      Kaizen is a state of mind-a state in which a company uses the scientific method by everyone, no matter what tool. Lean is the occidental vision of this state, and summarized is a set of tools. Please check the videos about TQM on the same channel.

    not only this but they also keep selling shares in gm when gm needs emergency investment and gm is now forced to send too much money to the investors which is needed to improve the products.
