My family is super impressed and sharing your video like crazy! ❤😂 I made a different one without a water bath and it didn’t cook evenly and cracked. It was good and had a garnished on top so you couldn’t see it, but in some areas it was soft. Your tips makes it perfect! I love the coffee in there too! Wished I could post a picture to show you. I just made 2 of cheesecakes following your video. We swapped one to be white chocolate due to a family member with an allergy. Worked out great. They both were delicious and VERY rich. Thank you so much for this great recipe and easy to follow directions.

Made this today but modified to add Kalua and baileys in the cheesecake, used GF cookies and coffee Hawaiian mac nuts I had left over from a recent trip. Finished with toffee crumble over the Baileys ganache. So decadent it was unreal. Wish I could share my photo
