Glad to see the LG 27GR83Q getting the MUB seal of approval! I bought it around a month ago, which felt like a bit of a gamble because there weren't many reviews on it. Going from a garbage tier 15 inch 1080 60hz laptop display to this thing has been an absolute game changer.
One of these days I intend to upgrade to a 1440p monitor, so these videos are highly useful. Thanks, Tim, for all the hard work on keeping purchasers properly informed on what they're getting!
It's crazy to me that people still haven't upgraded. I got a 1440p monitor back when the 1070 came out, so like 7 years ago. I get it though, not everybody wants to do it, as it makes everything harder to run, but it's such a nice upgrade in clarity.
I got a 1440p 144hz on 2012 for Diablo 3… what is wrong with you?? It’s exactly the same as not upgrading to high speed internet to me. Should be one of your top priorities in fucking life imo.
Definitely good recommendations but these are definitely not all of the best options. The Alienware QDOLED wasn't mentioned at all unless I missed it, which is in my opinion, the best of the OLED monitors available and what I'll be buying on black friday.
I'm looking forward for your review of the DELL G2724D. According to RTINGS tests it (slightly) outperforms the M27Q-P both in motion and color performance at a lesser price. It's a really good deal expecially here in europe where the prices of Gigabyte and MSI alternatives are much higher
if the price makes sense and you can find it in stock (considering it was discontinued) I'd still recommend the s2721dgfa. G2724D is supposed to be the "new" s2721dgfa but it doesn't have the same features, it's definitely more of a budget monitor, ever so slightly, in terms of features. But of course all of this depends on availability, price, what you're looking in a monitor etc
I’ve got the Dell G2724D and I game on PS5. I really wouldn’t bother paying more money on other 1440p monitors, unless you want OLED and HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, which the doesn’t really make a difference on console, but I’m unsure if the bandwidth makes a difference on PC. That’s the 2.1 bandwidth I’m referring to that doesn’t make much difference on console, but of course OLED does The Dell has HDMI 2.1 but it has the lower 24Gbps bandwidth instead of the higher 48Gbps, but it works perfect for VRR on the PS5 It has DisplayHDR 400, which is good brightness with 400 cd/m2 and peak brightness 450 cd/m2 and although it isn’t true HDR because it isn’t OLED, it still has good HDR modes with different brightness levels It also has almost zero ghosting even in extreme response time mode It retails for £279, but I was lucky I saw it on sale for £209 on Dell website and grabbed it Seriously, just to have a couple of extra small features that won’t make much difference at all in gaming, it’s not worth paying almost £100 more on other 1440p monitors like Gigabyte and MSI and it’s going to be very similar resolution quality as they’re all 1440p There isn’t any other 1440p monitor out there with HDMI 2.1 for that price and all the other gaming options are very similar on majority of the 1440p monitors
Thank you for the update!! I'm in the middle of helping a friend build out their new computer, and they are going with 1440p for their monitor. Was trying to go through all of your recent videos since the last roundup to try and get an idea for the best ones to get. This made it SO much easier! Wonderful content as always!
Worth noting that the old M27Q is being slowly phased out here in Europe and the M27Q v2.0 is sold in its place. It's much closer to the M27Q-P and has an RGB sub-pixel layout instead of BGR. Considering the M27Q-P is next to impossible to find here, the 2.0 version (generally advertised as 165Hz instead of 170Hz but they can still go to 170Hz no problem) is a good consideration.
Was just going to comment this myself. Bought an M27Q Rev 2.0 off ebay last month for £215 and I can't tell how it's different to the P variant. Has RGB subpixel, KVM works great for wfh, does 170Hz, I can't notice any obvious motion or inverse motion blur. Great monitor and I'm really happy with it.
Gigabyte seems to have really poor QA as well, lots of pixel errors reported in various forums. Make sure the retailer has a good pixel error returns policy, because Gigabyte does not.
@@bleikrr I would assume it has a different EAN, but maybe not if 2.0 just replaces 1.0. Macro photo of pixels would work since 1.0 is non-RBG and 2.0 is RBG.
