Great vid Thank you. However I'd like to suggest that you make ""Cold Brew Ice Cubes"" This way the cold brew drinks you sell to your customers, DOES NOT Get Watered Down with regular ice melted into water Diluting the remaining cold brew in the cup. Especially in Summer's heat when people generally are driving their cars.
Our local privately owned coffee Cafe makes cold brew cubes adding them to cold coffee drinks. Ohhhhhh So Good.❤❤❤
Thanks for the new video! I’m looking forward to seeing what other content you post! Always good to learn as much as you can!
Thank you for the explanation!
Thank you for the information!
Great info!
Thank you!
I work for Chick-fil-A. We serve iced coffee, however, it is made by pouring coffee extract into fresh water and refrigerating. we serve original and vanilla iced coffee then we have a mocha cream cold brew which we make by using shake base (sweetened milk) and chocolate syrup. Technically Chick-fil-A should be calling ALL of their coffees "vanilla cold brew" and "original cold brew" and "mocha cream cold brew" instead of calling original and vanilla "iced coffee" because the coffee base is all made from cold brew. Interesting.
Thank you!!!! That’s all I wanted to know😂😂😂 if they use the same base!
That was very clearly explained…. ❤
Save some time. Start at 1:30.
Love learning, thanks.😊
cold brew is perfect. chocolate notes with zero sugar
The extraction rates are typically lower in cold brew than hot-iced (unless the ratio is 1:1 😂).
Also the flavor is different, in our opinion (in a side by side cupping with the same coffee beans) iced tasted better than cold brew.
Great video bruh. You really educated a coffee novice like myself on the difference. I was thinking of getting into cold brew and you just gave me the better benefits over just ice. Thank you.
Thanks!
thank you
That was very helpful.
Thanks!
Very detailed explanation. I like the taste of cold brew much more over hot coffee
yes, thank you!
I love the big bucket of coffee
From someone who has esophageal spasms and a hiatal hernia I'm so thankful for cold brew.
you have a different body response??
The hack is to make ice cubes of the coffee that is made to make iced coffee. Lol I like cold brew
Cold brew all the waaaaay! 🎉
Make a big batch of strong French press coffee and then leave in refrigerator for quick iced coffee. Also make a huge batch of cold brew when I have time. Cold brew is made similar to the old sun tea base!
I love cold brew coffee i don,t want ice coffee anymore. Cold brew coffee is so mutch better and ritcher in taste. No more ice coffee for me 😊well wen i am in the city i have too have an iced coffee cause non of the coffee shops or mac donalds serve cold brew coffee. I,ve only i had known about cold brew 13 years ago. It would saved me so mutch money i spend on iced coffee that i had to buy😊 but now i can make my own cold brew coffee whit my cold brew coffee pitch that i ordered from amazone. Thanks Ispirare coffee for showing the diffrence between the 2. Now i have made the right choice cold brew coffee for life now👋🏾😁 no more iced coffee and i have found 2 glasses like you have on amazone whit out tekst
I’d like to add that bigger chains that serve iced coffee just use their old stale coffee from earlier in the day instead of pouring it out in the garbage where it belongs 🤢
If you don't want the watery coffee because of melted ice try using coffee ice cubes, frozen stainless steel sphere, or even the plastic ice cubes to flash chill the coffee before pouring over ice
I love that glass i can,t find it anywere in the netherlands. I dind knew the diffrence between cold brew and iced coffee. I have to try cold brew instead of making ice coffee. Can i make cold brew in my frence press? Or do i need something else to make cold brew? Thank you for this video😊i learnd something new about cold brew and iced coffee😊✌🏾👋🏾👍🏾👏🏾🧊☕️
Make your base in the French press and then pour it into a pitcher and refrigerate until you're ready to make your drink.
Very informative!
Glad it was helpful!
For the iced coffee, I'd just shake it in ice like a martini to cool it off, then add ice cold water and ice.. voila!
hot brew is room temperature ground coffee poured with hot water and cold brew would be good if hot ground coffee poured with room temperature water no 'fermentation' suppose with room temperature ground coffee..
Do you add water to the cold brew when serving or straight as made. I see many people use 1:4 or 1:8 for seeping. You said 1:1. Thank you.
This is being made to serve, some people make concentrate.
Hay does that Bucket have a "to go" lid?
yeah, good seal too.
Can you steep it in the refrigerator? Does it makes a difference im taste vs room temperature? Also, whar about different roasts? What is recommended? And younsaid it can last a wek, but where? In the refrigerator or room temperature?
It shouldn't make much difference. The roasts are up to your preference - remember the cold brew process will take a lot of the acidity out of the taste. We use our Allegheny Blend. (ispirarecoffee.square.site/product/allegheny-blend-coffee/107?cs=true&cst=custom) Yes a week in the fridge.
Yes...I leave mine in refrigerator
@ispirarecoffee that's not really how the brewing process works. Hot water gets more overall extraction which means more acidity(comparing that same coffee cold brewed). Cold brewing is less acidic because it takes less of what's in the bean, it's removing less. It's not taking acidity out.
For persons that want sweet cold brew, do you add regular sugar or syrup to make it sweet?
Yeah we add simple syrup / torani cane sugar (liquid)
Wait till you taste New Orleans cold brew it’s made with condensed milk. I don’t even have a sweet tooth but enjoyed it ❤
TIL ❤
What’s the difference between Iced Mocha and Mocha Freddò?
What's the name of the cold brew buckets
Brewista
Brewista in the video
When making cold brew how long is it good when put in the fridge
it should last a week for you.
What if you made a hot coffee and let it sit in the fridge overnight?
It will go bad in a few hours, because of the extraction process with the hot water. Steeping in room temperature will make it last longer.
Can I use cold brew to make iced coffee?
No because it would cold brew at that point.
@@ispirarecoffee I saw 1 video using cold brew to make iced coffee mocha and latte
Do you have any idea about it's quality
The reason I'm asking is I wanted to add iced coffee in my menu and I wanted to make it easy for the crew to prepare it since we have limited space and equipment
@@DennisMedalla-ds3hb Not sure of your setup, if you have cold brew all you need a picture to hold it and something to keep it cold.
