(all ingredients written down for future reference :))
2 cup ap flour
1 tsp powdered sugar
baking soda 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp (or to taste)
- mix well
sour curd 2 tbsp
cooking oil 2 tbsp
- mix well/incorporate
180-200ml LUKEWARM milk
- knead
2 tbsp cooking oil
-knead again
- cover dough, leave for 30 minutes

@@sereneblue202 Hi! Did you use a non- stick pan? I find those are not good for making them. Cannot take so much heat. Cast iron is the best to use for this if you do not have a tawa like me. Just from experience. Take care!

@@sadohrs8431 thanks. I used a cast iron heavy pan. It was hard to turn it on to the flame side. Well I have to practice until I get it right.

@@sereneblue202 Hi again! No need to do that. I just cooked them like pancakes. Did not turn the pan to the flame. Just make sure the pan is very hot so it will bubble up. Then brush with melted butter after cooking. Hope this helps. Take care!