As a BestBuy Total Tech Member here in the states, this weekend they started a pre-black friday special and had $200 off ($799 total)DELL Alienware QD-OLED Ultrawide DWF Model. My wife is getting my LG C2-42inch for her SWITCH Setup
About 1 year ago, I picked up the Gigabyte M32QC on sale from Newegg for around US$250. It's ridiculous the prices that they are going for now. With that said, I've been happy with my choice. I went with it because it is the VA panel and not the IPS one. I wanted the better contrast rate and blacks of the VA panel. I did have one issue with it. One of our cats took a header right into the panel, when something spooked her as she slept on my lap. It caused a black blob to appear at the bottom of the screen. Gigabyte fixed it with no questions asked. They even professionally color calibrated the replacement panel. From when I shipped it, the total turnaround was about 2 weeks.
would love to see more 32-inch, 1440p, 16:9, non-curved options around 400 bucks since you only recommend the Gigabyte M32Q and the LG 32GP850 for years now. love your content!
@@bjones1794 anyone complaining about the ppi has no clue what they are talking about and has clearly never seen it in person because its sharp as hell lol.
@@gozutheDJ I mean... I've seen it, experienced it, and own 27" 1440p monitors, and 32" isn't nearly as sharp. Because that's how math works. Lol it's not bad at all, it's just a different experience.
@@gozutheDJ Unfortunately, math says you're the one who doesn't know what you're talking about. A 32" 1440p display has a worse PPI than a 23" 1080p display.. And I believe everybody here can attest that a 23" 1080p display is not amazing.
I would love an updated video on the best screen for mixed usage. I feel like a lot of content is eather "highest value this", which is far from premium or just "gaming" focussed which leads to OLED's. I use my setup for work during the day so OLED is not an option, and gaming at night. I'm looking for both the optimal monitor setup AND just the most premium screens out there that will suite my needs.
Get a cheap 4k monitor for work, and get whatever OLED you want for everything else. I personally am going to grab the QDOLED from Alienware this black friday
Sunlight doesn't really make a difference, in fact with phones at least it's easier to see a Samsung AMOLED screen than it was an LCD iPhone in the sun. Then again phones use glass not plastic. What matters for sunlight visibility is glossy screens. Not all OLED panels are glossy, some other panels have glossy options too, usually IPS models.
@@aouyiu uhm, thanks for the feedback but I didn't really mention sunlight and reflectiveness at all? The reason I want to avoid OLED is because it's not good for mixed usage. I do at least 8 hours of productivity work. So today is burn in and not importantly colour fringing in text are big no nos
@@anudewalrus543 I wish... : ) I'm even still struggling with the form factor! I have an excel where I'm comparing form factors: i.imgur.com/Ptt6oNF.png I'm also trying to create an overview for every screen dimension as to what would be the perfect screen for that dimension. And I'm 95% certain I'm not getting an OLED because of the color fringe.. But then there's local dimming zones, having 2 4K screens next to eachother but one centered leads to the one at the side being too much to the side.... So then I get to one 4K centered, one at the side vertical... I don't know man.. Let me know if you settle on something :D
As an owner of an Odyssey G7 and now a G6 I would have mentioned it before the G7 it's better in every way from UI to smart features, HDR and ease of setup. I got mine for 350.00 and chose it over the other 240Hz IPS monitors because it performed, looked better and had more feature's. The G6 for me was the best choice and I've got no idea why it's gone under the radar.
You can't go wrong with LG 27GP850, had mine for a year now and every time I start a gaming sesh Im just mindblown by the popping colors and crispness.
I just did the AM5 jump with a 7800xt running a new MSI Mag274qrf-qd. I run my old 144hz 1080 in portrait next to it and it's now looks like a blurry mess lol. My gaming experience and even youtube videos has been transformed. Highly recommend to switch if u have decent hardware to support
An idea to implement for recommendation videos: showing screen moddels similar to the one being recommended that didnt make it because at the time of their review the price was too high. I have seen the screens you recommended (as cheaper and better value) hold their price while similar screens (at the time of their review more expensive and worse value) got discounted, making them a better buy in the end
For 1440p I have been using the TUF Gaming VG32VQ1B for a while now. I picked it up on sale for under $300. It's been pretty good but I am sure there must be better looking displays coming out soon.
