I haven't bought the journal but one minor suggestion from my side (as I write a lot in spiral notebooks) is that, I noticed in 2nd version the pages are sharp at edges, I use certain classmate spiral books where the edges of the pages are slightly curved (round hote hai), so that can be something you could implement in 3rd edition of jagruk journal :)
You are seemed to be true fan of LLA.
Same here. One of the reasons why I buy Classmate notebooks are those rounded edges. They look very premium!!
But this suggestion can be implemented in this year editing as well. It just need round/ curved corner cutting which can be done easily through machine cutters on ready/finished journals. Just need extra safety to ensure accuracy and avoid damage.

Oh God!!!!! I have been studying all these things manually to start my online business. And let me tell you guys, this is the simplest guide you'll ever found. Don't underestimate the hard work by the simplified explainations by LLA. Also I wish if there's a way to make team without money. As many of us lack two things only, money and a team. Else everything is easy now a days
Brilliant marketing strategy for your journal. With this video, on one side you are help the people in need who are planning to become an entrepreneur. On the other hand, since this people are also your target audience, you marketing the superior quality of your product from production fase to get your customers introduce the product in a personalized manor while justifying the price and creating the requirement of your product.

As a digital marketer I would say, it's not easy to generating leads from your product. Keep making these amazing and truly informative videos.
This is a great video which can develop some idea how a start-up business works. But my only question is how should I decide the final price of the product like how I add all my production cost, marketing cost and also what should be the % of profit that I can take. If you make a video on that, it will be beneficial for me.
Pricing is a difficult point to gauge. You can go for cost based or value based pricing. Former is simpler. The latter gives you more margin but is equally difficult to predict. The best option is to survey a set of your Target customers and give them your product to test. Then ask them based on the value they derive, if your suggested price seems fair.
Accordingly you can take a calculated decision.
You can also go for competitor based pricing but then again that will not yield you the margin that a value based pricing will.
In summary, pricing depends a lot on the market dynamics, your competitors, & the perceived value of your product.
Really appreciate the transperency and your efforts the whole process from to start to end was of immense value

5. How to iterate your product to make it better

Do you have modification in your diary where somehow you can put an ordinary pen 🖊️ attached to your journal. For example You see a mobile s22 ultra which puts a digital pen inside a mobile ( just a vision). It will be great if you want people to have habbit of writing then pen attached to the journal will help to the habbit. Nowadays in digital life you will not find pens always lying around you.
Think about this idea.
