@@AlllBlackAura They have a bunch of stuff still in the works. They announced a crap ton of projects and are supposedly pretty leniant on the studios making them (with generous budgets.) They just need time.

@@blackromeoKOK It really sucks how little attention the game got. The devs met all their goals despite being a 3-person team. Base gameplay is good (though tbh I hate the gear system and prefer their old leveling system,)and its widely available.
Shows how important a marketing budget is.

Such a shame. JSRF remains my all-time favourite game. It was the most well-rounded game I have ever played. There was so much to do. You had to make all the tags in an area. Some were tricky to get to. Then there were the jump achievements in an area. Each area was intricately designed and unique, yet all kept to the general theme. In the meantime, there was the story you were following. Plus, you could design your own tags. Also, you could swap and change characters, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Incredibly fun and addictive game.
Sega, c'mon, bruh.... you're killin' my vibe triple time with these downturns. If you see all this enthusiasm, it should be a sign CLEAR AS DAY that the fans know what they want, and who could potentially make it great!

Team Reptile is gonna make a game that seems to be a spiritual sibling of Jet Set Radio and they even worked together with the composer before so that's great, they even use an amazing artstyle that looks extremely nostalgic
theres a game called bombrush cyberfunk coming out i think this year and its pretty much jet set radio mixed with tony hawks American waste land, bikes boards, free running and roller blades with a combo trick system and the art style of jet set
Sega can at least put Sonic as a cameo character. That way they can remake or make a sequel since Sega wants Sonic
Watching this in 2021, with the promise of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk just over the horizon, is strangely comforting.
I've never wanted a new sequel more In my life. We all need a new Jet Set Radio.

It's crazy that the hype for this game from fans hasn't died down at all since jsrf came out and rightfully so. It's the sole reason I fell so hard into gaming.

I never had the chance to play JSRF. I had vague memories of my friend owning it as a kid, and all we did was play the multiplayer on it. Never got to play the main story. I did play the original and it was really fun

Jsre is not a game. As far as we know there was no gameplay in this pitch. Sonic Mania's pitch WAS a level, with gameplay already programmed and made up for them. I bet if this did too, we all might have been playing it for a while now.

@@veronicazapata8963 That was just a port just to add High Definition and Achievements the game needs a remake or a remaster because the textures, NPCs, controls and camera haven't aged well and not to mention the game is locked to 30FPS on all platforms even PC

If anyone sees this comment and misses jsr, check out bomb rush cyberfunk. It's currently in development and has a very similar style to jsr. They're aiming for a summer release date this year

I need a new JSR game. I've been playing JSRF faithfully for the past 18ish years (literally played through 99th street in the story today). And am watching JSRF Multiplayer like a hawk.
Guys, it's ok. Check out a game called, "Bombrush Cyberfunk." It is literally Jet Set Radio 3. Just a different title. Don't quote me but it comes out sometime in 2021.

Like I would like a new jet set, but I don't like how this one looks, they got rid of the sharp thick black out lines and models, for a new smoother look which it doesn't fit the vibe of rebellious teens tagging stuff up and being chase by cops. Plus it's way too green, maybe they were trying to do some monochromatic stages. But anyways I'm glad Bombrush Cyberfunk is coming because they understand the outlandish design and style of Jet Set Radio, but I'm glad at least a company wanted to make a new Jet Set game.

if they do make a new one, I hope they bring back the graffiti controls from the original, that's what keeps me loving the original over the second one-the second one was almost a perfect game but the graffiti part was to easy and mindless.