Acer Nitro Xv272u V3 is also a pretty awesome monitor, it's 1440p, 180Hz refresh rate, 95% DCIP3, low delta E value, low response time when I saw the specs and price I was blown away.
When will there be a classification of monitors with VA panel? Personally, IPS panels do not convince me for my gaming style, at night, dark games... I want good contrast. I recently bought an LG 27 GP850B but the black experience was terrible, the contrast was barely over 800. I finally returned it. Thanks for your videos! They are fantastic!
Because gamers avoid VA, they are slow and smear. Your best bet for non oled high contrast is a IPS miniled, but all the current ones suck. Maybe some at CES2024
The Odyssey G7 and g6 va panels are insanely good. Fuck ips blacks. I can't get used to that gray. Thankfully the va panel in the G7 and g6 matches ips panels when it comes to response times.
I want the PG27AQDM but can't justify the $1000 price tag for a monitor. Hopefully they can reach a much more reasonable price point as more OLED monitors come out.
Got a curved Acer 240 hz 1440p monitor for $300. Best tech purchase ive ever made. I actually like it better than my 240hz 1080p benq, but thats obviously better brightness and performance for competitive games. I think the 1440p will be my singleplayer and quality monitor from now on.
just bought an LG 32GQ850 and am extremely happy with it! for 1440p 32 inches and 240 hz it definitely seemed to be best in class for those specs. I was also considering one of the similar Samsung G7 models but wasn't sure I would like the curved panel and heard the Samsungs tend to have less motion clarity/more "smearing". on the LG the HDR sucks but SDR looks great and it seems for truly great HDR you need an OLED panel anyway, which is of course double the price. next upgrade going for the HDR OLED experience for sure.
@@WiiamGamer55 i havent experienced the resolution locking to 4k but yes some games with gsync enabled lock to 120hz full screen. my solution for now is to just run everything in borderless windowed for full 240hz. zero latency difference these days.

If you're in India: I would highly recommend the Acer XV272U V3. Best bang for buck IPS, costs only 20k (18k on sale), 180hz 1440p 27 inch, great stand. I have it and would really recommend it.
Thank you for the review! 🙆🏻 Just nice my friend has finally decided to shift from Mac gaming to PC gaming. I will be using this video as a guide for getting a 1440p monitor for him during Singles Day sale (11.11) in Singapore.
In regards to the budget 1440p 240hz monitors, Does the LG 27GR83Q perform better in fps titles than the GIGABYTE M27QX? I'm considering 1440p mainly so my gpu is getting used more than it is at 1080p, and yes I do want a better content viewing situation with 1440p, that's not my main goal. I do enjoy single player or story based games, but my main game area are esports titles. I want to go for something 1440p that isn't going to shatter my wallet while still being competitive.
I just upgraded my system and switched to 1440p. I was suggested the 32 inch LG GP750 and it is fantastic. It's bright and repsonosive with no motion blur whatsoever when playing Escape from Tarkov. It's a massive improvement over the MSI 1080p VA monitor I was using before.
I bought the LG 32GQ850 earlier this year and I must say, it's amazing. Prior to this I was using a 27GN850, which wasn't bad. But once I've switched to 32" and 240HZ, it's heaven. I could never go back to 27.
@@Novskyy621 32" is great for movies and text is comfortable for long days of spreadsheeting. It matches 24" 1080p pixel density as you point out - which is very cosy for an ergonomic viewing distance. That's why Steve likes 32" for graph-making in comfort. A more filled vision cone is also nicely immersive in video gaming. If you can see the pixels, you are simply too close!
