- Sometimes the Axis have bad games and in this Bokoen HOI4 MP, let's just say that Germany had a REALLY bad game.
It might have reached the level of Japan having to come to Europe to save Germany.
This game was truly a solo carry Japan game for Dankus.
Back to another HOI4 MP in a Nutshell aka Bokoen Hearts of Iron 4 Multiplayer game and in this one we got a banger.
You will see Dankus Japan trying to solo carry against all the Allies and owning basically 3 continents while fighting on each of them AND in Europe.
And it's not like he wanted to come to Europe, he HAD to.
This game is gonna be the perfect example of Axis and Germany losing, but Japan winning in WW2.

But Dankus said "screw what will make my team win, I'm going to do what makes me look good. Unfortunately, he does that pretty often in his vids.
@@shawndavis1480 That should happen. But you need to understand that that happens way too often without a Japan actually getting to Africa simply because there's too much stuff in Asia. Maybe Dankus could've helped earlier, but that just speaks to the Axis's poor ability this game. HE OCCUPIED THE ALLIES TIME AND EQUIPMENT FOR SO LONG AND DESTROYED TOO MANY MINORS. It should've been staxis on the Soviet front due to the poor ability of the allies to maintain equipment.
TL;DR Your right Dankus likes to prioritise his own plays, however in this situation, you can't take away the EZ W he brought to the axis as a SOLO Japan.
I love how Dankus played a near perfect Japan game and the rest of the Axis still managed to find it appropriate to blame him for their loss

@@artos9406 also, to be fair: the Soviet focus tree in this mod is ridiculously OP: if can't win by 1942, it's a slow death.
But in this scenario I feel like the situation is a little absurd.

I'm Australian and I'm surprised it's a victory point. It's a glorified country town that was only made the capital to keep the Melbournians happy (otherwise it would have been Sydney). Although it also has the benefit of keeping the politicians away from the real people.

I like seeing other perspectives as you do feats. Like taking India or when you mess up like the naval invasion. I like seeing how they respond to things like that.
I remember one time I was playing Japan. Not a high level lobby. But I took China, Australia and India. But the Germany player was really bad. He was getting pushed in. They had capped Italy and bits of France were left. I had meme units of 1-inf and 2-arty. I sent almost my entire army to Europe, pushed in and recaptured Italy and saved Romania. But best part was that I was in the same Discord as the allies and they never realized. So I got to hear them all get annoyed at the fact they're losing to such an awful unit build.
I believe I was messing around as well, I decided to mess around and go down the communist Japan path despite it being a historical game. I only did like 2 focuses in that path, the entire time I was too busy doing other focuses and micro. But it eventually got to the part where having the civil war wasn't possible.
This is why they fear my Japan...

I think the point is they lose out on how much eco they can get if they did that focus instead. In multiplayer every single advantage counts is what they mean I think.
