I'm graduating rn and I thought that your internship is only required by the curriculum and not considered it as a personal career development..Glad the one internship I got is a cool startup that thought me stuff I want to learn(which is building a fintech site) and gave me things to get involved

i'm very interested in having an internship but i notice that in my area all the internships have no pay not even allowance. some are mindless labor while others do and so im stuck in paradox of two things: 1) i dont want to be reduced as an errand or bell boy to my co workers or boss and 2) i dont want to do specialized labor without being compensated i want to build experience but is experience a sufficient justification for having no salary?
I’m a 14 years old na nagbasa lang ng rich dad poor dad kasi hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko sa perang nasa savings account ko tas kinakareer na ‘toh HAHAHA thank you so much ate nics! 🖤🖤🖤

This year our school didn't even allow us to attend internships even online, kase daw kung hindi makapagonline internship ang lahat wag nalang daw. Like it is so unfair to majority of the students na gustong gusto mag internship. Ang pinagawa lng sa amin is research for the professional subjects we took for the last 4 years. I think yun yung pinagawa maybe becuase gagamitin nila soon yung gagawin naming reading materials for their own interests. It is so shitty ng sistema sobrang unfair, di man lng kami binigyan to speak up for what we desire as students. My school pala is JOSE MARIA COLLEGE OF DAVAO CITY.