@@TheBenMillard32" 4K has not the same pixel density as 24" 1080p. It's nearly 50% more.. also i think a more filled vision cone may be more immersive for racing games but for some games its actually worse when you have to move your eyes so much to see the minimap or other hud elements. For shooters i prefer smaller screens, makes it easier to focus
@@Novskyy621 Good point about narrow vision being better in some types of games. My 32" screen actually has a 27" bordered mode for that reason, running at a custom resolution to keep the pixel mapping 1:1 of course. Some players even use 4:3 aspect ratio and that's supported, too. My comment and this video are about 1440p at 32" not 4k. Sorry if that wasn't clear. I personally find the size of UI elements is so cosy and the sharpness of modern IPS is so good that peripheral vision is enough to get the key information from edge-of-vision HUD elements. Rev counter, compass, damage readout, event notifications, etc. But the games I play are quite slow-paced so this won't be true in some titles.
I’m using a 5600/3060 on a 1080p 75hz monitor. Never thought a better monitor could/should be my next upgrade. Choosing one is a challenging task given the brands and specs are vast. I was checking out the gigabyte m27q pro and there’s a lot of complaints about light bleed and the kvm either failing or not working too well. Not sure if anyone else can confirm if those issues are as common as they seem to be
Im debating getting either the Gigabyte M27Q(non-P version as it doesnt exist in Europe) or the LG 27GP850. I'll use it exclusively for gaming so which one would be the better choice if gaming experience is the only important factor. They are the exact same price so that is not a factor.
After working in retail and selling monitors, I can't recommend to anyone to buy a gigabyte monitor. I've seen and dealt with too many customers bringing back their monitors with too many problems
Great video as always, I really want to see more true HDR capable gaming monitors in the future, Oled is really good but I'm too scared for burn in and I really hope to see more mini LEDs monitors coming to the market.
Picking up my LG 27GR83Q tomorrow! Upgrading from an LG 27GL83A-B and letting my brother use it as a laptop gaming monitor! Can't wait to play CS2 on 240hz
Let's not undersell the benefits of high-contrast displays like OLED. It's not just for HDR. It makes a HUGE difference in image quality in SDR too especially for darker content - not to mention being able to actually see any details in dark scenes in games and media vs your typical 1000:1 contrast IPS and TN.
@@Navi_xoo I mean... pricy sure but not pointless. Some people have money to spend. Regardless, to avoid burn-in there's miniLED finally starting to happen in LCDs. Before that there has been VA panels, which traded off contrast for response times. I made that trade-off as I hated bad image quality.
@@Navi_xoo Depending on manufacturer and personal care, any worry of burn-in can be minimized. Don't pretend it's 2015 and burn-in is still everywhere.
when are you reviewing the G9 57? it has been out a while in Australia, right? This is the best monitor review channel on YT so think you should do your best to review flagships ASAP. I’m sure many die hards would donate for that level of screening info from a trusted source.
I agree. I was kind of floored when I saw no Ultrawide Category. To be fair to them, there hasn't been a lot of UW action lately outside of OLED so I can understand why they chose to leave it out, but perhaps they could've at least clarified why they left UW out, or perhaps they just simply forgot. They are human afterall and we have no idea about their workflow. Benefit of the doubt, I say.
Yep, would be great as these are the one I'm looking at. But no problem for me as I'm still very happy with my Gigabyte M34WQ. Not the best monitor in many categories but for the price it's awesome for me!
I would love it if you had a gaming/HDR-productivity section; this would be a type of monitor that would be best for productivity during the day and gaming during the night. In my case, I work from home, so I use my computer during the day to look at spreadsheets, reports, code, have a chat window all the time, etc. (and other burn-in activities), hence why I'm hesitant with OLED, but as soon as I clock out, I may have a gaming session where I would love to get as much as frames and colors as I can get. My ideal monitor is IPS 1440P 240hz ultra-wide with (at least) HDR1000, but that monitor doesn't exist.
Same here, I'm scared to buy an OLED because it is not designed for non-gaming usage, and it is also very expensive. I would like to know what is the best Premium option for polyvalent monitor.
