If Doctor Who was REAL, just imagine going to work, and listening to a radio news station, "Traffic has been held up by a police box." That would be very strange to hear on a monday!
Yes it would!!!! Hahahahaha
Not on the m4
What do you mean if?
This is BBC Radio 2.
The Traffic at the M2 has been slowed down due to a accident along the rounda-bout. Police state that the crash is unknown, however multiple witness accounts have stated of a flying Police box chasing a car, resulting in the accident
If doctor who was real I'd be looking for that blue box every day until I found it
"Reasonably priced TARDIS"
How much is one?
***** The Doctor's is presumably the last one you can find without using another TARDIS to access Gallifrey or the TARDIS junkyard or something. Knowing the Doctor, priceless.
SCRUBMASTER 9000 K-9 holds the specifications for building a TARDIS and Romana was able to knock one together in E Space.
The coral on Captain Jack's desk in 'Torchwood' could be a baby TARDIS although this is only according to John Barrowman. Some books and spin off have stated that Ace was able to construct a TADIS of her own, meanwhile tantalizingly The Master's second TARDIS is hidden in Perivale, The Doctor was going to locate it in the film but couldn't (due to the events of the film). However there is no evidence that that Master went back for it or that the NuWho Master/Missy has reaquired it.
$20.00 in the us
SCRUBMASTER 9000 A tardis is grown, not assembled in q junkyard
In a deleted scene in Journey's End the Doctor gives the Meta-Crisis a piece of the tardis
"What am I looking in the wing mirror for?! There isn't anything behind me!!"
The only thing I regret they never did on Dr Who during the period the TARDIS was in that disrepaired mode with Eccleston/Tennant/Smith: they never once had a stranger walk into the TARDIS and look about in stunned amazement, then while the Doctor is about to snidely begin to say "Yes, yes. I've heard it all before. Bigger on the ins--", only to be cut off as the stranger exclaims "WHAT did you do to this--this--THIS *USED* TO BE A TYPE 40! Just LOOK at it! How is this thing even dimensionally stable?"
XD
RyuuAMcCF it is not possible to enter the TARDIS during repair
I mean Tegan just about did that in 1981.
Would the Stig be able to drive the Tardis around the track?
The funny thing is, the Doctor has to do the work of 6 to be able to fly the TARDIS, it was originally designed to be piloted by 6 people.
@@macoud12 Get six Stigs, then.
Not the stig, but the stigs time lord cousin
I'm surprised he didn't just teleport there. Saves damaging the paint-work.lol
He was sort of breaking the time limit, as his regeneration was going a bit wrong. (very first christmas special?) I suppose that made the disappearing / reappearing a bit more difficult.
Eline Teune Did you forget that the Tardis is alive?, it's never stopped the Tardis from going on auto-pilot before.lol
she's alive, I know. ^.^ but she still had to break the time limit, so she must've been in trouble too.
Eline Teune Except still could have instantly teleported there instead of flying around randomly...........
well... we actually don't know how the tardis travels exactly - it only seems to us that it appears and reappears, but we won't understand, according to the ninth doctor.
0:34 SPEED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
15....likes...*death*
17 likes i do not deserve this in a million different ways
18 likes i'll let you guess who the 18th like is
Morgan Morris hmmmmmmm...
you?
Suspicious Gizmo correct! *gives cookie*
Doctor Who and Top Gear, two of my favourite TV shows and two of the BBC's long-running TV shows.
Anyone else ever thinking about how Richard Hammond and David Tennant looks damn near the same?'?
Before I watched Doctor Who, I kept mixing them up.
Yes can I have both.
A fun idea by two BBC staff members has resulted in a hilarious mash up of Doctor Who and Top Gear.
Inspired by his colleague Simon Catt, Matt Taylor of the BBC's Repeats & Reversioning team had the idea of combining David Tennant's appearance in Top Gear's Star In A Reasonably Priced Car slot with clips of the TARDIS in flight from Doctor Who.
That is excellent :). I didn't expect this to work, but it does. It's funny as well :).
