I have this exact bike and i am trying to remove the pedal, but no matter how much force i am using, it does not come off

Did you use a 15mm wrench to remove it? Was the direction of turning your wrench towards the back of the bike?
For the right pedal of the bike, if you are on the right side, the wrench should turn counter-clockwise
For the left pedal of the bike, if you stand on the left side, the wrench should turn clockwise.

How do i remove the steamers?

Take it out with a lot of pressure with any pliers.
If this is difficult, cut it, but a piece of it will remain inside the handlebar, which is not very important.