@@dIggl3r Good for you but I don't want to spend 1000$+ for a monitor that it has the risk/guarante to burn in. I also see myself with an OLED but in 10 years from now. (Hell, right now I have a 1080p TN panel 60hz at around 70$ which I bought in 2011, only now i'm looking for a new one in the range of 700$) And I know you want to defend your pick and say 1 of 2 things: 1. Burn in is user error. They used the monitor wrong. Didn't turn display off every 4hr for pixel refresh, or using it as a monitor is fundamentally stupid and you're an idiot for buying OLED for your use case. 2. Burn in doesn't happen. I have my display and it doesn't burn in. Because I didn't get burn in, your experience is invalid and I'm going to keep talking about how I don't have burn in. OLED is the best! Stop worrying about burn in you idiot. But you can not ignore the basic physics of how oled functions. Burn-in is absolutely an issue and especially in the windows environment where programs have a ton of static elements. An OLED monitor will be great for media and gaming consumption but should be avoided for hours of daily web browsing and productivity. So it comes down to your use and knowing what you're getting into. For all the people that say just don't worry about it, they must have the luxury of ignoring what happens when a $1000 monitor gets burnt in scroll bars and browser header or it has burnt the rest of the pixels to match to the point the brightness is very low. I would say if you're going OLED and intend to use it 8-12 hours daily be prepared to trash it in five years. This video should have had some other safe options too.
The upper end Samsung VA monitors, including the G7 are basically the only VA monitors that are virtually smearing free and despite being 3 year old VA monitor, it still has top tier motion clarity for 1440p 240Hz LCD panels. In terms of brightness and color specs it's still on par with other 1440p 240Hz options too, and it _does_ come with the extra contrast from being a VA panel. Even with the rudimentary edge lit local dimming, HDR looks passable. Not great, but better than nothing. Even if it's getting old, I wouldn't discount it as an option, especially since you can frequently find it on sale for 399€ or your equivalent.
@@riba2233 It's definitely not _the_ best 1440p240Hz LCD monitor anymore with the new mini LED monitors coming to market, but in the midrange it sure is still a uniquely competitive option just by the virtue of being practically the only option that offers the VA benefits without the VA downsides. I'm very happy to keep using one while I'm waiting for OLED monitors to mature and come down to regular people prices.

LG 32GP750 (and 32GP850 according to an Amazon review) have a chronic problem: The monitors do not wake up from sleep from an input that was not most recently used. In other words, the monitor only wakes up from the last used input. This is super annoying if you are planning on switching inputs frequently as you will often be met with a black screen. I'm on my third month and second repair shipment of trying to get LG support to understand the problem and fix it but I do not have hope right now.

I really wouldn’t bother paying more money on other 1440p monitors, unless you want OLED and HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, which the doesn’t really make a difference on console, but I’m unsure if the bandwidth makes a difference on PC. That’s the 2.1 bandwidth I’m referring to that doesn’t make much difference on console, but of course OLED does
The Dell has HDMI 2.1 but it has the lower 24Gbps bandwidth instead of the higher 48Gbps, but it works perfect for VRR on the PS5
It has DisplayHDR 400, which is good brightness with 400 cd/m2 and peak brightness 450 cd/m2 and although it isn’t true HDR because it isn’t OLED, it still has good HDR modes with different brightness levels
It also has almost zero ghosting even in extreme response time mode
It retails for £279, but I was lucky I saw it on sale for £209 on Dell website and grabbed it
Seriously, just to have a couple of extra small features that won’t make much difference at all in gaming, it’s not worth paying almost £100 more on other 1440p monitors like Gigabyte and MSI and it’s going to be very similar resolution quality as they’re all 1440p
There isn’t any other 1440p monitor out there with HDMI 2.1 for that price and all the other gaming options are very similar on majority of the 1440p monitors
compare to m27q, the p model sux
Thank you so much for adding 1440p 32"+. I've been craving these reviews from you.
Thanks. Was wondering why I couldn't find any M27Q-P monitors while searching prices here. I wish we had something like Hardware Unboxed Europe
I bought an m27q last month, but I’m not sure if it’s rev 1.0 or 2.0
@@bleikrr I would assume it has a different EAN, but maybe not if 2.0 just replaces 1.0. Macro photo of pixels would work since 1.0 is non-RBG and 2.0 is RBG.

