I love that Heart Attack Grill exists. They are not misleading or lying about their food. The fact is, the people who go there go there KNOWING the risks and not being fooled by marketing. Think of how many fats and hidden preservatives are in fast food salads. How about how much sodium is really in all those meat alternatives? A lot of people try to eat healthy but still struggle because of false advertising. The Heart Attack Grill SAYS they are unhealthy so the consequence is truly, fully on the consumer for their own consumption.

It started here in Tempe then moved after it was told it couldn't use the red cross as people would apparently think it was a legit medical facility.
