Good video! Couple of things though: "If the resource required is found in the domestic market, you may take one of them at no additional cost." - I think a player can take any number of resources from the domestic market to resolve a crisis, not just one? With reproduction, you can add another meeple FOR EACH tile that has two meeples on it, not just one tile.
In the disengagement phase meeples are not taking of their buildings only from resources "check rulebook" Players disengage (rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise) all engaged character and progress cards they control. On each region, citizens and ships that harvested during the previous turn are moved off the resource icons. Make sure that all resource icons are clear of any citizen or ship. Players who have rebel citizens (meeples lying on their backs ) stand them up .
In the description, if you put the timestamp before the name of that timestamp (such as "0:39 - Concept"), UA-cam will automatically divide your video into chapters! (a very useful feature for quickly jumping around without having to look down at the timestamps in the description)
Using a controlled market or port is bonus action available to players similar to how evolution cards are used. Using a market or port does not count as an action for that round. Your action, one port/market use, and one evolution card may be used on a turn in any order.
@@MeepleMentor The rule book is pretty difficult to fully absorb. This would have been a really great video when I was first trying to learn. Thank you for making it!
When exploring you forgot to tell that the player also takes a resourse that is present on the new tile and place it behind their screen and choose one resources that is present on the tile and place it in the domestic market.
Thanks a lot for a clear and concise explanation! The only one downside of the video, though, was the music - so ominous! If not for your great tutorial, I'd turn the video off because of the music.
Q: If during the evolution card phase I keep revealing crisis cards with the red background, do I need to deal with them or only the first one or two? Other than that, Kudos on the explanation of the game. Well thought out and easy to follow! :)
Good tutorial overall, except for the background music. There were points where it would swell in volume almost to the point where the very soft spoken narrator was drowned out. It was never so bad that I could not hear him, but it was intrusive and distracting.
Appreciate that. I know a lot of the earlier tutorials had higher background music than I would like. I'm trying to keep the bkgd music at a lower volume for the new tutorials I make as I've heard that feedback before. Thanks!

Please upload this to BGG, this is a really good tutorial for the game!
Will do!

That's correct! It's not automatic, but player's can choose to disengage from buildings.

Thank you! I didn't know that! Will make that change on them all soon!

you are correct! that happens each time, not just at the beginning of the game.
Thank you for making this tutorial. I'm sure it must have been a lot of effort to produce!
Yeah... Each one has its own challenges. Glad you liked it!

Hey! Great video! Buy I have one question. In the migration action. How many needles can you move? All of your needles and ships? Thanks!
Each of your unengaged meeples and ships may make a move.
nice
So nice!

Skip the music altogether. Music in between segments comes across more professional. Without the music this how to play would have been perfect
