This video was actually shot last year during my 3-month internship. I felt the need to at least document a week in my life as an accounting intern well because first, I tag this as one of my memorable experiences since its the very first milestone of my professional career, and second, I was once an anxious sophomore not knowing what to expect in interning in actual accounting firms. I hope I was able to share with you some helpful tips (application process, expectations, tasks, work routine) based on my experience with SGV & Co. Hi! May I ask How was the application Process with SGV did they have Assessments or purely just interview?
When I applied for SGV, they have this program called NLIP, its like a boot camp for accounting students. The application process there only required us to pass requirements and essays, afterwards, we heard from them. After the NLIP program, I re-applied again for the internship program itself, which didn't require us, NLIP participants, to undergo an interview. However, to other firms, I applied for which are PWC and KPMG, both required me to attend an interview.

@@trixieamora8029 yes we get to choose which department we want to work with, we were asked for our 1st and 2nd choice then sila na bahala mag assign if san ka man mapunta :)
