Sooo I barely got through this workout! I had to slow down the reps and took a some breaks but I made it through. I will try to do it a few times a week. Great workout!
It’s okay to take breaks! You’ll soon notice an improvement if you do this once a week. At least now you have set yourself a benchmark to beat next time you try it. Let us know how it goes! Good luck 😃
