Via Ferrata aged 9 - Grade 3 French Alps

We ventured out to the French Alps to try a Grade 3 technical and Grade 3 exposure Via Ferrata. Having done lots of rock climbing in our local climbing centre as well as some single pitch climbing we felt ready to take on the challenge. Sully is just 9 and 125cm tall so we knew some of the holds might be a bit of a stretch. Here are the links to the equipment we were using.

I had a bad childhood experience in the family car - Mom is driving, Dad is giving instructions, we kids screaming our butts off, the car is nearly out of gas, we're stuck on a hair-pin turn on a unpaved very narrow dirt fire road up in the mountains - looking down a 4000ft drop.