What monitor you suggest for pc gaming?max price I'm looking for is $400
About 1 year ago, I picked up the Gigabyte M32QC on sale from Newegg for around US$250.
I cannot find any of this monitors for less than 300. the range goes from 300-500 euros. I'm in the Netherlands

@@pivdb Seems like you're in the EXACT same boat as me when looking at these screens. Were you able to "settle" on any particular display?

An idea to implement for recommendation videos: showing screen moddels similar to the one being recommended that didnt make it because at the time of their review the price was too high. I have seen the screens you recommended (as cheaper and better value) hold their price while similar screens (at the time of their review more expensive and worse value) got discounted, making them a better buy in the end
I really wish we could bring awareness to LG about the 27GR95QE optical audio output being broken. It’s been almost a year now without being fixed.

Just nice my friend has finally decided to shift from Mac gaming to PC gaming. I will be using this video as a guide for getting a 1440p monitor for him during Singles Day sale (11.11) in Singapore.
In regards to the budget 1440p 240hz monitors,
Does the LG 27GR83Q perform better in fps titles than the GIGABYTE M27QX?
Way too big and pixel density moves at Full-HD territory. Even 27 is too big sometimes depending on the type of games you play
They are the exact same price so that is not a factor.
same here
After working in retail and selling monitors, I can't recommend to anyone to buy a gigabyte monitor. I've seen and dealt with too many customers bringing back their monitors with too many problems

@@RedBeardedRabbitluckily now we have a proper fast va, no burn in and no weird subpixel layout

when are you reviewing the G9 57? it has been out a while in Australia, right? This is the best monitor review channel on YT so think you should do your best to review flagships ASAP. I’m sure many die hards would donate for that level of screening info from a trusted source.
Wait, no ultrawides? I thought you guys usually do ultrawides too as a separate category.
The LG 27GR95QE-B 27" is £750 in the U.K. currently. I know it’s not the best OLED on the market but that price is extremely competitive.
HDR 1000 can't guarantee good HDR performance. LG 32GQ950 is HDR 1000 certified and its HDR is like shxt for its poor backlight
At last I've been waiting for a refreshed video, been looking in the market for a new monitor
Some non-oled options would have been great to know too
The first monitors were all IPS...
@@dIggl3r I mean for each category, many people (I included) still don't want OLED.
@@StolenMemes4UI understand that completly, I was SO hesitant buying my first oled monitor myself!
@@dIggl3r Good for you but I don't want to spend 1000$+ for a monitor that it has the risk/guarante to burn in. I also see myself with an OLED but in 10 years from now. (Hell, right now I have a 1080p TN panel 60hz at around 70$ which I bought in 2011, only now i'm looking for a new one in the range of 700$)
And I know you want to defend your pick and say 1 of 2 things:
I just want to say thanks for making this channel! I bought a Samsung G8 Oled and I regret nothing!

@@ebrahiemcassim Its really great so far, extremely good value for money. One thing to note is that it has no height or tilt adjustment. Other than that the colours are very vivid in HDR mode. Also 100hz was quite a pleasant upgrade from 60hz
I’m still rocking the Aorus CV27Q curved 1440p and am STILL quite happy with the performance
Just got my m27q-p yesterday, so this timing is perfect.
Amazing update, hope we get a 4k one as well !!! 👍
Would be nice to hear about ergonomics too. I know you can just slap an arm on most of them but some don't have the room. Its really disappointing for something that costs $200+ and doesn't swivel.
Got my PG27AQDM a month ago and I can't look at my IPS monitor anymore
I purchased the omen 27qs for 349.99 at best buy. Great 1440p 240hz ips with great colors and motion. I have a lg c2 42 for single player games great combo for ps5 and pc gaming 👌
What's your opinion on that monitor? Also just bought it for 350€ and waiting for it to arrive, are there any cons?
