    I’ve tried quite a number of home leg workout and this is by far the most effective. The burn of it! Borrowers squat killed me many times over 😆

    I have been doing this video for 3 weeks now and I still feel like its the first day. When Daniel asks "are you ready" I say no every time however the definition my legs are already showing is amazing and I can't even complete the exercises. Sweating like crazy, dripping on the floor and praying!

    Sooo I barely got through this workout! I had to slow down the reps and took a some breaks but I made it through. I will try to do it a few times a week. Great workout!

      Amanda Ray It’s cool to take a break and do it in your own time. Each time try and build up and eventually you’ll be able to do it without a break. Practice makes perfect! Well done!
