what a good sounds. i am going to buy fa 08. what do you think i would like to play realistic piano, and do some music like 03:39 in your video. also i like to play instruments top of the rhytms. and would like to give some accompany to the ryhtm of the left side of the keyboard. can i do that on fa 06 ? or what do you advice. sorry for english mistakes. thank you
Noooo way! Don't go on the FA08.. BUY this Fantom G which is the most powered versión from the serie! the "new" ones.. are not, definitely, sturdy constructed as they used to be. Give a shoot on this one! Btw, from the very beginning of the Fantom Series, Roland includes the new sampling tech: Super Natural which brought rich new pianos and realistic orquestration! is, actually, the same feature founded in all the stage piano RD-nx series! You cannot go wrong with this one! Good Luck!

soundwise in hifi quality is Fantom g7 better than new fantom ?
I cant find a majority of these sounds on my Fantom X. For an upgraded board they sure sound "not worth it"
I love my fantom g, but alot of the sounds sound the same, like the Integra 7 you go through the sounds the pianos, basses, brass, strings all sound similar, but there good sounding though.

Connect using usb, mac needs to have the fantom driver installed. It should automatically prompt to install when you first time connect. Select the driver in your DAW. You are good to go
Only Fantom’s that gave full sampling capacity is the FS, X6, 7, 8, FLE, and FG6, 7, and 8. If you want true sampling stay away from the FA and this new Fantom.
i have a X7 same keys best synth keybed ever. looking to trade up for a fantom G though
got a fantom G it was awful , im the X is way better

@@MrBinsique I paid the equivalent of 700 euros around 5 years ago. However it didn't have any expansions. Now it is fully decked out.
It's now 2023 and I've just managed to find here in Perth Australia a beautiful G8 and bought it for the equivalent of about $1400 USD. Absolutely massive piece of kit, bullet proof, amazing ivory touch keyboard that supports half damper pedal. I spent another $75 to get 512MB of sample RAM into it which enable the "always sampling" function to work. It's a shamefully under-reported feature of the G (I tink it was also on the X series), but basically it permits a totally organic / freeform approach to recording musical ideas, because if you've just played 20 secs of something sensational you simply press the save button and the last 40 secs of what you created is saved as a sample. I hate "creating" with the click beat going, because that's already limiting how the "musical spirit" takes you as you've predetermined the pace of the music. Needless to say the sounds are fab, the huge screen if epic, and if I want the Supernatural Acoustic piano (or other SuperNatural sounds) to complement that G8 keybed, I just midi it up to my FA07 (which I also snapped up second hand a few years ago).

Very confused what to get a used fantom G or kronos.
Different instruments.. kronos is more powerful, but personally i prefer fantom G
@@DKS-SYNTH-LAB Fantom G is very user-friendly compared to kronos. And I personally prefer Fandom's electric guitar and strings it's sounds so realistic than kronos and not to mention supernatural srx board. It was my 9 years dream to get any of these Board. Very tensed what to get.
If you prefer roland sounds, go for fantom G ;)

È sempre un bel synth.. mi ha dato tante soddisfazioni ed è ancora molto attuale.. aveva comunque i suoi limiti ma per certi versi era ottimo! Da quando ho montage non l’ho mai rimpianto..
eh va beh il Montage e' anche molto piu' recente e ricco a livello timbrico in effetti
