Start proper diet ma. That is basic for fat loss. If the weight reduces the leg pain will also reduce. Still consult with a Doctor once.I posted many yoga videos, check my playlist and start doing simple asanas

Both r said...its not curable.. your rectus muscles are separated like rubber band. There s no treatment. Exercise does nt help for muscles diversification. Cosmetic surgery is the only solution for this problem. Both r said this... Really am worried...
