I noticed the memorial bracelet all I could make out was LCPL I served 4years active myself 0331 and had 2 tours n Iraq. 1st 07-08 (Ramadi, Blue Diamond) 2nd 09-10 (Mosul, Diamond Back). Unfortunately I have one myself with several names. Great video Semper Fi and sorry about ur loss and the family’s loss. OOooH RAAAH!!!
Hey there. Great video. I have these lights in my jeep now for about 6 months. they look great. the only issue is that you need to check what color they are before you drive. mine seem to change on there own. and red or blue a big no no in fla. lol sometimes other people remotes work on yours at car shows and they think it funny to chane on you to, lol
Just FYI, in case you haven't figured out the fuse wire issue. U have to install the supplied fuse and the fuse that u take out to plug in the wire into the side of the fuse wire. There are 2 slots in the side of it for 2 fuses. 👍
The SUNPIE halos I have on my TJ had the same issue and I used the same fuse holder as in the video. The fix was I needed to use a circuit that used a 20 amp instead on a 10 amp. Basically, I ran the cable into the cab and connected it to the AC circuit on the fuse box so the halos would come on as soon as I turned the key. That worked and I haven't had any issues connecting to the Bluetooth or any light problems since.
Your video was great. Really appreciate it. I have the same problem that the lights work but not the halo lights with the positive wire connected to the fuse box. When I remove the extra red wire and attach the red wire directly to the positive terminal on the battery the halo lights work. Is there a way to make the halo work by attaching the red wire to the fuse box?
You have a few options. You could stop by an auto parts store and buy a new blade fuse jumper and replace the one they sent that is defective, or you could technically just stick the bare red wire into the fuse slot with the existing fuse. That isn't the ideal method, but it would work until you got a new jumper.
Be great if reviewers would actually show the headlight output down the road on aftermarket lights. The RGB and halos is cool, but that doesn't help much when driving at night.
11:31 I installed a set the other day and instructions said Dot was supposed to be on top of headlight but when I turn on headlights they shine very far but too high not on road did you have any issues I didn't mess with alignment screws to adjust light beam.
Hey Man, I recently just installed these lights, the halo ring on mine doesn’t seem to light up at all. Could this be due to the fact that I didn’t wire the yellow cord to anything? I actually have these same fenders as well.
@@SpartanOverland appreciate it, did you have to use any outside resources or extra wire for it? Sorry for all the questions too, this is my first ever project for my jeep, and your video was literally the only helpful one for this!
You guys said you had trouble getting the app to work. I’ll try connecting to the fuse box in the app would not connect so I connected directly to the battery and it still will not connect any thoughts?
Hmm. I would double check all the wiring. It shouldn't be pulling power without the vehicle running. We've had these on for a few months now and had no issues with the battery.
I need to look at ours, it's been a while. But I'm pretty certain it's getting power and ground from in the fuse box, not directly to the battery. If it is straight to the battery, that is likely why it's draining.

That definitely seems to be the common issue and solution. Thanks for watching!
Great video guys and they really do look great on Moxie!
Congrats now it looks like an ice-cream truck
@@Sulimankhayyat We love ice cream. Pretty cool ice cream truck if you ask me.
Isn't that cable in the fusebox a positive and not a negative?
I see that the outside colors change but do the halo rings change color?
After 7 months are these headlights still working? Thinking about ordering some from this company!
They are! We're going to do a follow up soon!

You just installed them?
@@SpartanOverland just put ones that where very similar In my 2021 eco diesel Wrangler.
@@JDubbsadventure nice! How do you like them?
@@SpartanOverland I got them adjusted last night and went on a quick drive and love them. The stock lights left a lot to be desired

You're not wrong! We are going to film a follow up soon and we'll make sure to include that.

We had to adjust them quite a bit to get them where we wanted.
How did you get the wire out of the fuse box? There is a seal all the way around that would prevent a wire from coming out?
I'll have to look at the Jeep and confirm. It's been a while since we put these in.
Hey man, did you end up getting a new jumper to connect the phone? If so, what did you get?
I didn't. Several people have said they reached out to sunpie and they sent a replacement, but I've just kept it wired in honestly.
0 okay I'm going to buy these for my bug
Does the circle in the middle of the headlight stay yellow? Or can you change it
I'm pretty sure you can change it as well. She just keeps them both amber all the time.
Hey Man, I recently just installed these lights, the halo ring on mine doesn’t seem to light up at all. Could this be due to the fact that I didn’t wire the yellow cord to anything? I actually have these same fenders as well.
Yeah, the yellow cord goes to the RGB controller, which is what controls that ring specifically.
@@SpartanOverland ah ok thanks! What exactly do I wire the cord to? The fender or the turn signal?
@@hunterevans2293 I wired it to the fender.

Did you try connecting to the battery without their fuse adapter? That was the weak point for us.
@@SpartanOverland sure did.
I’m looking for the size of both ends of the adapter. I have the same headlights and no one sells those harnesses
I don't have them in front of me, but I think it's an H13 to H4 adapter. There are some on Amazon for under $10.
Hey these lights killed my battery , any tips on how to fix it , the lights work but the Bluetooth connection drained my battery
