The build I've locked in on is Rakshasa's great katana (one handed bc I prefer the one handed GK moveset) with dryleaf arts in the offhand. Dryleaf L1 for fast attacks, Rakshasa Katana when I have time for stronger attacks. Considering infusing the dryleaf arts with bleed to help out with the RGK bleed buildup. Weed Cutter is also insane. And running the Rakshasa armor because it's one of the best looking armor sets in the game imo.

The flowers stone gavel is actually a reward for completing the dragon priestesses questline and defeating Bayle. You have to make sure to not give her the tonic or you won't get it. Also get another dragonform at the same time.
Hi Matt talking about dragon spells and such I am lead to believe that there are actually 3 dragon change spells the first is from the dragon priestess and the second one is a gift from the painting which is found in the shadow keep secret area and the third is a mystery to me so if you can find the third one then good luck to you but will try and find this one and let you know but the second one is the black dragon change spell which you get from the rock heart painting gift, but as I said good luck with your hunting and a mahusive thanks for your help 👍💯
Personally I'm at the last boss of the DLC, I'm still unsure how to beat him, I'm not sure if my Dex Great Katana build (dex using the gravity spin or savage lions claw) will do the trick, but I'll give it one or two more hours before changing into either a Light Greatsword build (either Milady or Leda's sword, it's ash of war does a surprisingly amount of damage) or even going back to a fist build. Then For my NG+2 run I'm thinking of going str fth for the first time in ER with the Death Knight axes

I think the new Radahn swords are tragically bad. When two handing the you only swing one with a heavy attack, so it’s really a weapon place holder for the ash of war. Pretty underwhelming reward for arguably the hardest FromSoftware boss.
counterpoint: if you havent reached the final boss yet then those "recognizable greatswords" would just look like those from the base game. all they did was made it go on a keto diet lmao, otherwise than the skill, copy pasted weapon
Can never understand the people who spend hours on a boss. I walk away after say 10 tries and go do something else and come back. I think mentally you get beaten and end up wasting time rather than just walk away and come back fresh. I am with you, it ain't that hard.
@@monster37700wtf are you smoking? Radahn is consideredbly easier compared to his 1.0 version i beat radahn before he got nerfed and I've beaten him several times after his nerf and he was way harder before his nerf he's easy compared to how he was

A warning, Rakshasa's set and weapon improves your damage at the cost of taking more damage.

Ive heard its almost nothing but im not sure
doing 8% more damage for getting 8% more damage afaik.
You dont actuallt take more damage - its just the base resistances of the set that are low
What I've heard is 2% more damage dealt and taken per armor piece.

How does something like the death knights axe fair against dlc bosses? 40/45 ST/Faith doesn’t seem like it would fair too well

Nah the dlc isn’t hard, It’s fun as hell. Also feels really short. Only had hard time with one boss. (Dragon) took me like 15 tries to beat it.

I’m starting journey #2 but I will most likely not play the DLC again, it was good but a major pain.
It gets easier once you know movesets better. But it is difficult for sure 👍
