I mailed and asked for clarification in this regard. Nobody gave me an official explanation, and I refused the appointment after 4 days of work.

Sir or Mam , In Noida there is one IT service company named Chetu Softwares Inc. They are exploiting their employees. No leave in a year even on Holi or Diwali . They don't follow US holiday nor Indian Holiday. No Bonus even in Diwali time as per law said by sir in this video. You can ask with any other employees of Chetu as well. Kindly look into this asap a lot more thing you will come to know about their day to day exploitation.

Actually,Taxable CTC and CTC told to you by company can be different. Taxable CTC includes only your BASIC salary,pf ,nps contribution, allowance paid to you but company CTC can include health insurance amount, laptop mobile charges given and their monthly data charges given to you to do company work😂😂. Basically company will always tell you higher amount of CTC than the actual taxable CTC.
