Never came across a content creator who wouldn’t only explain their profit margins and revenues transparently, but also show exactly how they did it. Huge kudos and a big fan of you team LLA. ❤️
Just a suggestion basically if we take 5 minutes to write one page of the journal so, 5 x 365 = 1825 minutes which equals to 30.41 hours so i suggest you to add an extra page in the book either at the end saying that "You have invested one day in writing this journal how will you remember this journey by ..." or add a page at day 288 ( 5 x 288 = 1440 minutes = 24 hours ) saying the same thing above
A suggestion from me is that you can give your customers a ball pen with jagruk journal branded on it , so whenever a customer will use the pen for other uses it will remined him about the journal. And it can be carried anywhere in the pocket so it will be a free marketing i guess. Thank you for this content ❤

I found this video to be extremely captivating. For the first time in this session, I watched the entire 55-minute video without skipping. The knowledge you shared and your honesty are remarkable, surpassing the quality of most paid courses.
Just a quick suggestion- Please launch dairy along with journal. There are people like me who loves to write their free flowing thoughts on a daily basis, instead of journaling which has its own structure. PS- if you ever launch a LLA Dairy, please do make a separate page for sunday ie not on the same page with Saturday.
Pixel tracking should be easy to setup. You set the Google analytics pixel in the code header and if the user reaches the post order completion summary page, then it would be a successful sale. I think it is similar for Facebook as well. Been a long time since I have used either of them though.
I suggest you sell the Digital version as an E-Journal, which will help more people buy it for a much lesser amount. Advantage of that are multiple fold- 1. You are increasing profit without doing anything extra, no R&D, no extra burden on Logistics etc 2. You can create potential customers who will understand how much efforts go into creating a physical product, and maybe will buy physical product directly next time 3. You are providng value to your new customers at a much lower price tag Plus, based on your video insights you can use whatsapp related products, whereby you automate sending tracking details, customer support directly to whatsapp alongside email. This should be done because as per your data and observation, Indians don't have a habit of using emails. Whatsapp can become realy profitable especially when you want to scale your business this year! Very insightful video, loved the transparency! Kudos to the entire team :D

App customisations provide krskte ho.. to your customers, Maybe they are have journals that have their name or image on it... something like that. (Aise apke customers ko apna pan lgega with the product). 2. Make an interface wherein a potential buyer can customize his journal like colour scheme... etc etc If incase first two are not possible feasibly... then add a customised page with customers image as the background (incase they want to givein their image)... write quotations or some info related to the customer... like if incase the other person is a businessman, then reflect their journey which will further motivate them and give them a purpose of writing journal everyday... IDEA! :
1. App customisations provide krskte ho.. to your customers, Maybe they are have journals that have their name or image on it... something like that. (Aise apke customers ko apna pan lgega with the product).
2. Make an interface wherein a potential buyer can customize his journal like colour scheme... etc etc
If incase first two are not possible feasibly... then add a customised page with customers image as the background (incase they want to givein their image)... write quotations or some info related to the customer... like if incase the other person is a businessman, then reflect their journey which will further motivate them and give them a purpose of writing journal everyday...
