Back again! Man, the side hip raise is slaying me, I’ve been doing intense core workouts for about 4 years and this is the one that kills me every-time. But I will continue to do it until it doesn’t make me sore! Thanks for all the good workouts!
This workout is the best thing I have ever done for my back. Really keeps the back pain in check when you have a strong core. Don’t be discouraged if you can’t complete the whole workout on your first try. Keep at it and slowly you will start to notice your stamina and strength increase until you need to add more than just body weight. Hardest part about working out is getting started. Once your started it’s way easier to keep going. So get after it! You got this!

I am 13 years old and have struggled with my weight so much in the past, including eating non stop at one point and starving myself at another, as well as forcing long workouts on myself without the proper nutrition to support it. It's been six months since I started working out with you guys and the results have made me so happy! My body is getting in such good shape, my arms and legs are getting more toned every day it seems, and thanks to your HIIT workouts my stomach has slimmed down and abs are on the way! I’m a little over two weeks postpartum and this was the perfect gentle workout to start using my core again. I can’t really do a lot of bouncing around so this was perfect. Feels good to actually do a core workout again!

I haven't worked out in a while and this was the perfect workout to start again with. It was fun and in parts, a lot tougher than expected. Great job, Daniel!
I highly recommend taking up yoga (I follow yoga by adriene's programmes) if you have back/neck pain during core exercises or struggle with planks. After 3 weeks, I can plank for minutes on end and stopped having pain during crunches.
I try to do this one at least a couple times each month. I like the pacing and variety of excercises. Hard and works up a sweat without being frustratingly difficult!

Great vid. I think it's a good idea to add in some weights when doing ab workouts (not a lot of workout videos do this). I'm kind of new to using weights with and with practice this workout can become even more challenging. Made it to Workout Complete.

26/5/22 - ✅ with just bodyweight and lower modifications managed to burn more than 200cals… plus was still feeling sore from yesterday’s upper body strength workout. Amazing the amount of sweat this generated though…
I'm having herniated disc and this work out really helps me to strengthen my core which is a very good thing for my condition, thank you!!! Great great stretching too!!!
