    Brilliant Tracy .
Love how the heather softens the landscape.
    Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tracey, a wonderful film, the heather looked stunning. A beautifully relaxed vibe to your film which makes it a lovely watch despite a difficult walk especially with your sciatica playing up, my wife suffers from it sometimes and it is awful so I admire you so much for carrying on and making it to the top. Fantastic views at the top and you explained the route so well for us, especially your map section at the end. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Steve your comment is much appreciated. Condolences to your wife with her sciatica , it can be a right nuisance , but staying active definitely helps. Atb to you both x

Skiddaw is an iconic mountain ❤ this looks a bit of a slog up but once your up & onto the ridge it offers great views 😊must have been tough going especially with you having sciatica 😮😮 the route you descended was gar away from the tourist route of Jenking Hill & how remote is Skiddaw House 🤔🤔lovely & peaceful 😀 map & scissors time very informative as always. Great route ya did here Tracey with Billy Bob 🐶🐕👍

Thanks for another interesting walk. We always look across from the Uldale road to the falls and think it would be nice to wander up to have a closer look.

This is so wonderfully filmed and presented as always Tracey. Such incredibly beautiful scenery. You really get the feeling of being along for the walk with you. Thank you! The views from the top are just staggering. Joanna actually took that walk a few years ago with some friends, but the mists descended and we couldn't see anything!! Will definitely have to go again, after seeing this 😍🍀👏

Thanks very much, I was lucky as the clouds descended after I had just left the ridge. Yes you will have to go up on a clear day so you can get the views, take care and atb

Hi Tracey, lovely walk. The cumbria way back to the farm looked amazing with heather both sides. Couple of months ago I did Skiddow by accident. I just wanted a sort walk up to Lonscale fell, but somehow I missed the right turn and was very close to Little man. And after Little man I couldn't just stop there. It was very very windy at the top of Skiddaw, so I didn't spend much time there. I might do your circular walk sometime, I need to bag Bakestoll anyway. Lovely video, thank you Tracey. 😘🤗

That looked a long and unrelenting pull up Tracy but I bet it was worth it when you reached the top. It looked like you were at the top of the world on Skiddaw. The views were amazing plus I liked the path you took on the way back down via Sale How. I was up in the Lakes last week going up to Glenridding Dodd, Heron Pike and Sheffield Pike. The heather looks lovely at this time of year. Thanks for posting I really enjoyed the watching

Hi Tracy, you did look to be struggling a bit but I bet that was really steep. I’m guessing you are clear of sciatica and bad back? Fantastic views and great lighting thanks to the clouds. I did an 8-ish mile walk on Sunday with my club, lots of moaning’s that we used to do 9 miles before lunch and the same in the afternoon and take it all in our stride. Now we are pleased to see the cars and are looking forward to a hot sweet tea! Will be drawing a state pension before we know it.😂😂
    Cheers
    Graham

Haha I'm on your page ....always a relief to get my old ageing body to the car haha , it's when one gets a 90yr old overtaking that one needs to worry haha but if you don't use it you lose it 😜 I hope you all had a debrief at the local drinking establishment after , thanks
