot of girls who don't know how to make friends or hate their current friends and use dating apps to get someone to be their friend with a relationship as bait.
Also worth noting for me... I moved from the US to Latin America and ALL of the kinds of problems that you mention, they absolutely vanish INSTANTLY when you leave the US. Like... night and day, black and white difference. And we're starting to hear of American men moving en masse out of the US (at least for dating) as a result because once American men experience dating outside of the US, there's little going back.
My #1 reason why I'm no longer dating: I'm expected - rightfully so! - to accept her rejection. But I'm also expected - unreasonably - to mind-read when she's just testing me. But worst of all - I'm not given the same right to decide who I want to be with. So when a woman approaches me and I'm not interested in her and I reject her respectfully but honest, all hell breaks loose. Happened to me twice in teenage years and fucked me up to the point where I sincerely believed that, as a man, I had no right to reject any woman, ever! Which led me to engage in relationships with women I really wasn't interested in. Now that I realized that I'm allowed to make such a decision, I also realized that, as long as women get away with the abuse directed at me for rejecting them while at the same time, even a modest expression of anger or disappointment on my side is considered toxic and abusive, there's no possibility of a relationship between equal partners. My #2 reason is, it's so much more enjoyable to come home and no one's demanding your time, your energy, your attention or your money. And if I ever want to give time, energy and attention to another being, I'll get a cat. Cats at least purr on your chest when you meet their demands.
They're evil and can't stand rejection themselves. I had one accuse me of stalking her after rejecting her. She was spreading it around the groups I was on and I even got banned from one because the leader was female.
Also I’m glad you are posting these videos cause for long time I felt like I was just fawkin up and it was me, I also showed my ex one of youre clips and she got so offended and “don’t ever send me that bullshit again”. Like damn truth hurts don’t it…….
Number 5 hit me hard, I was in a relationship that had been going for just over 4 years, I was blissful in my ignorance that she had just decided that it was over but hadn't told me or even tried to work on any problems she may have had, that was it, one evening over a phone call my life was flipped, this was over a year ago, she never told me what was wrong or how to fix anything I may have done and the hole in my life is so vast that I sincerely want to end it all (I know it's not worth it and I will keep going). I'm glad someone's out there providing information to all the women who maybe aren't aware of the affect that their actions can cause because "He's a man he'll get over it", thank you Emily.
as an addendum to my own comment... Men (generally) seek philosophical answers to life's problems. This is what we do, it's natural to us.. but.. Women don't do this at all. And they'll never. Our stories are long and women have stories that are short. Arts, philosophy, whatever. Versus: Stress everyday (and evolving), the buzzy mind, the fickle heart, the Eve we can't trust. Men love forever, there's nothing fickle about that! (and to they're own peril)
I was amazed at one girlfriend's ability to stay in the relationship and milk it for all she needed until that predetermined point on the calendar when she had decided she would check out. Mercenary does not even begin to describe it.
Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it
its always difficult to let someone you love go, but in my case I had the help of a spiritual adviser who saved my marriage from collapsing her name is SHELLY RENEE WHITE.
Women keep saying that they don’t need us, and then we realize that we don’t need them either. Slay queen, I don’t care what you do nor what happens to you. Live your best life because I’m living mine without you.
All five are relatable and noteworthy, but number 1 is truly the most difficult to overcome, at least for me. To take a risk on a relationship, and potentially losing that peace in my life if i get wrapped up in yet another bad relationship, has been whats kept me single for so long. Its something i think i, and a lot of men, put high value on.
I stopped dating due to:
- Unrealistic expectations (on the girls part).

"rarely apologize"? You got one to apologize? Did you get it on video/audio so we may all bask in the magic?
Let's not forget the "Sh*t testing " too , to see how jealous or mad you can get.

Cons is you can't have a woman touch

Her friends were just echoing her words about you that they heard when she gossiped after the breakup, and she was probably just saying that so she didn't look like loser in front of her friends. She had to deflect the blame onto you.
Typical of modern society, everyone wants to blame men for everything that goes wrong because women are basically children with zero accountability.
Still currently having issues with delusional women. Not dating, not looking. If she wants a good man, I’m here. I’m not chasing.
@@ThatDamnedGamer1I actually agree wholeheartedly with everything you said except the last note. Women these days are scuzzy everywhere.
Too risky.

