Pero wag muna ubusin ang water kasi sometimes nagiging foamy lalo na pag maglalagay ng liquid color. If gel color ang ilalagay ok lang same water suggested pa din pro pag liquid e less mo yung water tantiyain mo nlang sa naayun sa gusto mo na consistency.

For gel color d naman po maapektuhan ang consistency make sure lang stiff yung frosting once nag add tayo ng color. But if we will use liquid color it will affect the consistency. So less water content po yung whippit once u will use liquid color.

Wow ok po pala ganon paste palang tpos lalagayan na agad ng water. Usually kc napapanood ko whipped first hanggang maging light na ung color then doon palang po ilalagay ang cold water
Normally ang dapat is beat muna si paste bago lagyan ng water, but sa way ko eto ang naging nakasanayan ko and it really works well sa akin..if mag work sa inyo pwede gawin but if not gawin ang pag beat sa paste muna bago ang water.😊
Pwede pla lagyan agad ng cold water bago imix. Sinusunod ko lang kasi instructions sa pack na icream muna ng 2 mins. Bago lagyan ng tubig eh ang tigas pa. May natutunan ako😇. Thank you
Yeah pwede po naman, Kasi yan na ang naging method ko dati pa Lalo na pag madalian..hehe..but be careful lang po make sure lang na ma scrape maigi from sides to bottom para mag incorporate lahat yung paste sa tubig at maiwasan yung lumps sa frosting. Pero maganda rin po yung e cream muna yung paste para sure walang lumps.

You can simply add sugar syrup or pwede din condensed milk like 1 tbsp then you can add more depende na sa tamis na gusto mo. Or tulad ng nilagay ko na pang enhance na flavor na pinakita natin sa video.

Yes pwede po for extra whippit frosting chill niyo po make sure well covered po it will last for more than a week, for extra whippit paste you can store at the fridge for longer shelf life more than a month. You can Also store it at room temp as long properly stored and not exposed to hot temp. Pero mas safe e chill nlang. Just take it out day ahead pag gusto mo na gamitin para mag set siya at room temp kasi parang bato sa tigas si whippit paste pag galing sa fridge.

For one kilo roughly umaabot sa 5 cakes size 8x2 (yield din will depend po sa dami ng Frosting na nilalagay natin sa cake) cupcakes roughly 60 to 80 pcs or more depende sa yield ng Frosting natin.

Again po, yeild will depend po how we prepare the whippit Frosting, if gusto niyo ng maraming magagawa you can use all the 500 grams water for the 1kg whippit but it will give you soft Frosting po. But if you want na firm ang consistency ng whippit na alam niyo na malayo ang paghahatiran nito at maraming details mas maganda to make it firm consistency but yield will be lesser po. Try to make 1 pack muna if magkulang man mag beat nalang ulit adjust nlang kung anong dami pa na needed sa cake mo. If mag sobra naman ang 1pack mo e store lang mo lang sa chiller well covered para magamit sa next project niyo po.
Hi May! Never tried putting a Choco powder on whippit nilalagay ko po ay chocolate ganache. But perhaps you can try din po pwede niyo e dissolve sa water yung powder like what I did sa 3n1 coffee for mocha frosting. But Someone says pwede daw Choco powder as long sifted siya..

Hi mam gano po karami ang ma fofrost nito n cakes and cupcakes... tnx in advance
For one kilo roughly umaabot sa 5 cakes size 8x2 (yield din will depend po sa dami ng Frosting na nilalagay natin sa cake) cupcakes roughly 60 to 80 pcs or more depende sa yield ng Frosting natin.
Ah ok po ay mam if ang ifofrost po ay 6 layers n 9 inch cake tapos 24 cupcakes gano po kya karami magagamit k n whippit..first time ko po kc gagamit nito gusto ko cya I try kc based s sabi nyo stable cya...May order po kc me ...watermelon po ang theme ng cake and cupcakes...bale un s cake po un labas lng nmn ang ifofrost.....tnk u po ulit..god bless po
Again po, yeild will depend po how we prepare the whippit Frosting, if gusto niyo ng maraming magagawa you can use all the 500 grams water for the 1kg whippit but it will give you soft Frosting po. But if you want na firm ang consistency ng whippit na alam niyo na malayo ang paghahatiran nito at maraming details mas maganda to make it firm consistency but yield will be lesser po. Try to make 1 pack muna if magkulang man mag beat nalang ulit adjust nlang kung anong dami pa na needed sa cake mo. If mag sobra naman ang 1pack mo e store lang mo lang sa chiller well covered para magamit sa next project niyo po.

Hi May! Never tried putting a Choco powder on whippit nilalagay ko po ay chocolate ganache. But perhaps you can try din po pwede niyo e dissolve sa water yung powder like what I did sa 3n1 coffee for mocha frosting. But Someone says pwede daw Choco powder as long sifted siya..
