Just a Quick Suggestion :- Instead of having 12 paper cups just add 1 100ML measurer Which can Reduce your cost a lot 12 paper cups are costs Rs 13 but a measurer will cost a lot lesser . Also it may reduce the Weight of the product so 15 packs can be added easily
Great idea, but they're trying to solve a different problem. They want to make it convenient and an instant experience for the consumer. If they add only 1 cup, it might add some fraction. They don't want customer to get headache about cups. But your idea is definitely great. They can do an A/B testing.

1) If your designer doesnt ask you where you are going to print it, and doesn't offer cmyk designs. He's not a designer. He's a influencer or an intern. Though Sahil seems to be knowledgable. 2) we can get coffee satchets for 2 INR per satchet. though pre-mix ones at least the tasty ones I think costed 10-15 INR in 2019. 3) Also I would suggest you to put a Jagruk brand Real cup like Nescafe rather than paper cups as diwali is coming and would become a great corporate or festive gifts. wish you all the best in this venture. Suggestion: box size bahut bada lag raha hai. 12 chai ke liye koi baggage mein itna space waste karna prefer nahi karega. Agar sachet size exactly jitna zaroori hai utna hi bada rahe, aur ek paper cup mein 6 sachet fit kar diye jaaye, two parallel cup stacks mein poora contents fit aa jayenge. Iss se package size 40% chota ho jayega aur strength of cups against transport damage bhi kaafi improve ho jayega. People will be able to carry two packs for travel easily

Good: learnt end to end business knowledge. My opinion: I would rather prefer 15/- kadak chai while traveling than stop somewhere keep a hot water bottle. It takes more effort to make jagruk chai than get down of vehicle and have chai at roadside. In India, Chai is an emotion. Jo nestle jaise brand bhi crack nahi kar paayi.
I have an improvement on this, You gave box with Cups and stick. What if I don't want to carry the box only the sachet? And how will I measure the water then? For that make a uniform size of sachet let say of 50 ml and mention it in the sachet that after emptying the sachet one can fill the empty sachet 2 times with water and boil it and have almost accurate water. And you can include the stick inside the sachet only with a plastic wrap. Or if don't want to use the plastic wrap then have a sachet design designed such that one can have upper potion of the stick unexposed to the mix of chai material. Using like 2 seal sachet. where the sachet can have 2 seals dividing the sachet into 2 compartments and stick will run through the seal below will have the mix of chai and the bottom of the stick will have lower part of stick and mixture and the upper will the part of the stick that will be unexposed and ready to be used as a handle for the stick to stir the tea without making the hands mix with tea mixture (since the stick will be inside the sachet only)

Like people are telling how you can make money when theirs primary source of income itself is youtube. People are teaching others to use different paths to make money and none of tit they have tried it. BALD Great video few suggestions. Instead on just 1 type of product(12cups+sachets) how about 2 products. 1 - Travel edition: Current product with just a new name, this is for those who wish to drink tea anywhere remote places while travelling, camping ,trekking etc 2 - WFH : Home edition product for those who prefer drinking tea at home, doesn't need paper cups, also suitable for people who dont need paper cups as we have cups at home you can send a measurer for 100ml that could be helpful also suitable for people who dont like paper cups which are increasing day by day due to health concerns. You can maybe add a special cup with customisable name etc and price this one higher as a special offer or something and can also increase amount of sachets to 20-25-30-50 etc

Maza aaya 👍 from the next time use paper packs for those ingredient powders and from inside of those paper packs use thin plastic film just in case if you think ingredients will get crystaled sometime , and here is how you can say your product is environment friendly as it uses 90 percent paper that can go decomposed or something like recycled or ( we use 90 paper to save earth )
awesome idea of promoting your tea brand along with explaining us the product building process. Cost still seems for a sachet tea. praying that bigger brands offer you to sell your IP and you make tons of money. Good thing is that new product can be created in India within 5-10 Lacs of initial investment otherwise you would need VC money in some other countries.
You should also include the roller coaster journey of motivation. Im trying to start a new business but i do loose motivation sometimes, however my partner is very persuasive so we gain back momentum

Great video few suggestions.
Instead on just 1 type of product(12cups+sachets) how about 2 products.
1 - Travel edition: Current product with just a new name, this is for those who wish to drink tea anywhere remote places while travelling, camping ,trekking etc
2 - WFH : Home edition product for those who prefer drinking tea at home, doesn't need paper cups, also suitable for people who dont need paper cups as we have cups at home you can send a measurer for 100ml that could be helpful also suitable for people who dont like paper cups which are increasing day by day due to health concerns. You can maybe add a special cup with customisable name etc and price this one higher as a special offer or something and can also increase amount of sachets to 20-25-30-50 etc
The whole video is a simple presentation of a roadmap, what one should do and not to do ..KUDOS to the team 💥🙌

I love the content. Honestly, the detail journey of yours could definitely help millions of aspire entrepreneurs. so much detailing with pointing out failures, Kudos!! This perhaps the best simplistic explanation of end to end approach to build a brand. I heartily congratulate team as it gives me a road map to start my brand which I was struggling to make. Just a thought: product also should come only in sachet as not everyone will ready to pay Rs.249 at a single go.

Suggestion: Just add reusable 2 polycarbonate 100ml cup with branding & 100ml marking and 2 polycarbonate stirrer and increase the sachets to 15.

Maza aaya 👍 from the next time use paper packs for those ingredient powders and from inside of those paper packs use thin plastic film just in case if you think ingredients will get crystaled sometime , and here is how you can say your product is environment friendly as it uses 90 percent paper that can go decomposed or something like recycled or ( we use 90 paper to save earth )

awesome idea of promoting your tea brand along with explaining us the product building process. Cost still seems for a sachet tea. praying that bigger brands offer you to sell your IP and you make tons of money. Good thing is that new product can be created in India within 5-10 Lacs of initial investment otherwise you would need VC money in some other countries.
You should also include the roller coaster journey of motivation.
Im trying to start a new business but i do loose motivation sometimes, however my partner is very persuasive so we gain back momentum
