can you do a house tour?
Yes please, can you also make some more organizational tips for drawers, closets, bedroom and more? This way we can have a different perspective because you have a different space. For example you might now have a corner in your closet or a smaller closet. So I was just wondering if you could have any tips on how to save as much space as possible. Should we fold or hang iteams? If you don't have enough hanging space, what/where do you put your jackets or how do you fold them if you have a lot of folding space? There are so many other questions people have, just wondering if you could please do me this favor, to all you tubers and watchers and fans? Thanks love you

Yes Indeed, start with highest priority areas, get busy with kids, 6 moves later, a huge basement is still hiding huge numbers of low priority boxes, kids in college and I'm watching your videos to keep me going to finally finish them!!!!!!!!! Ha!!! Thank you-loved your videos on paper mgmt- esp your props to freedom filer - that's keeping me sane since so many of our boxes are paper!!!! Love you!

Couldn't have come at a better time! I just moved in today and am sat surrounded by boxes feeling very overwhelmed!
Spot on. We just moved - again. By moving house so many times, we learned the hard way about several points you made. Just saw this video and never heard anyone say these things to us, it's just true. One box at a time. Need, use or love. With this move, I kept repeating a mantra of priority rooms: kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. So true! We even designated my husband as the box break-downer, and a spot in the garage for the boxes. Yes we've craigslisted the boxes after unpacking before also. And we may have finally learned to declutter on both sides of a move. Thanks for the video. :)

I’m glad I watched this because I’m trying to unpack and organize everything and I’m not getting anywhere!!! Your idea that u just need to get them put away and organize later, makes more sense to me now! Maybe I won’t feel so overwhelmed as I’m going thru this if I do it your way. I literally can’t even get thru the second box because I’m so confused on organizing and where I’m going to put things. So, I’m going to do what u advised and hopefully that will help me to get boxes unpacked. Thank u!

Loved the tip about just get the stuff away THEN once it's all away work on a system, I think trying to figure out a system before it goes away is my downfall.

Thank you for this video. It was the reminder I needed - it really isn't that hard and I can organize AFTER unpacking. After renting for years and trying to make small or inefficient spaces work, we now have our own home with maybe even too much space which is a little overwhelming. I love all your videos about organizational systems for the different areas. Taping up the sides of the box to make it taller is so smart. I will be using your tips as I unpack and organize my new house!

Alejandra I really wish you would do a video on starting how you got started in organizing business. I am so inspired by you since I was in high school I was always moving my room around and reorganizing every 3 months lol because I enjoyed it and every once in a while I like to re organize my house (now that I'm married) and start with a new organizing system. I have thought seriously of making it a career so I'd love some tips from you it would be great to hear your story! ♡

Woooooooo another video. Moving is my worst nightmare (slight exaggeration) which is one reason I'm trying to get organized so it's a little easier.
Same! I have moved every year for the past four years and I'm so over it. I'm trying to get rid of a bunch of things and get more organized now so that when o move in a couple months, it's much less stressful.
+RetchedSole the moving process makes the excitement of having a new place much less exciting. I really need to purge. I do plan on donating a lot.

It is not functional. it will be better if you arrange to have small containers inside the drawers to put everything inside the drawers. because every time you open and close the draw everything will move around :(
I moved recently, I had color taped the boxes, that made things so easy, for example, kitchen green, bedroom grey, office blue. just don't go crazy with the color tape because it will be confusing. my friends appreciated a lot, because the tape made things easier for everyone. Aslo, I took the clothes out of the closet with the hangers and put it inside a black garbage bag, depending on the size of the bag, maybe 15 hangers at the same time. transported in the car and just hanged it when you got to my new place.
I bought at costco, a wrapping plastic, it was great!!! I used for almost everything, sofa, open containers. it was a big plus :)
Aslo, small and heavy boxes.

Alejandra, have you ever had a travertine tiles in the bathroom/kitchen/any where? We are renovating our new house and I am considering using natural stone, but in my country it is not popular at all. Cause when you have natural stone you cannot use chemical cleaners on it:-/ what is your opinion?

They got married kinda spontaneously (no planning) and then went on their honeymoon.. At least that's what I read in her emails she sends out. I can't wait to see the house when she gets it all set up and unpacked though!
