      I got a question I haven’t smoked for over six months I never feel like I have anything to look forward to. I’m bored a lot of the time I didn’t get the job that required me to quit smoking. Do you have any suggestions that will give me more of a reason why to stay stop smoking

      i noticed that caffeine only made it way worse, but im also addicted to caffeine so it didn't matter lol. im on day 15 now, and its safe to say the mental side effects have gone away now. my brain fog probably went at day 10ish (it just slowly gets better), and my sleep got better around that time too. stay strong. i feel so good rn, its so worth it.

    It took you a long time to finally face it, but now after watching Frank's video you're convinced that we're not supposed to put anything in our lungs but air. Vaping is much better when it comes to harm reduction compared to smoking, but still isn't completely harmless. Some people use vaping as a crutch to quit smoking. However our lungs aren't designed to vape or smoke with. Cheers to everyone trying to quit!🙌❤💪

My #1 recommendation for everyone reading this is #1 address your trauma in therapy #2 get into a harm-reduction approach substances abuse group; not an AA or NA bs. #3 (most important) you MUST find it IN YOURSELF to stop. Comes ONLY from within.

    Because some smokers live to be 80 or 90. It dosen't mean is related to quitting if they never get a smoking related illness even if they smoked for 15 years it still dosen't mean its related to quitting. Its just the less number of years they smoke for. The more likely it will be related to quitting if they don't get a smoking related illness

      Maybe you're using something that keeps you awake during nights, try to wake up early at morning and if you're a guy who likes to take naps consider next time to postpone your naps until you sleep at night. Don't relapse if you think you need to have a cigarette for you to sleep. It is not a good reason.

    I dont support your arguement of going cold turkey, guidelines says the gums , patches are the first line therapy , it is even a uworld question, what some people did and found very useful is gradual tapering as well, I think no one has the time frame of 3 months of having one goal which is quitting nicotine specifically people in a high stressful jobs.I think the course you are suggesting is not realistic but actually harmful, Gradual tapering is the answer.

    I’ve had like brain fog/ headaches for over 10 days now almost on day 18, it has been effecting my relationship with my gf. After an argument prior to not being able to make a decision because of my brain fog/headaches this has made me lose interest in our relationship and not feel the love or excitement from it anymore. We’ve talked about how I felt but don’t see each other much since I don’t feel anything about us, I love her still but not us, idk if this is withdrawals or what but I need help. Not sure if it’s because I feel bad to break up and keep working on myself or stay to see if I get that feeling back, someone help!

      Love is not a feeling. It is a choice. Feelings change every day. If the relationship is healthy, stick it out. If the relationship is toxic, leave. Only you know deep down if the relationship you are in is healthy. There is nothing worse than breaking up with someone and realizing later on you made a huge mistake because you may not be able to get her back. In this life, all we have are our experiences and the relationships we have with other people. Choose wisely and never betray the people who have been down for you since day 1.

    Does anybody here know if vaping is lowering testosterone levels?

    • @Tambrose0405
      @Tambrose0405 2 місяці тому

      Testosterone levels are plummeting due to the food you eat, water you drink, genetics and the fact that birth control is being used all over the world for women aged 14-40. (Water is neither created or destroyed, when you put a huge population of women on birth control who proceed to pee, and gets in the water cycle it is going to cause lower Testosterone in males who consume it.) Combine all those things in addition to whatever addiction you may have, the outcome is low Testosterone and effeminate men.
