lol, it has DEF been at least a minute. . . Glad to see ya back.
Nice to see you hack at it. I very much like autocross content. Benn working on my 66 stang for a while. Really enjoyed the Large Marge build.
Glad to see you making videos again. Can't wait to see some track action.
Glad to see you back! There's not many UA-camrs making high quality autocross content these days.
Thanks!
GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK
Glad to see your content back on YT. Best of luck with the racing gig. Look forward to some race footage. Cheers!
I HAVE MISSED THIS CHANNEL OMG
Thanks! I appreciate it!
love this channel!!
Back up and posting. Great to see
Precision instruments makes the torque wrenches for snap on.
Stay with it bro. I’m building a street able autoX 65 mustang and enjoy watching your ideas. We have used some dirt Latemodel engineering (that’s my background) on ours so far. Hopefully to have the car completed by next summer.
This car had a dirt track style 3 link at one point. Don't worry, I'm still keeping at it!
Thanks for posting a new video, glad to see the Mustang coming to life! BTW, your Camaro looks bitchin in the Gulf colors!
Thanks! I’ll always be partial to red but I also love the gulf colors.
Chad,I Recently purchased a Harbor freight icon half inch Torque wrench when I had to change The heads on my 2009 z06 it's well worth the money, and I watched a lot of UA-cam reviews, and it's just as accurate as the snap on.
I think I saw the same video. I bought the icon wrench once I realized my old torque wrench was junk.
..wait a minute., that LS3 looks a WHOLE lot like a SBF. 🧐😏😂
That greyness at the bottom of the pan is moly assembly lube without a doubt in my mind, i think the builder would second that. Absolutely nothing to worry about
I use CDI torque wrenches at home pretty good. When not in use, run torque wrench to lowest setting and not past that. Also if your torque is say 75ftlb, it's good to cycle past that number then back down to 75. 👍
Commented too quick. U read instructions.
Good video. Who built the motor? Did you send out oil analysis?
I didn’t end up getting an analysis. Fred at HPS Machine did the short block
in one of the shots you can see the back end of the camaro and it appears to be covered in primer is that the "accident"
No. That was part of the body work fixes that led to me trying the gulf liver wrap. Specifically, that panel had multiple small dents from a speaker falling out of the package tray during an autocross run and banging into the quarter panel. That was the cart last for deciding to fix a number of other small body issues.
What class are you going to race the Mustang in?
GTO class with VARA Racing. There was also a regional NorCal class with SCCA but it died and might come back with NCRC. And it meets the rules of American Iron with NASA
These little issues are all too familiar! We now only use snap on torque wrenches for the critical engine torque settings. Awesome video!
Sophie be careful with your hair and the creeper wheels becoming tangled.
I think she did that but it didn’t make the video :)
@@AutoXandTrack ouch!
It happened to me when my hair was longer. Oh the pain!
It’s great you’re making video again.
That’s a ratchet.😮
Any BMW content?
There are two BMW’s I want to do an In The Paddock episode on but so far I haven’t been able to catch the owners. Maybe in the future.
@@AutoXandTrack That red 67 BMW that looks like a camaro is cool. :)