Let me add one more to the list: Don’t have to hear anybody complain about the smell in the bathroom.
Do you get casual action?
No, not interested, far too set in my own ways now to let anyone intrude, like my freedom too much, Cheers.
Hell yeah brother! Agree with all of those items on your list
Why I gave up on Women:
- lack of quality
- disrespect / lack of empathy
- unrealistic expectations
- they are never happy
Better to be alone than with someone who makes you feel alone.
that last sentence is the really big kicker.

Dishonesty is a huge one. It's truly disgusting how many women will lie right to your face, or do it via omission.

5 reasons why men like being single:
1) self respect
2) freedom
3) money
4) time for friends
5) time for self
True Story
Soooooo true👍
Where is your self respect when you are sexually abusing another person? Having sex with another person without loving them!? Same goes to women this list is unisex ! Nothing new here, accept you missed one sex, lust, and free time having sex with anyone and everyone that is the entire list.
Yup
You forgot 6: No children and no nagging and no tragedies happening
I was about to type this.
Briffault's law
If it's not safe to be vulnerable with someone, then it is by definition a toxic relationship. And it seems the large majority of women expect this kind of toxic relationship
Men's expectations of women when dating for longer than a night:
Make effort with appearance
Be nice
Have some dignity and show theres a chance of true exclusivity
Else: Be hot cause we dont really care we know you're just worth a night
Women's expectations of men when dating:
Be an 8, 9 or 10 but not a fk boi no matter what attractiveness score she is herself
Make effort with appearance
But make sure not to overdo it or she'll think you're desperate
Know current fashion trend and pick the correct ones that she likes in particular
Be nice
But not too nice
But also be an exciting bad boy
Be trustworthy
But also be mysterious
Be exciting and don't act too seriously
But also be mature
Make her laugh
But show her you can be serious when you need to be
Show her your sentimental side
But be stong and emotionally stable
Pay for everything
But ensure she doesn't feel like you're implying she wont pay
Be chivalrous
But be careful you don't do too much chivalry such that you're chauvanistic
Be polite to other people you meet
But show her you're the boss
Show her you're alpha male
But don't show off
Compliment her
But don't be a creep
Be bigger than average downstairs and be toned
But have zero preferences for an ideal woman's body
Agree with everything she says
But be your own person
Be ambitious and work focussed
But spend time with her at the drop of a hat
Earn a ludicrous salary
But see you will have plenty of time to help with housework, take the dog for a walk, take her to posh restaurants, spend time with the kids etc
Work miracles
But expect nothing back from her for being a literal god
God I laughed so much 😂
Nailed it, brother
Man, there was so much going on in this list I did not have the patience to read it all
They're married to government and employers. We have no say since they don't need us. The only reason women stay with men is because of need. 😊
HARD PASS.

I’m 25 and dating at my age is exhausting. It’s depressed, overweight, lack of personality or liberal women.
I do what I want
Guys, NEVER make a first date expensive. Coffee and talk is fine.
1) I'm done hearing constantly how it's all my fault for EVERYTHING
2) I'm done hearing the words 'bare minimum' coming towards me when I can't even get that
3) I'm done hearing 'nothing. I'm fine.' When clearly nothing is fine
4) I'm tired of being looked at like I'm literally made of money..what happened to sense of humor? Self respect? Being a gentleman? Intelligence? Being good looking?
5) Me being alone brings me less stress than being in a relationship
All absolute facts and something I've been dealing with
💯
Cheaper too.
Yo, number 4 is so real, and no girl seems to understand why this is a problem.
I mean, if you are meeting these women and then have to initiate everything and carry 100% of the conversations and you are buying them gifts then I’m curious as to what drew you to her in
The first place..? I mean, if there isn’t a little effort on the woman’s part then I’m not about to buy them anything or take them
Anywhere

The reason I abandoned dating
Ungrateful women take everything for granted.
Another 6 pack for you and some lipstick for the pig and you might be able to leave the dating world behind
I say no fat chick and have a job that's what I want 😅

Im 54 and im done with dating and with relationships. I'm sick of the dating game, sick of the games, sick of the rejection and sick of being played. Nice average guy I have a nice home, I have a good job and i have a common sense approach to life. I don't want to introduce control and confusion into my life. "Control and confusion"- that sums it up perfectly.