That was so cool nice work I know it took a long time ;)
Well with a Time Machine he could go back in time and finish 1 second before the lap started. So on the leader board it would say The Doctor: -1 Seconds!
That would be cutting corners. And finish is same place as start.
Павел Повх, place you say? That doesn’t mean the time, just a physical spot. So technically, he could do that!
0:33 SPEED UP!
XD
It's funnier that the BBC put this on.
"SPEED UP!"
Me doing homework
And he sticks the landing
Here is what the doctor is probably saying...
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!! I CANT EVEN STEER MY OWN TARDIS!!!!!!
That was awesome. I still think that the Tardis motorway sequence from The Runaway Bride was superbly shot and couldn't have been done better.
0:32: "SPEED UP!" One of the best moments of this episode.
*Falls on face laughing*
I love when the TARDIS Fly!
Is... Is this an official video from the BBC?
They don't do this anymore...it was a fan-edit.
It’s BBC’s channel
I don't think so
@@dionknight216 It was done 10 years ago, and still looks great.
I don't know who made this but I have to say Mate it was Bloody Brilliant!
defonetly one of my favorite doc who moments in the runaway bride where he smacks the console with a hammer and says "behave"
I wonder what time he got :P
1:48.8
... Yep :P
RemyLeBleau slower than Piper then...xD
Tiago Costa
Yeah but Billie "cheated" :P
i know xD... i think the doctor could be quite faster if he knew where 3rd gear was xD
Daveed Diggs' Floofy Hair according to the clips used in this, he finished before he set off..
"SPEED UP!" xD
I had loads of fun doing this! It was great! :D
I especially like seeing the clip on the television in the studio. Good stuff.
Bloody hilarious! :P
Plze plze this is too much xD
Top Doctor or Who Gear?
Top Doctor
I think Doctor Gear sounds better.
NightmareWolf NO no no no no! No Who Gear, no Top Doctor and especially no Doctor Gear. No more obscure fanfics!
it was edited afterwards by someone in the dr who prodcution office. they saw the top gear episode and got the idea and edited together and dr who and top gear both liked it and agreed it could be shown online
"So, where do you think you've come?"
The two greatest television shows in all of universal history have come together, YES!
SPEED UP XD CANT BREAATTHE
Top Gear team this Wednesday, and showed the clip to Clarkson and Top Gear's Executive Producer Andy Wilman. They loved it and agreed that it could be put online.
LOL! My 2 fave shows put together by the beeb, fantastic :P
love that bit at the start "what am i looking in the wing-mirror for, there's nobody behind me!"
Pretty funny.
How brilliant can you get two tops shows put together well done the beeb.
The icing on the cake of the taxi chase clip would've been a yellow roadside speed camera flashing as the Tardis passed it!
The way he says "That was BAD" just after the TARDIS hits the road!!! Epic. Just...epic.
Very very nice job editing! Clever and funny.
That's the fastest Time And Relative Dimensions In Space run I've ever seen
lol this is so funny!
i love the way they added davids voice from when he did the star in the car bit :)
The person who did this is a genius!!! Awesome! Now I want the Stig to take over the TARDIS!
The scrapyard in which we first saw the TARDIS all those years ago was at the fictional address of 76 Totters Lane in Shoreditch, which *is* on the East side of London, and slightly north.
Does anyone what season and episode of the doctor this is from? I dont recall seeing this or is it a special? Thanks
I love how David says'' COME ON!! Haha xD
very well done, a pity I missed that episode
"whgy6 am i lookin in the winmirror there's no-one behind me" lmao best part
The original interview and lap was Season 10, Episode 10 of Top Gear on December 23rd, 2007 (so just before "Voyage Of The Damned" aired - and David references it in the interview.) The video was made soon after David's appearance.
Happy Birthday David Tennant. You will always be my favorite Doctor.
0:19 : Docter: "GO IN HYPERSPACE DAMN TARDIS!!"
Really great. Has a slightly homemade feel to it though.
Didn't even realise it was an advert until I saw the official BBC tags.
