Building a Big Band Saw Machine from a Plywood. Diy

I made a band saw out of wood. The frame is made of plywood, the table is made of board and plywood, the wheels (diameter 400 mm) are made of MDF. The maximum cutting height is 230 mm.

Some interesting techniques here, I was mainly interested how you made and balanced the wheels and the bearing blocks but you jumped right past those.

I have an old home made band saw would it be possible to repair it. Have to find tires for it. Will poly tires work on a wooden wheel?

The only parts i wanted to see how they were made were the only parts he didnt show how he made them.(wheels/tensioning/Belt sprocket/bearing guide assemblies).