Both act like children, but older ones are more dangerous because they are WAY better at manipulating and lying and can put an act better than younger ones.
Older men don't want to deal with them either because we can recognize them for what they are better than younger men do.

I knew a woman who was 33 recently divorced, had me in the friendzone while simultaneously in a situation ship w a guy for going on a year… thank god I figured out my self worth and walked away from that. Yikes.
Good call avoided that bullet Neo
When did you know about the situationship?
It's called monkey-branching. Women want to be in a new relationship before they breakup with their current man.

The elites wanted to destroy the family and they're succeeding, it would seem.
Lowering your standards doesn't even help, at least if you are less than average on looks. No woman looks below a seven on looks - we that doesn't pass that doesn't even exist
To be fair The economy and over all population of the world is pretty bad at the moment, so it's probably for the best right now.
I know my cat appreciates it.
My observation as well
Cat food stocks!!!
Meow
Yeah that's totally right, the "good women" are taken from a certain age and wanting the leftovers of a another man no thanks. I talk about divorcees.

Yes that's what I noticed on many channels. Women are either dumbstruck or some are arguing. 😊

In general, women aren't watching these videos. It would require introspection and self-reflection. Why do that when there's another guy just one swipe away on their phones?
We aren't commenting because we know it's impossible to argue with stupid. Have fun strutting all over the chessboard though.
women that are even halfway good looking, have an endless supply of men chasing them. They take full advantage. I refuse to be a sucker anymore. so, trust me you're not alone.
When a woman puts in zero effort it feels like a job trying to keep the relationship going. I already work two jobs, I don’t need a third. 😴
This. Zero effort. Lazy. Boring.
jes , you need a third job !! 😄
But that woman can make it where you wouldn't need a second job, if it worked out.
Well, assuming if she isn't a raging, nagging lunatic.
I don't date anymore because most women I've been with just lie.
About what? Did you take home Chia and find out she was really Chad?
Females have an inflated view of who they are when most of them have very little to offer in a relationship - especially those that think they are hot looking! Their expectations are too high and their willingness to contribute is way too low. I agree with all 5 reasons Emily speaks about in this video. I see this in real life and on video interviews. It's disgusting. As a whole, our society is crashing in terms of morals, compassion, integrity, and giving back. Selfishness rules.
case by case really
It's because the women's value is all in their looks.
They think they're are 10s when really 4-6
The big one that was missed is that a lot of men have seen other men get absolutely wrecked ( emotionally and/or financially ) by relationships or marriage. this may be there friends or family. Maybe even their fathers. Some take the attitude of "I'm not going to let that happen to me!".
Divorce Pillaged
This exact thing happened to me twice! it sucks feeling like a piece of trash.
You can do better, man...
The dishonesty of women throwing around the L word with such carelessness is extremely hurtful and beyond disappointing..
Words are cheap, even when they profess love, their actions always show the actual them to you. Whether its leaving, cheating, entitlement or just pure laziness. Just watch the reality, ignore the words, it will keep you saner, the actions are more honest.
The 'I love you' thing is most often just a game. They just want to hear you say it back, it makes them feel validated and in control.
The reason I don't even try is because I am considered creepy if I approach a woman.
I can make this easy. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER. It's literally that simple.
THANK YOU!!!!!

