    Okay, If I'm doing the *.8 adjustment to calculate a 20% calorie deficit, should I add back the calories I burn from exercise (Crossfit) back into my daily total goal or not?

    I'm confused. Yes CF is about strength and endurance but do not negate the fact that every last one of them have massive muscle gain.

    I did my best to simplify this video about how to calculate macros for CrossFit, how did I do? Any questions after viewing the video?

      I've been doing CrossFit for three years. Lost over 110 lbs. Still have fat to lose. 4300 Cal. seems like a lot to start with!

    Liked and subbed! Love the content. Was checking out your services on the site and “muscle gain macros & meal plan” looks like the way to go. Would that plan be CrossFit friendly? I feel I’m versed enough in adding supplemental work for hypertrophy purposes.
    I’m mainly interested in the 8 meal plan ideas. Is that 8 full day- whether training or rest day- worth of plans?

      Great questions. The Macros & Meal Planning programs are fantastic for people who do well following a program and need just occasional feedback from a coach vs. consistent feedback that our coaching provides.
      The 8 meal prep ideas are from one of our former clients, and a recipe developer to give you some easy & delicious prep ideas. We also include our clean bulk meal prep ideas with that program.
      To be clear, that feature is not 8 days of personalized meal prep recipes
      The meal planning template which is included sounds more like what suits your needs. It is a personalized program that gives you your daily per-meal food breakdown & timing + nutrient timing strategy based on the activity you do each day. It also includes personalized coaching notes based on your intake questionnaire responses.