2 of my favourite shows in 1 mint video
this is two of the best BBC shows together
AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
rofl XD
'A lot of wheel spin...AND SOME SCOTTISH MIST!'
Brilliant XD
*Tardis is gently floating in space*
David: SPEED UP!!!
0:31 Thats a very good hammerhead! I laughed so hard when he said that!
I laughed so much when David yelled "SPEED UP!"
'SPEED UP!' I loled XD haha i love top gear and doctor who
i lol'd at the 'SPEED UP!' part XD
What season of Top Gear was this from? I want to see the full episode.
"why am I looking at the wing mirror for? It's not going to help with the handling."
The first doctor, who got to meet top gear.
lool to favorite things, top gear and doctor who! brilliant mash up!
David's clothes here would have been a better Doctor costume than what he had for sure.
Okay now I need a laser and directions to the Intergalactic Bank.
Stunning lap there!
the fact the BBC made a fan vid of its own shows ammuses me ^^ I watched that Top Gear when it aired.
cool! lol ! i love da bit when david says SPEED UP!when he is going well slow!LOL oh fantastic
Brilliant! It's a shame Michael Gambon hasn't appeared in the series yet, though. You could have had a shot of him then. But really enjoyed your video.
the runaway bride, and the last bit is from the christmas invasion
Oh wow, thats just fantastic. Two of my favourite TV shows combined...
What season is it from where he's flying on top and beside the car's, that looked great!
Very well done. very good peice of video editing right there =]
LOL
This is one of the funniest doctor who videos ever....
great editing
where did u get the doctor who clips from becuase i am looking and i can't fined them anyway if u know can u tell me
The only vehicle tested on Top Gear that can cross the finish line before the race has started.
If he wanted to he could take exactly half a second. Timey Wimey
Dude, love! Especially putting the TARDIS onto the t.v. screen, very difficult, that.
Epic fusion.
Very clever editing. Good stuff! 5 *'s!
Love the bit with 'why am I looking in the wing mirrors for, theres nothing behind me!'
David Tennant is Hot!
'SPEED UP!' oh how i laughed at that xD
how could it have been better it was excellent already
I think Top Gear and Dr Who should write a series, it would be funny and chaotic at the same time, as Clarkson, Hammond and May will just argue about who drives the Tardis to which century, and The Doctor, would be wondering how to drive a car and sonicing The Stig, to find out what planet he's from.
It's actually clips from doctor who edited into a top gear episode. The original clip is available from top gear's youtube channel.
It was edited afterwards. If you have a look at the "more info" section of this video on the top right hand corner of this page, you will see a link that explains all.
Some say his Two Hearts have 16 Values and that he always takes Banana's to parties.
All we know is he's called "The Doctor"!!
lol especially on the speed up part
thats amazing, its the 2 best shows ever, COMBINED! Whoever made this, well done!
what is the secen wheres hears pointing his sonic to a car while flying to tardis and what episode and sesson
@Malee1995
i could imagine jeremy as the next doctor with all his phrases added in too... such as:
"we only have eleven hours to save the world in.... how hard can it be??" and
"Oh god, the tardis has broken again.... has anyone got a hammer??"
didn't realise until afterwards that this is the actual BBC channel
The result - with Jeremy Clarkson talking Tennant through his spectacular 'lap' in the Space/Time machine - so impressed their boss Gill Holmes, that it found its way to Mark Harrison, Head of the BBC's Multiplatform Studio and then to Peter Salmon, Chief Creative Officer of the BBC Vision Studio.
Coincidentally, Peter was due to visit the
Come to think of it - you only get a glimse of it in this video but if you saw the actual interview - David Tennant's outfit reminded me of the Third Doctor, all velvet and frillies.
my favourite two shows on the bbc colliding
funiest thing ive seen all week
someone must have had some spare time at the bbc then to do this
hahah XD i think that goes to show that when u do crossovers this is what type of chemistry u can get in entertainment levels when u cross things like Dr Who and Top Gear together XD
i have moved some of my faves into playlists
You gotta love Tennant.