I think the main reason I pretty much quit dating (or at the very least stopped looking) is because the world seems to have this type of mentality:
If you like a girl, but don't ask her out, you're a coward, and shall be treated as such.
This, to be honest.
Don’t forget the gaslighting when you bring this up and they act like it never happens, no innocent man ever has a problem, etc

The things that were said to me, in all seriousness, were completely laughable, like "you're being serious?" laughable. Guarantees of marriage:
1. The sex will stop
2. Man just signed off 1/2 of his fortune to her
3. She's guaranteed alimony from him until the day she dies
4. Any children the couple may have, she will get custody.
5. If fighting turns physical and the police get involved, the man is at fault by default
6. She will take your kids, tell them that you are evil/abusive, and keep them from you for years while you are stuck paying for everything.
7. She can also them a new dad and the courts won't do anything about that either!
8. Never enter into a contract where one party is rewarded for breaking it

Spot on!
I have a terrible experience coz of a divorce. Never ever do I want to date.
Right on.
Props to all of you in the comments section focusing on your health and peace. I'm proud of you guys!
Im proud of you too brother
I'm single and have been off of dating apps for about 18 months. And, I have honestly never been happier. There's way too much dishonesty out there. I just don't want to deal with it.
depends on who u date
I am 68. I was on a dating app for six months last year. I was completely honest and open in my profile. I only got two matches the entire time. Neither of those went anywhere. Total waste of money. Lots of spoiled divorcees out there looking for their next sugar daddy.
You're right some women are looking for something else but not all of us,
I've worked with primarily women for almost thirty years so I've seen and heard all the B.S. and it truly ticks them off when a man knows their truth.
That's brilliant.
You don't have to be lonely not dating. Especially if you have money, there is so much to do.
Dump the term loneliness. Call it solitude or peace. Make it a positive cue.👍
Dump the term loneliness. Call it solitude or peace. Or autonomy. Make it a positive cue.👍
With me I wasn't worried about cheating, but being ignored?, not even asking how your day went is what put me off. There are still some good women out there? ,but they are hard to find with the hookup culture. even if you look in other countries? Very sad that social media has pushed it to that point.
Bud, as a Canadian, let me give you a little tip. Don't throw away the stability and peace of mind you have right now for an unhappy situation.
Yes, there's the thought that "If I look better, I will get a potential match."
But when you put in all this effort to get nothing back from the women you're interested in - yes, I have my standards in looks and personality - I'm not gonna date any woman who smiles at me - and get nothing back - it's not worth the effort anymore.
I think the dating apps are rigged, never going back to them
@@Clonez-sr7to Dating apps are rigged in that the top 20% of men by looks will get dates from them, the other 80% will struggle.
This is where im at too
Even when there's lots of interest, it doesn't make much difference unless you're as superficial as they are.
Same
@@brianmeen2158nothing happens. Thats the problem
"Is the juice worth the squeeze?!"
It's a lesson well paid for. You got a valuable experience from all of it. Keep being positive and optimistic. You always gain and never loose. 😊
Q: Who hurt you?
A: Yes, women are cruel.
Completely stop dating because it's never enough!
I suggest just dating very casually and letting the women know up front what your goal is . I don’t think most men can truly live a “100% single which means no dating or hookups ever” life.. it’s just not realistic for men or women - we are hard wired to seek out a partner

While making lunch I was listening to this video and heard myself agreeing with all five of your reasons. Keep up the good work.
My reason for not dating is the lack of
1) care and concern for their partner
2) they end the relationship, situationship, friendship so quickly for no reason
3) alot of women do hate men for no reason especially if they compare us to someone from their past
4) they cheat too easily and lack of loyalty
5) mental issues are expected to be accepted
6) his ambition factor doesn't equal my actual income factor
7) single women make other women single and sadly I've met and dated many plus they listen to social media even account for my sign.....
8) many want a chad but don't even deserve the average guy
many of those points are nonsense. And it's easy to blame others for your problems... reading this is seems like u r kind of perfect guy but they end relationships for no reason, they have mental problems, they lack care... yeah not buying it.

