    Gustong gusto ko na po ulit mag bake, kaso di ko magawa walang mag aalaga sa baby ko 18months na siya girl, sobrang likot na so tlagang kelangan ng 24/7 na pag babantay. Mahirap pero masarap sa pakiramdam. 🥰😁
    Kaso nga lang inaalala ko nmn ung recipes ko nka stock na sa ref di ko pa magawa . Na ngangamba na po ako bka abutin na ng expiration. 😢😅

    For filling macarons, what ratio can be used if white chocolate? That can be travelled for 2 hours?
    Does 2:1 still soften in room temp?

    Question lang po Kuya Boyet. Ano po ba mas magandang pagmelt ng chocolate ganache?? Through microwave or iinitin po muna si cream sa stove and after that tsaka ilalagay si chocolate sa hot cream?

    Natty ko chocolate ganache ngadd ako no 1/4 cup sa 400g na dark chocolate stable pa dn po to. Salamt sa recipe.

      yes pwede. same ratio ng ganache under fondant para mas stable and then saka mo lagyan ng soft icing

      simmer mo lang yung cream tapos ilagay yung chocolate hanggang mag melt. simmer lang wag boil

    hello po chef magtatanong lang po about s sukat ni ganache anu po ibig svhn ng 2:1 sabi po kasi s dark choco 2:1 1kilo ng choco & 500ml
    n cream pag semi sweet nman 4:1 1kilo ng choco 250ml
    cream medyo naguluhan po aq sorry .. anu ibig svhn ng 2:1 kada 1 count ng choco means 500ml po ba at kada count ng 1cream 250ml? thanks po

      15-20mins. basta check lng kung okay na yung texture and dapat spreadable na yung consistency nya

      matagal naman sya kahit 1month sa ref. or pwede din sa freezer para mas matagal ang shelf life
