How to make juicy chicken shish kebabs in the oven.

  • Chicken skewers
    Chicken meat is often boring and dry when prepared, skewers are a great alternative to it, especially in this recipe in which they are cooked with a marinade and in the oven.
    How to prepare:
    Pre-soak the skewers for 15 minutes in warm water.
    For this recipe, I used 1 kg boneless chicken thigh steaks, cut into bite size pieces
    1 red and 1 green pepper, half an onion, and 10 mushrooms. 2-3 tbsp. oil or olive oil
    For the garnish: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 carrots, salt, pepper, black and red, 1 tsp. thyme, 1 tsp. fennel.
    For the marinade: 100 ml. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp. pomegranate sauce (or honey); salt, black and red pepper. The meat stayed in the marinade for 3 hours.
    For the glaze: 3 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce; 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper. rosehip salt; a pinch of thyme.
    Bake at 200 g for 20 minutes, then 20 minutes under foil and another 10 after you spread the glaze on the other side to get a beautiful color.