Well said...
As a man I can only try and "make" conversation so much. When she is incapable of conversation outside of shopping or reality TV we have a problem.
If I had a dime for every time I was ghosted on, stood up or cancelled on at the very last second, I'd have a damn G 750 on 24x7 standby.
Time for cold approach...
I'll be honest, I'm scared of getting back into dating. After a really bad experience living with a toxic ex/co-parent, I don't think I have the heart to go through it again.
Good list! For me it's the freedom to do what I enjoy with my time and the lack of unrealistic expectations burdening my mind.
You picked the absolute worst age ro try to get serious with a woman 😅
Mine lasted six years, I did everthing for her - her soul had no idea what a relationship was. She dumped me for the guy that worked for the water dept.
I was 30 when I got married and it lasted less than 3 years, we were together 8 all up. Honestly I thought mine was amazing too bro. But honestly she can't have been if she did that too you!
@@andre1987eph how so?
All are true. The big one that kinda made me give up is the unrealistic standards. Here in the Northern VA area it's insane. 95% of ladies will only date a guy that's: 6'3 or taller, holds a masters degree or higher, earns a minimum of $200k yearly, hold a management or higher position at work, must be under age 30, can't live more than 10 minutes away, must have a work out body and a few other things. This is just the minimum requirements and it does not matter if she has $0 to her name, works retail, lives with her parents and in $100k of student debt.
Definitely, NOVA and the DMV women are insanely picky. And they will also be the first to call you a creep if you even look their way
As a guy with High Functioning Autism I gave up on it simply because nobody would give me a chance period, it's not my fault I was born a social communication Doofous and had to learn the vast majority of my social skills, by the time I got to where I finally learned how to flirt which was my mid 20s there was more stuff that I had to learn as well, in addition to haveing no previous experiance with women being a turn off for them by that point, I myself just decided that instead of letting the frustraion turn me into the next Elliot Roger, Alek Minassian, or Chris Chan, I decided to no longer focus on it, and instead just focus on myself.
Trust me, you are not Alone! Focus on yourself and Be Picky!
@@KallutoZoldyck Do you seriously believe that YOU somehow lack your own grocery list of personality/character flaws?

The shit they put on their dating profiles, the narcissism, the demands, wanting to be my #1 priority…
Na, fuck that noise. My kids are my #1 priority and I don’t need to bring anymore trash into our home that will upset our tranquility.
I’m sure there’s a good woman out there somewhere, but finding her is an impossibility that isn’t worth my time or effort filtering through all the leaches to get to her.
@Viennery similar situation here and thankfully I'm at peace without the shit dished out by the women these days.
No. 1 !! You nailed it. Modern divorced women who sued for divorce for the vaguest of reasons are in a word..... NUTZ! And sociopathic.
No, they are just collecting cash and prizes before moving on to the next simp.

Women our age is never a good idea. You may be amazed how young good women are that are interested.
It's better to be in your house alone than with someone in your house who makes you perpetually lonely.
I no longer text or call after a first date. If she reaches out to thank me or say she had a good time, I’ll offer a second date. I have to start the conversation, ask for the date, plan the date, pay for the date. All I want is a text or call after.

good advice, all men should start doing it
You make some great points.
Amen to that.!! Learning lesson learned. Peace with no chaotic drama is truly priceless...
50 here, just once. Never again.
Number 5 is exactly what my ex fiance and I went through. You nailed it exactly on the head
Interesting. I feel like I’m in this particular situation right now.
fcm you might be on to something here
Yep, a lot of dates for women are time-fillers. Why stay in watching shit on TV, when she can go out for a few beers and dinner, for zero $€£
#5 is my #1. The women I know view me as a thing to dispose of or use as they please.... rather than a human being.
The shopping attitude that comes from dating apps coupled with the the throwaway society.
Spin plates...
It's identical in the UK, Australia, and NZ
Europe is also fallen to the degeneration of commitment.
Preach!!! I've turned girls down too and they FLIP OUT!!!
Love cats too. 😅

You are right on. Your 5 is my number one. WOULD TRUST ANT OF THEM
Women keep saying that they don’t need us, and then we realize that we don’t need them either. Slay queen, I don’t care what you do nor what happens to you. Live your best life because I’m living mine without you.
Gave up dating 5 years ago. Best decision I ever made. I'm done giving everything in a relationship and ending up used and broken.