@@PimpleeI’ve heard nothing but good things about it, problem is there aren’t any solid reviews so it’d be hard to lost off any stats. I personally want this monitor. While I probably can’t hit 240hz in shooters I definitely can use it for a skill boost in osu. Should reduce a bit of the motion blur making patterns easier to read.
The BenQ Mobiuz EX270QM 1440p 240hz Gaming Monitor seems pretty good, can you do a review on it?
Thanks for the video very informative as always!!
Costco will be having a Black Friday deal on the MSI G274QPF for only . It's a non-quantum dot version of the MSI G274QPF-QD, and only has Adaptive Sync (not G-sync or Freesync cert.), but I haven't had any screen tearing when enabling G-sync on my 4070. I bought it earlier, but will be price matching it once they drop. It's been an excellent monitor and an absolute steal at $170 - pick it up Black Friday if you can!
I was thinking of picking it up, since I have a Xbox series s and seems like a very decent monitor. I have an 32 inch LG gaming monitor but seems a bit big for setup since I live in an apartment and not a big room. I’ve seen the display at Costco I love the colors and brightness of the screen
There are some great TVs. Some of them can be used for monitors, others are great for gaming. Are you planning on starting a TV series?
Why is every good monitor out of stock nowadays, is there a panel shortage?
would be nice to hear your thoughts on 24' 1440p monitors like the AOC q24g2a? Seems like a great bang for buck option for more budget rigs.
Can you do a review on the BenQ EX270QM Monitor?
Do you think a revisit of the DELL S2721DGF / S2721DGFA would be worth doing? I believe it would be interesting to see how 2020's Best 1440P 165Hz monitor stacks up next to its more modern counterparts. Picked it up in early 2021 after watching your video on it and its been an excellent main monitor for me!
Lg panel on S2721DGF makes it better for those high-fidelity color lovers...
Best channel yt for performance and have fast updates anythings in technologies
The pricing here in ASSTRALIA is the killer. Great video as always with good information.
Bought the m274qrfqd and still love it after y’all’s review. Hope you all plan to review the cooler master mini led va when it releases.
Hey, hopefully you can check on the G8 OLED soon to see if the AMD Freesync low HDR brightness issues have been fixed.
i'm missing ultrawide in this comparison. Good video !
Hey great work! I was wondering if you plan to review the newer model MSI MAG 274QRF QD E2? I would love to see some reviews of this, how it performs against the original version, and if its g-sync compatible - a big deciding factor for me.
I absolutely despise backlight bleed. Can you show if any of those monitors have it please?
Watching this on my 750. I love this monitor.
gonna grab one of these by the end of the year
hoping I find some on sale during black friday or christmas
It is such a shame that local dimming isn't getting more popular on LCD panels.
It is. There are way more local dimming lcd options available today, even in the sub 400$ range. MonitorsUnboxed just doesn't do videos on them
Hey Tim, can you do a review on BenQ Mobiuz EX270QM 1440p Gaming Monitor? I'm thinking about buying it but I don't know what is good about it or the flaws this monitor has so it would be great if you could do a review on it.
would like to know how 27GP850P-B stacks up against these. ITs a refresh of the older 27GP850-B from what i understand.
Very informative. Ty.
I’m hesitating between the 27GR93U and the 27GR83Q and the gigabyte m27U for console games (x|x),especially fast fps games like cod so what do u think should I chose between these three?
Please review wide monitors, i.,e 3440x1440 monitors. I want to buy one, but I'm not sure which one to buy.
Recently Asus started selling their TUF VG27AQML1A in my country (Malaysia). I can't seem to find much review about this monitor especially inspecting its pixel response in detail.
I got this one 2 weeks ago and while I have no equipment to measure anything it seems amazing. Much cheaper than the comparable M27Q X with same or even better motion clarity.
i have this new phillips 1080p 240hz va panel, i didnt know these fast VA panels launched, i love this monitor, great contrast and great pixel response times at the same time.
I love your videos, but sadly most monitors i'm interested in, aren't available in Europe.
