Been thinking about picking one of these up. Currently working on a frog rod and I want a more budget friendly reel. You think this reel could be up to the task?
I’ve not used it in salt, but it does have stainless bearings, so assuming you’re rinsing after use it should hold up. It’s advertised to be able to use in salt too. I need to get on some reds 😂
I own 13 different kastking reels for the price of this reel it's an awesome reel. I have the black one (7.3:1) get on eBay an find a new one on auction I got mine for $50

So aluminum versus graphite made this unreliable? It’s a decent reel for the price, it feels well made, casts well, and holds up. Wouldn’t it have been easier to say “hey you seemed unsure so FYI it’s graphite and not been condescending?

If you read what I said I was referring about reviews being unreliable because you don't even read the spec's of what you are reviewing. If you want people to return to your channel give them quality reviews. Please don't take this wrong I'd love to see your channel grow.
I meant the review being unreliable. I read the specs, and acknowledged I was wrong. Believe it or not I appreciate the comment. I don’t have any ill will toward you. It’s hard to detect tone in text but sometimes comments come off the wrong way (from bitch sides). No hard feelings, and I do appreciate you.

Depends. For braid around 110 yds @ 50lbs. Mono varies too - 110 @12, or 90 @ 14lbs

The body is graphite not aluminum. all you have to do is read the specs. Every review I've seen on this real has made the same mistake.
